It was fitted in a day, although the fitters spilt white sealant over the drive and it's proving difficult to remove. My garage door was fitted in 2022 and has always had a habit of closing itself with a moderate wind, but know its not safe as one side does not lock out. In 2022 they sent out two different sets of fitters who didn't/ couldn't fix it. Today I phoned them to ask if they could possibly sort it out, the person I spoke to said that needed the springs retentioned! But £130.00 plus VAT is extortion and most likely wouldn't work. I am totally disappointed and disgusted with this company.

Ended up needing a full replacement but he helped me stabilize and secure the door while I waited for the repair at no charge. He estimated 2-3 weeks to get it done, but ended up coming the next day (a Saturday) and got the whole thing repaired while I was out and about (even helped the FedEx guy safely store a 150lb package instead of leaving it on the front porch!). Biggest downside was price was more expensive than I anticipated and had I had more time I might have sought out other quotes, but it was hard to beat the speed and Brandon's service.

They came to fit it at 6pm so it was dark and did not leave until 9.50on and they hadn't got all the fixings. Door only partially locked and it was another week before they came to fix it. The installers were neat, but they used an existing wooden block to attach the opener to the ceiling. I questioned them as to why they did not simply fix to the ceiling without removing the wood. The reason the building inspectors were there was because the purpose of a portion of the garage had changed, and the fixing to a wooden block might no longer pass the fire prevention test.
