I used Marco Kouzoukas 22 years ago when purchasing the home I live in now. Since then I have used Marco Kouzoukas several times since then. Marco Kouzoukas found a 6” difference in a slab from the left front of the house to the back left side of the house after the house was purchased. This inspection was performed after my son had purchased the house and had hired an engineer to perform the home inspection on his home. Only after obtaining a full home inspection from Marco Kouzoukas on my son’s home did we learn of the severity of the uneven structural severity. Marco Kouzoukas is an extremely thorough home inspector. I will only use Marco Kouzoukas for any home inspection in the future. I last used him for a home inspection on 5/27/22. His findings of the significant damage to this home is far beyond incredible!! Including but not limited to mold and possibly a very small but natural gas leak in the downstairs a/c-heater unit.
