The staff here is very friendly and offer very great prices. They had what I needed and pointed me in the right direction. There is sufficient amount of space to be able to acquire what you need as well which makes it a lot more convenient.

Called about a steering knuckle, they had one but circumstances prevented me from buying it, they lady on the phone was very polite and did everything she could to assist me and went above and beyond, but she was limited in what she could do as well, but all in all great customer service, hope I get the chance to require their services in the near future

I've been calling around to find a tire, 9 put of 10 places have been so rude and made me feel like a bother to them. This call to Burnham's, was much different. When the lady answered, she had a very sweet voice and WANTED to help me. She made my call feel important. The customer service here is reassuring. And their quality on parts is exactly what you would hope for.

TO HELP EVERYONE, UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT SO REVIEWS OLDER THAN 6 MONTHS ARE IRRELEVANT. THIS PLACE IS AUSSIM! (AWESOME) This was the best salvage yard I've ever dealt with. The gentleman in charge was very helpful, understanding, patient, , personable - everything you want to encounter in a business owner but rarely find. It is Memorial Day weekend and I went to the salvage yard to get a rear windshield, whilst removing the windshield I had dropped my wallet next to the salvaged vehicle, after they had closed I realized I did not have my wallet and called the gentleman. Not only did he find my wallet, he was nice enough to drive it to me across town! Great prices, GREAT people, definitely the place to go for a bargain and outstanding service. I will be doing all my business with regard to salvage parts here for sure. Strong recommended, I cannot say enough about this place!

Good people who don't BS you. Fair prices for parts and flexibility. The place is Much bigger than it looks driving by, don't be fooled, they have a nice amount of cars and trucks, import/domestic. I'm glad there's Finally a parts salvage CLOSE to me.

This is to let everyone know how great Burnham Auto Salvage is. I have a 2002 Ford Taurus. The selector switch for heat/defrost went out. I could not find the part at a Ford dealership or any other auto salvage. I called them and they couldn't help me quick enough. They found the part for me and installed it. The job was well done and I was very satisfied.

Mark and mike z treated us fair and wel! They have a HUGE selection of cars and offer in store credit ONLY of you do a return, which is ok because one always NEEDS a batery or a tire, so it has worked out for me always! I have been doing business with Mark since he ran West Allise Auto, and Mike Z goes back to 1991 w Mark, These guys really know their business!! I have worked w both men for years!
