This season I wasn't sure what to do about mosquitos. I had used a company in the past and still had a lot of mosquito activity. I realize that it will never be 100% relief, however, for the amount we paid for the season last year I wondered if there was something else we could try or research. I bought a "do it yourself" application and it was not a smooth experience - nor was it effective! I decided that a professional service was still my best bet. On a community facebook page I follow, another member posted that Spring Touch had been their answer to mosquitos for the past 3 years. I decided that with the amount of time we would be spending outside, to call and find out more information. I had a great conversation with Logan and was given a competitive price for the remainder of the season. They squeezed me into their schedule for the following week. We have a lot of trees, shrubs, and a large weedy area further out in our backyard. We have an upper deck, lower patio, and pool; so it's nice to entertain without having guests spray down with bug spray, etc. The first weekend it was still quite uncomfortable with mosquitos so I decided to call and just ask if they recommended something different for the next application or overall tips. I told Michael I was concerned because I was hosting my husband's birthday party outside over the weekend. They literally made it a priority to put me back on the schedule for one more spray ( Friday) before my event. The party on Saturday was great. Our guests were able to enjoy the outside and I did not get swarmed by mosquitos. Of course we saw a couple, but nothing like we normally have flying around. I think Spring Touch will be a good fit for us. Perhaps you will need to request an additional spray after your initial one, but if that's the case, they will gladly make it happen. I highly recommend them and am currently trying to get my neighbors (the ones at the party noticed our bug free environment) to join in because the larger a mosquito defense perimeter the better for us all! I highly recommend giving them a call. Ask about their specials and their service. They will partner with you and listen to your feedback. Also, I think it helped that I was not impolite or unreasonable with my expectations. I simply told them my circumstances and they listened and we came up with a plan. I am glad I found Spring Touch.

I was not impressed with my first application of granular fertilizer with crabgrass control because the technician dumbed a pile of granulars in one area, which killed my grass. Update: On my next application the technician dug out this area and put fresh dirt and new grass seed down and filled in several other spots around my yard that did not have good grass growth. I am now very impressed and happy with my services provided by Spring Touch!

phone rep. answered all questions and was very pleasant to talk with. lawn service tech arrived on scheduled date and walked thru our property (i requested this since it was our 1st time using this company) so we were both on the same line of thinking as to where he would and would not treat. He took the time to talk w/ me about an area we had growth concerns. Did not feel pressured to add more services that already set up. He was pleasant and appeared to have good knowledge about lawn needs. Very satisfied so far. (I chose a 4 star since it was our 1st time using company and do not have anything to base whether the service is actually going to improve our lawn, will rate again at end of summer)

My wife said he did a great job, was very professional & answered any questions she had> I have used Spring Touch now for the last 5 years and they have always done a great job with making my lawn look really good. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company to service their lawn as I have recommended them to several of my neighbors who were not happy with other lawn services as they do a great job.

We use Spring Touch all summer every year for regular lawn "treatments." They decide what's needed, do it, report on it (e.g. last one was "22 lbs 5,600 sq.ft.), & when needed talk to us (e.g. creeping charlie coming from beyond our property which sits next to a creek). This last time we were doing a big project with saw-horses & lumber etc all over our lawn, and they kindly rescheduled (we had not told them we'd have this going, & they don't normally tell us exact day or time they'll arrive, unless we ask..

Today my lawn was serviced by Ryan A. I went to speak with him because it has been raining off and on all day. He actually took the time to put down his sprayer and explain to me how the product worked and what to do to maintain it. You should be proud to have him as a technician as he truly cares about his customers. Tough to find quality people that willing to go above and beyond. I can't wait to see my yard weed free and the Spring Touch way seems to be working, not only the product but the technician himself.

Logan applied weed control on our yard yesterday. Before making the application, Logan checked with my wife to find out if there were any details he needed to know about when making the application. Logan followed through with the directions my wife gave him and was able to spray weeds near our flowers while taking care to not get any spray on the flowers. Logan was well mannered, appeared to enjoy his work very much, did an excellent job, and actually brightened my wife's day. Highly recommend Spring Touch! There technicians have always been top-notch... every time.

edit: 5/6/2021: Spring touch reached out to me and offered to aerate and seed. They heavily aerated the bare spots to disrupt the crabgrass herbicide and heavily seeded. The work was done well. The phone calls were good and the concern to make things right seemed genuine. They stated the continuation of services is done by mail. I never saw these, could have tossed them as we get so much junk mail these days. This situation could have just been miscommunication, as most problems in business usually are. First year of service was mostly good, however second year it seems like they're trying to fleece me. I paid up front for an entire first year with the intention of paying for a second year if they did well. They showed up this week and spread herbicide I didn't ask for. I did lots of work last week prepping soil and seeding. They spread crabgrass herbicide all over the new seed, so now it will not germinate, wasting all the money and work I did. Their customer service told me I am subscribed unless cancelled, however their is no paperwork to support that claim. They said I received notice via email, there's no emails other than their marketing. There's no contract. There's no terms of service for a subscription. I feel like they were trying to pressure me into a second year by just showing up and starting. The phone call with customer service resulted in them removing the bill for this first visit, which is nice, but the damage is done, all my grass seed and work has been wasted. Customer service is forwarding my situation to management. I hope they would reimburse me for the wasted seed, but they can't reimburse my time. I do not blame the technicians or customer service for any of this, they did good work. I'll edit this review if the situation improves.

