My two-car garage door failed to open using the remote or the unit inside the garage. This place sent out a service technician who was both knowledgeable and professional. They explained that the handyman who installed my opener did not have the brackets properly aligned and in the proper position. Because I have a single and double garage door, both the red lights should have been on the outside of the garage door, with the green lights in the center. They oiled the springs, rails, and brackets as a courtesy. Sure enough, it worked, and their service was reasonably priced.

The guy who called from their office to do the scheduling said they would be able to complete the job in 3 hours, and he wasn't wrong. Motor, rails, door, weather stripping all needed to be replaced and these guys not only arrived right at the start of the window they gave me but got it done about 5 minutes shy of the 3 hour estimate. Plus their pricing was on par with other companies I had received estimates from but these guys were a little more professional so that's why I made the decision to go with them.
