Josh/Kyle was prompt on scheduled inspection/installation. They were very courteous and informative on the spring replacement. Scheduling was also very efficient. I had my service scheduled within a week of calling and even could of had them at my residence within 3 days. Will recommend for service. Great service. I called around 2:30 and they were at my house by 4:30 although they originally quoted overtime evening hours. Jed was able to repair bent track quickly. He never tried to upsale us. Every other 24 hour repair place I called quoted me a few days to come out and these guys were out less than 2 hours.

My garage door spring broke on a Sunday and I needed to be able to get my SUV out for work by very early Monday. Craig came out promptly, was very knowledgable, professional, and did a great job getting the spring replaced and everything working within only a few hours from when it happened. Came on time for tune/inspection for noisy operation, immediately went to work on the problem like a routine. Upstairs bedroom and post-adjustment door run is QUIET. Had honesty to tell me how to clean and tighten periodically, and when to get re-inspected in 2 years. As an aircraft mechanic in the Navy, Commercial, and Army, I deeply appreciate how he lists each corrective action on the receipt, and items he used. 30 min job for $69 coupon. Could NOT figure out the issues simply by my usual Youtube Mechanic Certification.

I called for garage door repair. They are always so friendly. A technician was able to come out the next day. Kevin was the tech and he was very friendly and efficient. I had a broken spring, Overhead Door came out next day and fixed it quickly. The tech, Jed, was kind and quickly fixed my issue. They also resolved an issue from a previous visit(with the previous owner of the house) where a spring they installed was too short. I probably wouldn't have known it was wrong either way, but Jed made a point to ensure I was taken care of. In my short experience with them they seem like a knowledgeable and honest company. 10/10 recommend.

Our garage door opener was malfunctioning. At the request of a neighbor we called Overhead Door. Scheduling was easy and the staff I spoke to was friendly. The technician, Joshua Smith, called to let me know when he would arrive and he arrived in a timely manner. Joshua was pleasant, friendly and thorough. He was patient while I tried to explain our attempt to fix the problem ourselves. He quickly identified the issue and was able to fix it. He lubed the garage door parts and cleaned up all the drips. I appreciate that he opened/closed the garage door several times to ensure the issue had been resolved. Again, Joshua was thorough, friendly and efficient in his work. He was not in a hurry and explained things thoroughly. We will definitely use Overhead Door in the future (and we’ll request Joshua) and will recommend their service to others. I have used The Original Overhead Door Company for years. At this point I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My two huge double doors are Overhead Door Company installed and have lasted beautifully for over 20 years. I had to have a spring replaced and the company sent out Jason. Wow! Great choice!!! This guy is super friendly, very communicative and relaxed. He worked extremely efficiently and had the two springs replaced in under the time he told me. He whistles the whole time he works which makes everything even smoother. The door works great as expected. I’ll be calling these folks the next time I have an issue. You can ask for Jason but I suspect he’ll be busy from all the other people requesting him. But what I know of the company, there are several more who’ll make you just as happy. Kevin Friedly

I was unable to use my vehicle do to a power outage and my garage door wouldn’t open. Once power was restored my door did not work. It was late in the afternoon and after calling, Josh the repair technician, was at my door in 30 minutes. He was pleasant, efficient and was able to fix my door without any hassle. Nicole was the phone operator that set up the appointment. She listened to my dilemma and was so nice to me even as she explained that my circumstance could end up being costly. Josh was able to fix the problem at no extra cost on top of the initial service fee. I have never used overhead door company before. I will definitely use them for all work from now on. Our garage door broke one of the side cables, making it impossible to open as the other cable was still attached. Just a word of caution, DO NOT cut the other cable. The spring tension that keeps those side cables taught is pretty extreme and will hurt you if you decide to try and cut the cable. Call a professional and save yourself a trip to the ER. Speaking of professionals, that is what we got. JD has 20+ years and took great care of us. He showed up on time, called before arriving and efficiently made the repair at a very reasonable price. He explained why we had the problem and took additional steps to make sure that it shouldn't occur again. We had a rusted bracket that was causing the cable to corrode faster than it should. While here he also replaced the bottom seal and programmed a remote Home Link in our car that I never could get to work. Ask for JD by name...you will be glad you did. These guys are "THE" Overhead Door Company. If you want the best, call no one else. Thanks JD and Overhead Door Co. of Indianapolis.

