Wait times vary greatly. Yesterday it to nearly 2 hours to get called. Today it took less than 5 minutes. Appointments were made both days. The agent was helpful and friendly

First time here. Very clean, lots if windows, friendly staff and the wait wasn't too bad. At this location you can get a title in hand and not wait for 30 days. Make sure you have all your required paperwork or it will delay your wait time. Security as soon as you walk in, 2 ATM machines, a few vending machines and a lot of parking. They charge $.25 for copies and have some interesting information on the screens to watch. There is an express tag machine but it looked to be out of service at the moment. Its better to bring cash because they charge debit and credit cards a fee of 2.5%. Commercial drives have new rules as well. Check out my pics and video for more info.

This location is absolute trash. This place has terrible customer service. Don’t call the number. You get told one thing and they really do another in person. Before you come here make an appointment and don’t end up like me. I drove 7 hours for nothing. Still waiting to speak to a supervisor. I explained my situation on Tuesday before this journey. If you are military, definitely do not register your vehicle with GA unless you plan on living here for good.

Overall my experience was good thanks to Holli who went beyond what she had to. I was trying to get my title that was originally from another state and somehow was mailed but not yet received since May. After Holli instructed me to contact the financial company in which I did, the lady on the other end of the phone was clueless as to what form to email to this office. Holli took control and walked the other lady through the process and in less than an half hour I had my GA title and on my way. Holli should be recognized for her superior customer service. It's becoming a rare commodity these days.

To be honest, with it being a government agency, I expected the worst when I found out I needed to go there to get a title for my salvage vehicle. But I couldn't have been more pleased on how smooth the process went. They have a great staff of professional, helpful agents there. I only had to wait about 15 minutes to be seen. They quickly and efficiently took care of my paperwork and got me on my way.

It's hard to give a place like this a good rating, but my experience there was quick and efficient. I got called to a window within 5 minutes of checking in at the kiosk and everything processed quickly after that. I didn't have an appointment either. So it was better than expected.

Went on the site and made an appointment on tuesday. Thursday comes, i show up 30 minutes early. Took 5 minutes for them to see me, left 10 minutes later with a replacement title. Idk how it is on busier days, but it was perfect for me.

Although I must admit when I went in at my sceduled appointment time 8:30am. There appears to be 15 or 16 numbered service counters and I saw only one person behind one of the counters. I said to self, this is going to be a wait. However I must admit. I dont think I was in there 15 minutes. I give 5 stars. For the total experience. Very satisfied.

Quite pleasant! I was impressed with the nice building. We were greeted when we first got there, to make sure that we had an appointment for that day. And since we were right on time for our appointment, there was no delay on our number getting called to a window. The lady handled our request very professionally & was very nice. The people you talk to is clearly based off quite a diverse population. I have spoken quite frequently over the last year with this department and have experienced quite pleasant customer service etiquette!!! But; than, there were more of the experiences in which the representatives tone, no matter how much they may have tried to make it not, was very standoffish. Clearly making any conversation uncomfortable and not even close to being productive. I get that people may have a script to follow when speaking with customers. But, seriously; you are not an automated answering service— you are a person and I am not your friend; duly noted. But, please remember that you are representing GA state, the Bible Belt of our country, and therefore you should treat each person as an individual and with respect. Phone conversations with people you don’t personally already know is awkward enough and does not need to be further strained! With that being said; I tried offering a suggestion about adding a feature to the website where we the people, whom you are employed to serve, could track our application process without having to overload the telephones. Something like what is used via UPS, USPS, UBER, ANY ONLINE SITE STORE OFFERS WHEN A. TRANSACTION IS MADE. Pretty much felt like I was being patronized the entire conversation and the representative pretty mich did not stray from her script at all. Not answering any of my questions and repeatedly saying the same thing over and over. I UNDERSTAND that this is a eccentric situation we are all very unfamiliar with; making everything a bit more complex.
But, seriously, telling someone not to call and to allow the process to run it like course; a course which has an EXTREMELY EXTENDED wait period; that could quite possibly be extended months because of COVID is absolutely insane. Especially, since there is a great possibility that your application could get rejected (and if it is rejected, the person is to be made aware of the fact via mail) if ANY FORM has one small detail overlooked or if a mistake was made in filling the form out. And how is one to suppose that a rejection letter is to be expected; mail gets lost all the time. I am not by any means trying to be difficult; but, would have just appreciated a little better way to stay informed. Offering a tracking feature option when doing transactions with your department; especially with extreme long turnover times, is more than reasonable. I am almost certain that if you even tacked on a small fee of no more than 5 dollars for each person to elect to use would be welcomed by more than just me. Is it wrong that I want to stay in communication and have updates on a transaction that I have requested and paid for without putting added stress on some clearly overwhelmed and over stressed workers? I ABSOLUTELY have NO PROBLEM waiting out as many other person has before, and will after me, but; I MOST CERTAINLY DON’T AGREE with not being able to have a better way to track my transaction as it works it’s way through the entire process! But, since I have to; I felt a strong need to express my frustrations. The 3 out of 5 stars would have been a 1. But, those few representatives that went way ABOVE AND BEYOND their job and had the most amazing spirits and were genuinely nice and addressed me as an individual and as if they ACTUALLY cared! It is people like those that make all the other poorly handled phone calls overlooked.

