I called them on a Tuesday in need of a process server. Twenty-four hours later, I received a message notifying me that my tenant had already been served. I didn't expect such immediate service, but I was very appreciative of their prompt work! I hope for my sake I never have to use a process server in the future, but should the need ever arise, there is no one I would prefer to use than OJPS! I had never needed a process server before and did not know who to call or how the system worked. The first two I called I left several voice messages for and they never called me back. The next one I called was afraid to handle the service because a dog attack was involved and they were afraid of being bitten. Fortunately the next call I made was to Oklahoma Judicial Process Servers. They very patiently answered all my questions, even the stupid ones. They were so nice. I mailed them the necessary papers and on the day I just expected them to recieve them they called to say the papers had been served. They offered to answer any more questions that might arise. Because the firm at which I work is located in Philadelphia, I needed to search online for a reputable process server in Oklahoma City to serve trial subpoenas on short notice. During my internet search, I stumbled upon Oklahoma Judicial Process Servers (OJPS), and thank goodness I did so. John Keefe is very responsive, quick and efficient. I especially liked that he was responsive to my texts, as texting for me is the least intrusive mode of communication when I'm at work. The trial subpoenas were served well within the time frame guaranteed on their website, and the Affidavits of Service of Process were returned just as we had instructed, the original to local counsel in Oklahoma and a copy to us. We also fowarded checks made payable to OJPS and both witnesses, and everything went on without a hitch. It can be totally nerve-racking to send out checks in advance of the services to be rendered to a company you have never heard of in a city far far away. But trust me when I say that you can totally trust this service with your checks, and they will do a fantastic job to boot! Oh yeah - and did I mention that John is a really nice, hard-working guy who dots every "I" and crosses every "T." I was extremely pleased with the high level of professionalism rendered by OJPS and will definitely recommend them to our local counsel in Oklahoma. I can honestly say that it doesn't get any better than Oklahoma Judicial Process Services. Five Stars and Kudos to you, OJPS!

My daughter was taken to Del City Oklahoma by her father (possible parental kidnapping). He avoided going to court twice in Colorado. Contempt charges filed against him, I had to personally serve him… I found OJPS on google, hired them based on reviews!! ALL the positive reviews are absolutely true and correct!! This company works above and beyond my expectations!