Jed came out to replace the Overhead Door outdoor keypad I bought on Amazon. I had tried myself, without success, to do it several times. I made a call just after 8am and had Josh show up about 4 hours later. One of my springs broke and Josh was able to get 2 new springs installed within about 30 min. I would definitely suggest this company to anyone needing garage door help. My garage door opener had suddenly stopped working on a Sunday evening. After trying to no avail to fix the issue myself, I Googled garage door servicers/sellers to call the next morning, and resigned myself to a "sleepless" night, as my garage door was stuck in the up position. I was extremely worried because replacing my garage door and opener was not on my financial agenda, and I just couldn't imagine another night with my garage open. So, based in part on the very positive reviews/ratings, I decided to call Overhead Door Co. of Indianapolis. I called them shortly after 8AM and made a same-day appointment for arrival by noon. The service tech, Jason texted me 30 minutes before he arrived. Jason was Excellent! He was friendly, personable, and really went well above and beyond to provide a solution to my issue, and take care of me -At a very reasonable cost. It was very obvious to me that Jason cares about his customers, and knows his stuff. I just cannot stress enough how pleased I am with the outcome! Although I wasn't ready to replace my garage door today, I will at some point in the near future, and when I do, my first call will be to Overhead Door Co. of Indianapolis...And I will ask for Jason. Both springs had broken on my garage door the night before. Called Overhead Door the next morning at 9 a.m. The representative said they could have someone out between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. She said Jason would be taking care of us and he would text me when he was on his way. I got a text around Noon that Jason was half hour away! He was here a little over an hour and replaced both springs at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Overhead Door Company of Indianapolis for any garage door repairs, annual maintenance or replacement. When my garage door failed to close, I called Overhead Door and was greeted by Rob, one of their skilled technicians. Rob was able to simply look at my garage door and opener and detect that the spring was broken. He went straight to work on replacing the part. The service and level of attention that Rob put into replacing the spring and, more importantly, repairing the bottom panel was outstanding! I'd give Overhead Door an A++ rating.

Called for service around 1pm, Rossilyn took the call and determined that because cars were trapped in garage and I couldn’t lift the garage open manually, that I needed immediate service. She contacted JD service technician who arrived around 2:30pm. JD was professional, efficient and friendly. Sparky is the best! Second time I have called for service to my door. First visit, I was not impressed. Tech was supposed to do tune up to door and only “tightened” bolts on door, that were not loose. Sparky came out for a totally different concern and actually tuned up the door! On my way to leave work this morning, my garage door spring broke leaving me unable to raise or lower the door. I contacted overhead door and they got me on the schedule today. The customer service was great. My garage tech, JD, arrived promptly and quickly got to work. Very clean removal and install of a new spring, in only about 25 minutes our garage door was working again. He also took a minute to grease all the hinges so the door didn't squeak as bad. Great experience with overhead door. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of garage door maintenance and I will surely be using them again in the future.

I'd give them 6 stars if I could! This afternoon (a Saturday) we heard a loud bang and had no idea what happened until an hour later when we tried to open the garage door and realized one of the springs had snapped. We called Overhead Door around 5 and they had J.D. out by about 8. So great emergency service! Once J.D. got here he was right on point in getting me quotes for different spring options and he did an extremely professional job in installing the springs and then tuning up the door so it wouldn't squeak. It's running way better now than before the spring broke! I recommend them for any garage door repairs or if you need a new door!

The spring on my overhead door broke on Thursday. I called Overhead Door and was given an appointment time for the next day. The service man showed up on time and quickly replaced the spring. I asked him to also replace the spring on our 2nd door since it was the same age. I also asked for new garage door openers and he had them on his service truck. They came prepared with all the parts I needed for my repairs and the service man was polite and efficient.

