Their customer service is accommodating and receptive if you call with any issues and the reason I decided to give them at least 3 stars. The issue is, I am tired of calling after every. Single. Visit. I was unpleased with something after every service we've had. Typically it's that we still have a plethora of weeds around on the lawn (as seen in the pictures). Another time they killed one of our bushes (also seen). They said they were willing to take care of it, just send them the receipt. I did. And nothing... Bottom line, good customer service, terrible execution.

I started with Weed Man this season for fertilizing and weed control. I’ve been very happy with this service and think their pricing is reasonable. On my most recent visit, Luke was very helpful in giving me some advice on bare spots in yard and he checked various areas to be sure there were not grubs. I would recommend (and have done so) for fertilizing and weed control. Haven’t used any other of their services but may do so next year.

I'm very pleased with the professionalism of the customer service staff. Each time I interacted with someone over the phone they were pleasant, knowledgeable in answering my all my questions about grass/seeding/ and of course "WHY DO I NEED THAT". When I recieve a text that the tech will be coming out on a specific day, he shows up. If I need to change application dates because I don't have the payment, they will accommodate me. I didn't think the service made a difference since I had been installing fertilizer and weed control products myself for the past 3 years. I WAS WRONG. WEED MAN HAS MADE A HUGH DIFFERENCE, YOU CAN SEE IT. AND I CAN TELL BY THE COMPLEMENTS. Everytime someone comes by my house, they always ask "Who takes care of your lawn? It's so pretty and green. It looks good." The service was reasonably priced. I would and have recommend this company to others.

They have been doing a good job with our yard care. Less weeds and more good grass growing. Any problems we have had have been dealt with quickly and changes are made so the problem doesn't happen again. I love that they have pet and child safe products!

My lawn was seeded with a variety which was very lush, when it finally came out of winter dormancy, but it was several weeks later than my neighbors. This past growing season Weed Man has taken a number of steps to overseed the lawn to change the variety, as well as control the weeds. I'm looking forward to spring and a nice green, healthy lawn.

The Weed Man technicians are awesome. I previously used Dutch Touch and and their treatments didn't seem to help my lawn at all. Looked the worst since owning my house. I used TruGreen before that because their customer service was terrible. I'd be working at home and find a receipt on the door saying that they knocked, but nobody was home. Had a hard time talking to a live person to talk treatments. Only time I didn't have a hard time talking to someone was when they were trying to sell an additional service.

They did clean the dandelions, crabgrass, clover, and wild violets from our lawn. It took two years (vast improvement after year 1), but the km awn looked good. Not inexpensive to accomplish this, but they did come through.

Prompt service. They came within a couple days of my lawn treatment order. My lawn looked horrible before the weed treatment and was loaded with dandelions and crabgrass. It only took a day or two to notice the lawn was greatly improved and mostly weed free. I called several weeks later for another treatment when some new weeds appeared. They are sending a technician out free of charge. I really like their business model and excellent customer service, especially the free second treatment. I would highly recommend Weed Man to anyone with lawn problems.

I decided to try Weed Man Lawn Care for my lawn maintenance this season. Last season my lawn was a disaster so I got rid of the Company that was doing it for the last several years. Although I ended up paying the most I’ve ever paid for my lawn care, so far I am very satisfied. I’m retired and on a fixed income so it was a big decision for me. One of my neighbors saw the truck here today and will be calling them for a lawn inspection and quote.

After being very unhappy with a very popular lawn service we decided to try Weedman. We’ve used Wheelman for several years now and are extremely pleased. Any issues we’ve had like grubs or grass thinning our service man discussed solutions. They are very professional and helpful. They are genuinely concerned and ready to help. We have a neighbor who is a retired arborist and he complimented me on our lawn and asked if we use a lawn service. I said yes we use Weedman and he said oh that’s who I would use! They burnt my grass, and I told them not to come to my home at least 3 times and they showed up anyways and sprayed my grass again. I have been calling them over and over and I keep getting the run around for a supervisor to call me back. I may have to sue them if my lawn gets burnt out again, and they have the nerve to bill me for services I did not request Update...I finally got an answer from the manager and they agreed to fix the problem . 1 by taking care of the invoice for the miscommunication and for me to update them if any issues with my lawn. I'm glad we were able to come up with a resolution to my issue. Will update and adjust my review on completion of agreement

We've only had one application, we are seeing a difference, not quite as dramatic as I would like, but our lawn is in bad shape. But, as to customer service, top of the line! My husband had a few after the application was done and the gentleman came back and addressed the questions and and even went over some areas again! We will continue with Weedman! So far, so good!

Weed man lawn care called continuously and I understand because they were trying to get an account. They did solidify that I will not be working with them in the future when the man that I talked to on the phone was noticeably irritated when I said we’re not looking at having work done currently and was about to say we will consider you in the future but he scoffed and hung up the phone on me. I’m not sure who I spoke with but he was incredibly unprofessional and rude over the phone. I can’t speak to the work that they would have done but their customer care etiquette could use some considerable improvement.

We had Weed Man for many years and then we thought we would try someone else, cheaper price. We tried two different companies for about 4 years and our lawn had so many weeds, bare spots, it looked terrible. We decided to go back to Weed Man in 2018. Our lawn looks so much better, greener, fuller, no weeds, and just over all more healthier than with the other companies. Weed Man completed my first lawn treatment last week. Several days later I noticed flowers and a rose bush in my garden beds wilting from over spraying. The damage has worsened and previously healthy plants are damaged or dying. There are four areas in the yard where grass was over fertilized and burned off. I have emailed and called for the last three days trying to reach a supervisor and no one gets back to me. They won't share a contact number for a branch manager. In other words, no one takes ownership for quality or customer service. Overall, very careless work and they don't want to talk with customers who pay for their service. Update: I do appreciate response and visit from Mike to follow up personally and address my concerns, which were validated. They took ownership and are working to make things right. I get the impression my experience was out of the ordinary. Mike was back a couple days later to repair lawn and retreat. Looking forward to seeing how the lawn looks by end of summer and next spring.

Everyone this company is truly an exceptional one. Their employees are trustworthy and super considerate. If I have a concern about my lawn they physically come out to the home and evaluate it to see what they could be doing different if need be. I live in West Allis and was skeptical that I would receive good service and have been very pleased. The communication is great, as well as the final product. While I only had the basic service, I was shocked to see the quality of my lawn improve. It is thicker and NO DANDILIONS!! (no dandelions was my main objective). Jason in particular is great. When they came for the 1st application which is the most important in the spring, we were surprised they actually walked the fertilizer treatment {we have over an acre lot} the 2nd treatment was just done last week, I saw John the tech when I was leaving for work & he was very nice & explained what this application was for. Corey Barczak has been my "Weed Man" this year, and I can't say enough about him and the company. I had other services in the past that were OK....so unremarkable that I thought I didn't need them and dropped them after a season. I went without a service for a couple of years. Needless to say, dandelions, crab grass and clover took over. Weed Man came out and took care of it all.
