-Excellent service - Honest - Professional - Excellent craftsmanship - Caring. This company actually does exactly what their mission statement claims - they offer excellent quality work and craftsmanship at an extremely fair price and just as important- you can tell that they genuinely care about their customers! The owner, Matt is a jack of all trades and he's great at what he does! He remodeled 2 bathrooms in our home for well under budget and they look and function beautiful! We were sent a detailed estimate, as well as invoices and receipts along the way for any additional materials purchased. I really appreciated knowing that I was paying for what was purchased and not being overcharged. We were able to contact Chele in the office with any questions and she was super helpful and kind. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in need of any type of home repair and/or remodeling services. Thanks again to Matt and Chele

Thanks Matt and Chele for working with me in fixing the leak within the shower valve. Plumbing services nowadays are just there to make a quick buck and perform half-heartedly, but Pipeline Repair Co is not one of them. It did took some time to get there, but they stayed with me till the end until the job is completely finished. I recommend giving them a call for their services. I thoroughly appreciate their customer service, integrity, and their effort in maximizing customer satisfaction.

Matt is the BEST! His wife Chele is also amazing. Anytime I have to get something fixed, I call Pipeline Repair Co. They are super caring, compassionate, hardworking, understanding, kind, organized, and they get the job right every time. I will only recommend Pipeline Repair Co. They have the best prices and genuinely care about making sure everything is fixed. I had a few doors that needed new wheels and Matt made them look good as new. I needed an outdoor/exterior outlet and it looks perfect. I had water damage on my rug from an AC and Matt fixed that too. Matt and Chele are amazing and can fix pretty much everything!!! They do the job perfectly and are very kind people. They will never try to rip you off and always want you to have the best. I am so happy I found this company and anytime I need anything fixed, they are the first I will call!

Chele and Matt are professional and did an oustanding work to replace my sump pump. Chele was very responsive, provided an accurate quote using just pictures and even accepted price match. Matt did his work above and beyond. The sewage pit was a mess with deposits at the bottom for years that got in the way of the pump when it was removed. So, he did extra work to clean it out before the new pump could be placed properly. He described the extra work ahead of time and said it's up to me how much extra I can pay him for it. 9 out of 10 plumbers would want to rip you off before putting their hands on any dirty work. I would turn to Matt again for my plumbing issues. He also does home improvements.

My neighbor recommended this company after using them, herself. I needed my garbage disposal replaced so I gave them a call. They scheduled me the same day. The repair guy showed up on time and took a look and gave me a more fair quote. He was able to fix my garbage disposal without having to replace it, which saved me money and time. They even offer discounts if you have served the military or if you are a senior citizen, which I thought was super wholesome. I really appreciate their hardwork considering the price was so good it was practically free hahaha. I will definitely be keeping their business card handy and using them again in the future.

AAA+++ We have used Pipeline Repair three times and every time the owner Matt got back to us within the hour and came that same day to do the work. He and his crew installed a kitchen faucet, ceiling fan, bathroom faucets, repaired three roof leaks and this was the biggest job, he installed an underground automatic sump pump to remove water from an outdoor low area that was ponding and piped the water out to the driveway where disguised as a sprinkler head it would discharge the excess water! Matt is very personable, hardworking and conscientious. His rates are fair and reasonable. We highly recommend Matt and Pipeline Repair Co.

This company is great! I'm so glad I found them. I was looking for someone to do a partial kitchen and full bathroom remodel. After calling 2 other places, I responded to an ad they had posted on craigslist and gave them a call. I spoke will Shelly in the office and scheduled an appointment to discuss the work I was looking to have done. She was super helpful, got me on the schedule right away and explained what to expect which was nice. She even told me about the different promos and discounts that were available without me even asking which I really appreciated. I recieved a call from Matt about an hour before my scheduled appointment (the next afternoon) to confirm. He came out, looked things over and we sat down to discuss plans. He was very thorough in making sure he understood my vision for both projects, and he let me know what to expect from that point on. The next day, as promised he emailed me a material list to go over to make sure I was happy with the materials being used along with a reminder of the time we had set to discuss the material list. He called me at our scheduled time and asked if I had any changes or questions about the materials. I gladly approved the materials and we discussed labor cost. I recieved an email with an estimate of the labor cost as discussed about an hour later. The next day, Matt and Joe arrived on time to begin my projects. The estimated time of completion was 4-5 days. Matt and Joe worked hard to finish my projects on time. Not only did they finish on time, but they did a beautiful job and were able to keep me WELL UNDER my budget. I could not be more pleased. Using the discounts Shelly had made me aware of I saved an additional $250 AND got free delivery on all materials. I will gladly be using this company again in the future and recommending to friends and family.

Let me say, when it came time for me to renovate my house that I was Not only happy with the quality of work but I must say they went above and beyond what was expected of them. They do it all from wood work to plumbing and electrical, what ever you need done they can get it done.

You know how it goes. Kids are horsing around, next thing you know there is a hole in the wall. I have no idea what im doing when it comes to home repair, I also dont really know where to look or how to know if im getting a good deal or not. Thankfully I have neighbors who help me out. They told me to contact Pipeline Repair Co. and that they will make sure I will get quality service for the cheapest price. They answered me immediately just like an actual company would and were super professional, they showed up 2 minutes earlier which blew my mind, AND they offer military AND senior discounts! Pipeline Repair Co. reassured me that the time something in my home is damaged or needs installment, they would be there to help. I 10,000% recommend this company and WILL be using their services again in the future, you know how kids are LOL