Josh came out and diagnosed the issue with our garage door not working properly and clearly explained our options. We decided to replace the opener with another chain drive opener, which he recommended to be as quiet as a belt drive opener (and a little less expensive). We got the job scheduled and less than a week later Josh was back to install the new opener and replace the bottom door seal. The opener works perfectly and barely makes any noise at all. In the process of installation the garage door was slightly misaligned in the opening. Called OHD and Josh came right back over to make the adjustment. We’re very pleased with service, quality and attention to detail and will contact OHD for any future garage door needs. Thank you Josh!

Technician was prompt and troubleshooted the "wire off the pulley" issues within minutes. He also took the time to check all hinges , tighten bolts, check and lubricate everything. Doors was fixed with the issues we initially called on. (Note. Bad door clearance sensors still made the drive unit non workable and the motor blew the next day. Self replaced unit and the door works smoothly with the new unit.

Update: They have reached out to me to try and help make things right and I am satisfied with the course of action taken. We contacted them when we were looking to update our house a bit for selling. We told this to the sales person who came out to measure for storm doors. He told us they were scheduling installations two weeks out at that point but delivery would take 2-3 weeks so it should be fine. Our doors arrived and we ended up waiting almost two weeks to install. This date was June 26th. The installer got our front door on (yay we were listing the next day) but tells us there is an issue and the back door is the wrong size. He apologized and said they would expedite the new door and should have it in 5-7 days. He told me they would make sure to fit a special appointment to install as soon as possible. A month later and the possibility that our old door is now an issue selling our house (numerous responses of lacking updates) our door finally arrives. The installer is out the next day. After our door is off it is discovered that the new door is once again the wrong size. Also our old one broke upon being removed so could not be replaced. Again we are told he correct door will be expedited and a quick install date. Nearly two months and numerous un-returned calls later we do finally have both our doors. The installer was apologetic but their main office seems to have a we don't care we took two months longer than estimated. I called almost every day for the 2 weeks leading up to the final installation. Constantly routed to the wrong person who on at least one occasion told me the person I needed to talk to was visible from where they were and they would transfer me. Got voicemail and when I called back they corrected to say they were mistaken and they were off that day. I left numerous voicemails and never heard back. While our installer did seem to legitimately care the home office could not care less about keeping clients up to date on information and happy. It was insulting and would not use them again. I also had to take three days off to be on site for the installations to happen(or not for one and a half of the 3 visits).

Amazing customer service!! Several months ago my spring break and they came out and fixed the spring. Fast forward a few months and the rollers came off the track. We called them back out and after looking at what happened and making a few phone calls he informed me that the last guy should have caught the issue and said it would be covered under a warranty. The tech today also took the 50 year old bolts out of the door and replaced them with updated bolts at no cost. I couldn't be happier with this company. I won't use any other company from here on out.!!!

Even though it took additional time, and a return trip, Craig installed the sensors properly and all at no additional charge. Impressive. We just had a great experience with Overhead Door. After having a bad experience with another provider (we needed some extension springs repaired on two old door installations), Overhead Door was out and fixed our doors quickly and easily (this was after I had waited through three different appointments by another company that didn't resolve my issues). Our installer, Jason, came out over two mornings - for one thing it was great having the same installer both days since he got to know us and our job. He not only fixed our springs, he reinstalled one of the openers that the "other" company had installed (incorrectly it turns out) the previous year and properly adjusted the other door, both at no extra charge…it was simply to make sure that the whole job was done right, even the part of it they weren't originally paid to do. What's more, by his demeanor and his work ethic, my wife and I could both tell that Jason really cared about the job and doing it right (he also introduced us to safety cables for garage door springs that we never even knew existed). And we had voiced concerns about our springs to the "other" company and they never even mentioned it. Also, we found Overhead Door via two recommendations - one from our plumber and one from a friend at work. It just doesn't get any better than this.