We went yesterday to have a duplicate title issued arriving around 3:45 in the afternoon. We took a number and waited. The ladies (everyone of them) were fantastic! You could see that they all were working diligently and efficiently. We were worried that they wouldn’t get to us since the clock was approaching 4:30 but no they took care of us in record time with a smile. Great job DMV ! We appreciate the great attitudes!! Yay

Got a title replaced on the spot. I arrived in the afternoon. I was 13th in line. It took about 30 minutes to call me to the Window. I was done in 10 minutes, title in hand, out the door.
Clean office, workers are friendly and efficient. It flowed pretty smoothly. Please note, this office has a security check with a metal detector. Don't bring a lot of metal things with you. My watch set off the machine even.

I was dreading my visit to the Welcome All Road location of the DMV. So many posts about poor service, slow turnover, etc. Imagine my surprise when I found the location with ease, and in and out in fifteen minutes with a replacement title for a car. Look, this place is a significant improvement over Tradeport back in the day. For a government agency, they aren't half bad. Some days are better than others. I'm a professional, so I've seen them all.
The frustrations most people probably have with this place is they come and don't have the proper paperwork with them or it's filled out wrong. That requires another trip back down once it's been corrected.
If you've got one that has you at wit's end, ask out loud if there is a professional title runner waiting in there.(There will be) Believe me, it's worth the money.

I arrived at 9:15 on a Monday, there was about 25ish people waiting in the seating area. Apparently this is the only DMV that issues titles same-day in Georgia. The young lady who I spoke to at the welcome desk was training, she was very friendly and helpful! Overall I waited 30 minutes and walked out the door. Good experience.

My experience today is in stark contrast to the reviews I've read on this site. Once I got through the menu, I was told it would be a 60 minute wait, BUT I could put in my number and would be called back. Within about an hour, a lovely woman named Tracy was on the phone and, when I explained that I didn't have access to a computer to print out the form I needed, she faxed it to me while she waited on the line to make sure it came through.
Needless to say I was impressed....after all, this isn't supposed to happen at the dreaded DMV!!

This location was staffed by polite, clam, respectful, and moreover professional agents. Its a small, but well-run office. I am not sure why such a remote location was selected, but at least the premises were well-kept, and very secure. I counted 10 surveillance cameras in the client lobby. Anyhow, this was a pleasant experience. Pleasant people work here, from the gaurd, to the intake folks, to the agent fulfilling requests.

Many of the staff are very polite and helpful. Occasionally you encounter someone who has had a rough day and it show. Most of the time, if you do your research, you can accomplish your goal regarding commercial vehicles and personal vehicle titles. This location focuses mainly of commercial vehicles and dealer work. In some cases, if you need a title immediately and do not have a lien, you can walk away with one in hand. Good security, average vending options, and large seating area. Look past the stigma of going to the DMV. This isn't one of those.
