Our first visit to a place like this. We heard some great things about it, so thought we would try it. It will bring your family together or it will drive them apart. It all depends on the dynamics of your family. Lol no just kidding. It seemed to bring us all a little closer, even if it was just for a little while. We tried the Laboratory and did not complete it. Pretty deep my wife and our 13yr old didn't have what it took. Wouldn't have completed even if we had more time. because one of the keys didn't work properly. We didn't stand a chance anyway.

Wasn't too impressed I agree with the others there is no systematic process .it's like your thrown in a room and don't even know where to start it was more stressful than fun. The prices are a bit too high as well, toddlers should be free

Fun and exciting! Staff member was very friendly. We were locked in the Museum. I wish there were rooms that are less complicated specifically made for smaller groups or couples so they can actually escape.

The staff was very nice and helpful and the escape room was great! They had multiple skill levels we could choose from when booking ahead. Set up in the room was great and the overall scape was well done. We did come early and had to wait which was expected. The lobby and area outside of the escape rooms is very bare without much decoration. They have some tshirts for sale but that's about it. Just a small thing that they may change as they become more popular / busy. This is definitely a great escape room and a fun thing to do when visiting. Booking ahead is recommended (not sure if they take walk ins).

Our group completed the Warehouse at Locked In: Louisville. The staff were friendly and the booking process was simple. The room itself was pretty straightforward and didn't have a lot of surprises. There were a variety of locks and puzzles to solve, but there wasn't anything special or outstanding about the room. Our group had fun and we were able to escape with some time to spare. Almost all of the locks and puzzles in the Warehouse were 1st Gen, so it wasn't as technologically advanced as a lot of the rooms I've completed. Overall, if you're new to escape rooms and want to experience some adventure, give it a shot!

We Walked in and had such a warm welcome. The people was so very nice and helpful. It was such an amazing experience. It was so awesome to see everyone working together to figure out the clues. The layout of the game was very good. Some hard clues in there so unfortunately we Didnt make it out in time lol. But thats ok cause it really had you using and exercising your mind in ways you never thought of. I would love to go again and try another room.

It was crazy fun. I went with my husband, and if you get pick a time and day that isn't busy you'll get to do it by yourself. We went on a Thursday at 815 pm and no one was there. I would say that if you're new to it like we were this was a great place to go. The staff was nice. The beginners puzzle was actually challenging. We didn't complete it in time, but loved it. My main advice would be to look everywhere first. And that means above, below and everywhere in between. My only complaint would be that it is dead silent in the whole place. Which makes the atmosphere feel sterile. We were in the museum and just some background music would've been nice. I'm sure if you're with a big group then you won't notice. Will be back.

It was such a fun time going here! The only people that were in my group were my sister and myself, and we did THE WAREHOUSE ROOM. I'd recommend that you have more than two people in your group or your chances of success are far less likely. The staff was amazingly friendly, the room had fantastic presentation, and it was very challenging with tons of unique locks. I definitely hope to visit this business again and try another room in the future!

did "THE LABORATORY" room. our team escaped successfully but we were fortunate(?) enough to skip 4 crucial steps. unfortunately the combination-locked medication bottle all opened without having to get the correct combination number. the bottles were defective. so it made the whole process easier. those bottles should be fixed.

Was here Saturday from out of town. Had an absolute blast! The room was challenging, but fun. Staff was very friendly. Was sad to see the windows busted out and boarded up with plywood due to the rioting. Would definitely come back again and would definitely recommend!

First time doing an escape room and man it was fun! Super clean and the people who worked there were very friendly and very helpful. They have a couple different scenarios and difficulty levels. If you are visiting or even a native to lousiville I recommend this location.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!! We went here for a bachelorette party this weekend and it was so.much.fun!!!! The staff was super helpful and friendly, and the place was really nice, new, and clean. We were staying at the hotel next door so it was so convenient for us, and right next to 4th Street Live for dinner! We played The Laboratory and it was really well thought out, these guys do a great job with the themes of the rooms and the puzzles. It was difficult but so much fun, and because we didn't escape we played The Warehouse too (success on that one!) ...Locked In was so much fun, can't recommend enough!!

Awesome escape game! We had a blast. There are several different skill level rooms available, so a great time for any age group or event. The place was very clean and organized, staff is friendly and helpful, and games are well thought out and high quality--not like some of the other cheesy or run down escape games out there. Can't wait to try out the other rooms!

What an awesome time! Visiting family from out of town and had an absolute blast playing The Warehouse! It had cool props, thought provoking puzzles and an awesome ending. Staff was friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back in my hometown of Birmingham. Highly recommend!

Such an amazing experience. This little gem is hidden in downtown and we had no idea that it was here. We had to google things to do an search for a good while and we came across this place. We had a blast and the staff was awesome and super helpful. It can be difficult but we really enjoyed the challenge.

We didn't know exactly what to expect going in. This is a new facility and everything was in top working order. The objective is for a group (no more than eight people) to solve a series of puzzles. There are several rooms to choose from; each with a different theme. The puzzles are unique to each room in keeping with the theme of the room (Warehouse, Classroom, Laboratory, etc.). The manager gave us a good briefing before we started our problem/puzzle solving. Participants have one hour to solve all the puzzles and come up with the code to unlock the room door. Claustrophobic? The rooms are large so that's not an issue. Teams are given clues and teams need to work together using individual talents to solve each puzzle. We only got about 60% complete in our hour but we had a LOT of fun together trying to solve the puzzles! Highly recommend this place...and bring your thinking cap with you!

We do a field trip here every year. They are very accommodating for our group of 100 and great at communicating. My middle schoolers have never had a negative comment about their Locked In experiences.

Great time though one of the final puzzles in the room (laboratory) that we did wasn't exactly intuitive think outside the box type deal. It was more along the lines of check EVERY nook and crany of the room . All in all still great fun though.

We did this with our entire family! We have done a lot of these “escape games” and Locked In stands out as the best. The staff is courteous and helpful, the place is huge, clean, and well put together. And the location is fantastic! Right there at 4th Street Live. Can’t wait to go back and try some of the other rooms.

Although it's not cheap, it's a great, fun way to spend an hour. Test your sleuth skills with small and/or large groups, and get your photo taken once you've beaten the clock.
