Oh my gosh, what an awesome lady! We absolutely love her. I know this will sound weird because it’s a fingerprinting session so who has fun doing fingerprints, right? But we had so much fun getting our prints rolled. She’s so funny and we laughed the entire time there. Customer service is so difficult to come by today so to receive great, excellent service at a place you least expect it, is such a pleasant (and oh so welcomed) surprise. Thank you for your hilarious sarcasm and genuine care. Lady (for those who are a bit sensitive, she prefers to be called “lady” because it sounds younger), you are an awesome human being and we love you for it. At the risk of sounding redundant - I'd like to echo the sentiments of the other reviewers. My experience at TLG Fingerprinting was nothing short of amazing! I fully expected it do be one of those drab, administrative things that one HAS to do (begrudgingly) - but it was far better than I could have imagined. Pamela is extremely personable, bright, an incredible thinker and an engaging (and hilarious) conversationalist! Beyond the excellent service; she exercised a great deal of care in explaining my options, the process and next steps. This level of adulting is generally a challenge for me, but she demystified it completely. I'd had months of failed attempts to complete my fingerprints and background check on my own, and she helped me sort it out in under an hour - AND we managed to squeeze in a fun chat and some belly laughs! Ok. Pamela is EVERYTHING💗✨. Let me preface with saying, I’m a bit neurotic and super organized and I can’t tell you the amount of info and confusion I’ve received in my visa process lol! Pamela SINGLEhandedly made my “potential 6 month visa process” into like a 2 step, 2 month process lol. Literally. I was able to book her SAME day. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I got my bgc the same day (get the expedited service, it’s worth it!) Not only is she super kind but also SUPER helpful. Which I never expect these days.😅 Like, she extended herself to help me with not just my background service but also with two subsequent steps in my visa process! She walked me through the steps in person AND followed up with me via email like 20 minutes after I left. Literally cut out massive extra worry for me. I love this lady ya’ll! For real. GO to her. If you ever, and I mean ever, have to get fingerprints done and you are in the Houston area, do yourself a favor and go to TLG Fingerprinting. I called on a Friday afternoon around 2:30 pm and was done with the whole process about an hour later. It wasn't just the fingerprints though; it was the entire customer service experience. Pamela was pleasant, professional and went above and beyond what was needed (like providing a protective envelope for my fingerprint card along with an extra stamp for the mailing envelope). She was also helpful in assisting with directions to other places that I needed to get to since I'm not from the area. I really could have sat down with Pamela to chat for the rest of the afternoon; that's how at home she made me feel. It's always a pleasure to find people who are still committed to making customers feel welcome and want to come back. TLG is definitely a place I will do business at whenever the need arises!

Pamala is an excellent fingerprinting professional. She provided me the service I requested and went further by advising me in the next steps of the documents I am processing. As I'm not a US citizen I was having problems to understand the process and she helped me with that. Excellent service and so fast. I found out that I needed wet fingerprinting for a project I've been working on and I needed to get it done and mailed fast! I called Pamela and I think she heard the panic in my voice, she said to come right over and she'd fit me in! Such a breeze, she knew exactly what she was doing and even gave me a FedEX mailing envelope so I could drop off the cards on my way home. Two FD 258 fingerprint cards for only $35! The process was easy, quick and simple. The staff was friendly and offered exceptional service to me. I was new to fingerprinting and the notary process but Pamela walked me through it all. Pamela is amazing!!! First, she was so welcoming and had an awesome attitude and sense of humor. From the moment I walked in the door, to the time I left, she was attentive and extremely helpful. Don't you just love encountering positive people?!!! And let's not talk about being competent, knowing your job and being great at what you do honey! Your girl (me that is) had done straight registered for the wrong fingerprinting exam and had done waltzed my butt up in there like I knew that I was handling my business. WRONG! Pamela asked as to the reasons why I was being fingerprinted, I answered. She looked confused, then immediately questioned me as to whether or not I was having the correct one done. Long story short, I didn't know so she suggested that I contact the organization. I did and lo and behold, I was not. Not only did she save me nearly 50 bucks, but I also learned in that conversation with the org that I could complete my application packet online and it would save me 6 to 8 weeks of processing time (my application packet was actually in my purse and I was going to drop it in the mail after getting the fingerprint cards). Had Pamela not been so keen and aware of what type of fingerprinting is done for what type of services (mines was for out-of-state licensure), I would have waisted money (then had to return to spend more to have them redone) and likewise, it would have taken longer for the licensing board to process my application because they would have received it 8 weeks later due to me sending it via the mail had I not made that phone call at Pamela's suggestion. THANK YOU SO MUCH PAMELA!!!! CORRECT FINGERPRINTS- COMPLETE; ONLINE APPLICATION- COMPLETE; ME SOON TO BE LICENSED AS A PSYCHOTHERAPIST IN YET ANOTHER STATE THANKS TO YOU GETTING ME ON TRACK!!!- COMPLETE.. LOL.. YOU ARE THE BEST. The fingerprinting and notary process was extremely quick, the actually fingerprinting and notary only took about 7-10 minutes. Plus, if you're not comfortable with filling out your Social Security Number at the appointment, she is very understanding of that as well. Awesome lady.

I called to set up my appointment as it states on her site and immediately after hanging up I realized she had text me with a photograph of the building to ensure I knew where to go making sure i had the proper address and a visual image of where to go before I had a chance to get turned around or lost. I went to TLG last Friday to 'capture' and send my fingerprints using the Livescan service for an FBI background check to teach in South Korea. I had explained to her that I had tried to obtain the report twice several years ago by getting fingerprinted at my local police station then sending my prints off to the FBI.. Each time I had to wait 3 months to get a letter back saying their machine couldn't read my prints either because they were too light or the quality wasn't good enough. Pamela was very understanding and patient while working with me to capture a variety of prints using the fingerprint reader until we were both satisfied of the quality, since you can only save each set of prints once before sending them electronically to the FBI. The whole process felt like it took between 45 minutes to one hour! I used the FBI-approved channeler 'NBI' to get my results and I had an email from them within 10 minutes of leaving TLG's office telling me I could view my report. After creating an account and verifying my personal information, I was finally able to view a downloadable pdf version of my report, then received my hard copy in the mail a couple of days later. I highly recommend using this service to anyone in a similar situation or who just needs to get their FBI report in a quick, easy and efficient manner. Thank you!
