The sales man was Jason Word.The technicians was Chris and Coy. They were very professional very polite Neat and clean. They answered every question I had even if it was dumb. all cables were hidden and out of sight.they set everything up and explain everything step by step. Well done thank you Chris and Coy.

Fantastic service from a local company. From my first phone call with Chris when I called about having our alarm activated to the technicians and installation we received top notch service. Chris took his time explaining everything and answering my questions on our initial call which I appreciated. He wanted to make sure I understood and there were no surprises. I purchased a new home with a security system installed and after only two years the CO2 sensors were failing and the security company (NOT SECURITY OPTIONS) said the sensors were no longer available and the only solution was an entirely new system. I asked the company to advise me why the couldn't just find another supplier and replace just the CO2 part of the system and they didn't give me the courtesy of a reply. After searching for the best rated security company in the OKC area I found Security Options. They came to my home, inspected the existing system and provided a written estimate to make the needed repairs for significantly less than the company that installed the system. They scheduled the repairs quickly, showed up on time, treated my home as if it were their own, and did a professional job. They thoroughly explained the operation of the system and installed an app on my phone that makes using the system very convenient. An added bonus was the time required to make the repairs was less than the estimate and they charged me several hundred dollars less than the estimate. I highly recommend.

We were in the market for a home security system. We had about 4 companies that we were going to look into and ran across two of them at a home and garden show. So we figured we would see what they had to offer. We talked to Chris with Security Options and was impressed with what he had to offer and his knowledge of their equipment. Our system was already compatible, so setup did not take long at all. While the contract is for 3 years, I reminded our contact I am 83 and my husband is 85 so we may not be able to fulfill the contract. He assured me that was not a problem. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the installation and with how helpful the technicians were with answering our questions. Since then we have had no problems and have used our system literally every day. We've been using Security Options for several months now, and they have been well worth the switch. Previously, we had two different companies monitoring our house because one could only do our doors and windows and the other only did the camera system. Security Options does it all. They didn't even require us to buy their cameras, they just set us up with our existing system to save money, plus they cost roughly half the monthly total I was paying before. After trying it out for a few months, we decided to upgrade our camera system because one of our cameras broke. If I'm not mistaken, they cover all of their equipment for free repair, but since we didn't get our system from them, it wasn't covered. The cost to upgrade the whole system wasn't much more than the cost to replace the one camera, so we went for the upgrade and I'm glad we did. The upgraded system uses a much better app and the cameras have a higher resolution. The one downer is Security Options is a services company, they don't build any of their products. A camera is a camera, there's no need for them to be making hardware, but the companies I left to join Security Options made their own software, which let them tailor their apps to best fit their products and customers' needs. Security Options uses separate apps for cameras and doors/windows which are clearly made with the service provider in mind rather than the end user (more so for the camera app). Of course the Security Options tech will help you set it will up, so it is a very minor drawback, it's just a little clunky to have integrated features that you can't use and features missing that you'd expect like notifications for motion detection. All in all, I think Security Options really has only one con to several pros. They are the fifth security company in OKC that I've used over the past several years and I have them at the top of my list. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a security provider in the OKC area.

You can't really put a price on piece of mind, but Security Options did, and it was surprisingly affordable. The installer was friendly and very professional. The most impressive aspect of the company is if you call them, they actually answer the phone. There are no never ending robot prompts and menus, if you want to reach a human being, you call them, and that's it. And if you want to see them in person, you walk into their store and talk to them. That sounds like something obvious you should get with any company, but good luck trying to find that these days. Great experience from beginning to end, I highly recommend this company.
