Four stars for speedy service and a clean facility. One star short of 5, due to the abrasive attitude of most of the staff. They bark orders out to people, and you almost feel as if you're being fingerprinted in a jailhouse. The person who did my fingerprinting was more cordial, but the atmosphere, overall, of all the staff, makes it seem as if they'd rather be anywhere else.

My experience was wonderful I had been rushing to my appointment that I plum forgot to get the money order as requested I was five minutes early . By the time I left and returned I was twenty five late and it was passed closing time. But sue to the kindness of the staff they saw me anyways. Thank you guys!

If you're ever going to travel I would definitely check this place out get your TSA approval I was literally there 5 minutes total. Made the appointment online was able to schedule two days later easiest thing in the world great staff everyone was real nice

I had an appointment at 810am but I had arrived an hour early. I had heard parking can be hard in the area so I left home with a lot of time for traffic and parking. But I got parking super easy and hit no traffic. I walked in and they took me right away, I was in and out. The woman who help me was super kind, I wish I got her name. I had a great experience here, not because how quick I was but honestly it was the kind staff that made my short trip here a good one.

Went in as walk-in and it was so quick and the lady was so nice, handled my twic renewal in seconds. There is parking space in front or back of the building, I think best place in Essex county for TSA issues, or fingerprints.

My appointment was at 11:50 AM, I pulled up at exactly 11:50 AM, walked in and out in less than 5 mins for fingerprinting, I was the only one in there so not sure how it is on regular days. I only gave it it a 4 star because their website says closed on Saturday’s and I was hesitant to drive all the way there and there’s no option to speak with anyone on the phone so I took a chance. The lady told me they are normally off on Saturday’s but they decided to open last minute so I guess I lucked out. They however need to have an option to speak with someone. I almost did not attend since I’m 45 mins away

This place is amazing! I came in today at 8:45 AM and was out by 8:54! On a Thursday. They are stern Bc they have to be with the regulations but straight to the point and helpful. I must say I had the best experience! My last experience was just as positive as well.

Place was very well organized. Staff knew what they were doing and were very efficient. They enforced the rules of no masks and no cell phones several times. They were very professional and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Was a pleasure doing business with.

I must say this location exceeded my expectations. They were punctual and actually were able to see me prior to my scheduled time. Front desk staff was professional, friendly and well groomed which speaks volumes, others I could see how they've been reviewed otherwise. I wouldn't say they have attitudes perhaps they just aren't very personable which you need for Customer Service skills, however, the job gets done. During these times of course it was crucial for me to observe their cleanliness - which I'd give them a 4/5. 1 tip I'd like to offer is the signature pads and pens should be cleaned between clients as well. They do clean the finger print device which is nice to see. Again, I'm super hypervigilant but if you aren't no worries you'll be just fine. Now lets just keep in mind that I was in extremely early so this may play a factor into everything as well. If I had to recommend this site, I would without a doubt.

Short wait time for a morning appointment. All employees I encountered were polite and efficient. Mask wearing and social distancing are enforced, which is much appreciated. I was a bite late for my appointment, but they graciously accommodated me. I was pleasantly surprised, highly recommend this location.

Its was great. The staff was very professional. There was barely no wait, I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I also had an appointment, however I arrived early and they still took me. Have your state ID and birth certificate, also have a debit or credit card to pay.

I have visited this location only twice, and both visits I happened to interact/get service with the same employee. She showed me exceptional customer service during each visit. Her name is Karen. I just had to ask her her name, because 1 year ago she was very professional as well. She is definitely a polite woman who knows how to work with public people. I made an appointment each time & was seen very promptly with under 3 minutes of a wait!

To what I have read about the staff at this place to be honest I was scared of going there I did not want to get into an argument with anyone but I was surprised everyone was civilized I didn't have to wait my appointment was 4.50pm I was way early and as soon as I walked in I was attend to I was in and out pretty fast.

Place was pretty fast. I lasted maybe 20 mins tops and that’s because I waited for a friend. You pretty much go in sign in and wait to get called; you confirm everything and get your fingerprinting done. I had to get my fingerprints for my nursing license. The location was clean and the staff was very friendly. I did go on a slow day I believe since I it was just me, my friend and like 2 other people. What I didn’t like was that one of the managers or supervisors there was talking down on a new staff that wasn’t doing much; something he could of probably done privately even thought there weren’t many people, but I felt kinda bad. But other than that I would recommend the place.

They treated me very well here and took care of me quickly despite the fact that I was late. Just a tip for those who have an appointment here, if for some reason you can no longer make it at the time you specified, they will try to squeeze you in as long as you get there before 5. You might have to wait longer though because they have to tend the people who got there on time first.

Environment clean. Their employees not the best. Everytime I come here I experience bad customer service. Majority of them have attitudes and are not friendly. The young man at the front who is supposed to be security was slouching in his chair on his phone. You wouldn't even have thought he was an employee or working there.

The location threw me off, it is much further down Raymond Blvd than I would have expected. It is not located in the business district of downtown Newark. Its closer to the Riverfront area in a strip mall.

I was very impressed with this service. I arrived 5 minutes late with three young children in tow—leaving a trail of Cheerios and pretzels from my toddler. I was so worried about going with them but I didn’t have a choice. I was greeted warmly and I was grateful for my sweet kids smiling and waving at everyone. Got my finger print to get my record exponged here...they are scary fast! They have like 4 computers and 4 employees to do the prints and they are fast n good and they have free parking there just amazing...I was in and hour in less than 7min!!!!! The best thing to do is make an appointment over the phone give them all your information so when you go there they don't have to type that up while you wait ...it will be on the computer you will just have to confirm all your information and they will do your prints submit it and your out of there just like that!

I have been to quite a few IdentoGo offices , but this one in Newark was by far the best run one I've encountered. It was clean, orderly, and everyone was professional. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR EMAIL CONFIRMATION PRINTEd! I gave it 3 stars because I don’t appreciate the attitude the receptionist gave. Hey look if you don’t want to work there fine with me idgaf. Not everyone does fingerprints everyday and if someone doesn’t know something guide them instead of giving a rude attitude. Then again maybe thats just your attitude. 😒 the person who actually did my finger prints I appreciate the help in doing the prints and actually taking the time to answer my questions.