I didn’t sign up for lawn service until the end of May. So I was a little behind on getting my first application on my yard. They thought they could come out in 7 to 10 days but instead made it out in 3 days for the first application for fertilizer and crabgrass. Today I was just about to mow when Ryan, my technician, arrived to apply broadleaf weed control. I really wanted to mow because my weeds are long and my lawn looks bad and I can’t mow later today or tomorrow but Ryan talked through my options with me and helped me figure out the best option for my lawn to look its best. I really appreciated his expertise and professionalism. Thanks! This is my first experience with Spring Touch and so far I am impressed.

Colin did a great job - my husband noticed he wasn't getting to our property line. Colin quickly made sure to do so and said he would make notes. (Note: we have communicated our property lines several times: to the general Spring Touch phone line hoping to note the property lines there. We have also communicated the 3 technicians who have serviced our lawn this season. Question for Spring Touch - are the property line notes in the system and are the technicians seeing this before they service the property?)

My backyard had large patches of weeds but after the first few treatments almost all of them had disappeared. My technician for my last treatment was Harrison Gieseke. Edit: They did give me a call. Thier plan is methodical and applied over time. Not custom based on what is currently happening. I also have a quack grass outbreak that was revealed as we discussed the current status. If it rains too soon after a spray they will come back out. Just need to give them a call. They seem well prepared to make the lawn right. Just need to talk to the person doing the applications to make sure we are doing the right things in-between applications. Many years of experience and I think 5 annual applications will produce great results. 👍 Old review: Dandelions are popping. The Force is Strong with crabgrass. First year with them but would like a call and good conversation. We purchased 5 apps. Hope we can turn this around!

Spring Touch always arrives in the timeframe laid out with the annual lawn maintenance program we signed up for. Martin is super thorough, making sure to cover the entire lawn. Yesterday, I even asked to make sure he gets below our trampoline and offered to move it, but he didn't need help and took the time to spray the area beneath the trampoline. This is our first year with Spring Touch, and we've really been pleased.

Spring Touch is very easy to work with and always willing to do what they can to make their service work for you. I just had aeration and overseeding done. They completed the work as advertised and when they said they would. I didn't have a chance to meet their technician, Ryan Borton, but I saw that he worked efficiently and did not take any shortcuts to get the job done quicker. I have confidence it was done correctly.

Our family started out getting the Mosquito control application, it works, and the service was excellent. My wife and I the next year decided our lawn was not as "in shape" as other lawns in the neighborhood. So we called to ask about the other services that are offered, and took them up on many of them (Mosquito control, weed control, fertilizer) and our lawn looks great!

We started with Spring Touch Pest Control over 2 years ago. My Mom used the lawn service and has a beautiful lawn again. We live in a wooded area abutting a slough and farm. The mosquitoes and Deer Flies make it unbearable to go out the door. Their service makes it possible to enjoy being outside. We don't see ticks, mosquitoes and the Deer Flies have reduced. Wonderful and friendly service. :)

We have never used a lawn service and have been 'do it yourself' lawn owners for many years. We mow about 2 1/2 acres. For the past several years the dandelions, clover and other weeds just kept getting worse. We realized that it didn't cost much more to hire these guys than it would to purchase the product and do it ourselves. We are astounded at the difference two applications have made. Even our kids have commented on how much better the grass looks. We thought it would take a year or so to notice improvement -- it was that bad -- but it looks great already. We've been using Spring Touch for three years. The first year was a gamble. We knew little about them but saw some of our neighbors using them. The second year was a no-brainer. Our lawn had never looked better than the previous year. With their reasonable rates, it seemed silly to try to replicate what they were able to do. We've also just signed up for their pest control. Too early to review the results as they just came to the house a few weeks ago, but their employee was pleasant, informative and thorough. Two thumbs up.

We have had some serious problems with dandelions and crabgrass. Last year we used another lawn company that still left our lawn covered in crabgrass and broadleaf weeds. This year Spring Touch has made a huge difference in the amount of weeds and the health of our lawn. They are always prompt and on time and courteous.

*Update number 2. Their customer service, which has always been pleasant, did make a mistake with my refund cut acknowledged and fixed the mistake. Furthermore they are promising to update their website with educational resources pertaining to their weed spray and its safety around gardens. Their willingness to admit mistakes and work to fix them changes everything. I am changing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars and I will likely use this service next Summer or maybe even this Fall. Good on you Spring Touch. *Update. After all of this, and repeated assurances that I would be called before a weed treatment so that I could cover up my garden and prevent cross contamination with the weed treatment, I received an email notice that my law was visited at 3pm the previous day for the weed treatment. No phone call, no voice mail, no opportunity to cover up my gardens to prevent contamination. I have requested a refund and am awaiting the results. Very disappointed. Disappointed. Customer service was courteous and kind, but places a greater emphasis on closing the sale than they do on educating a potential customer. I am not a horticulturalist. I don't know the questions I am supposed to ask. All I know is I want to kill the weeds in my yard. I asked for a heads up before they show up to kill the weeds so I can protect my garden against the spray. I got a voice mail from them saying they are coming out the next day so I spend all night throwing a tarp over my garden only to find out it's just a fertilizer treatment today. That's a very frustrating experience that could have been prevented if their representative had simply explained this process from the beginning.

He was great he answered all of my questions before and after becoming a customer.
