Initially, I was extremely happy with services until the burnout spot on my lawn. Called to address concerns. Manager Ricky Smith came out, left a handwritten message on my door that accused me of laying something on the lawn and not mowing frequently. I’m not sure about anyone else, I’m just sure that I don’t have funds to pay Fairway Lawns to beautify my lawn and then destroy what I’ve paid for. Unhappy customer. TreVonda P Hemphill

I have been using Fairway Lawns for lawn maintenance for about 5 years now. My lawn is beautiful! At one point there was a problem with open spots with no grass. I called the person who sold me the service. He ID'd the problem; he notified the person who did the majority of the spraying; and the problem was fixed in a few months! I wish I could post a photo of part of the lawn. I highly recommend them.

I had been a TruGreen customer for over 20 years. TruGreen's lack of professionalism and service lead me to give Fairway Lawns a try. I am so glad I made the switch to Fairway Lawns. They are truly professional and provide outstanding customer service. My lawn has never looked so good. I wish I had made the switch much sooner. Best company ever!! Our lawn is a "show stopper" in our neighborhood. Many of our neighbors have used Fairway's services because of our lawns appearance. Highly recommend for weed control. No company before them has been able to control weeds in our lawn. Problems?? Just call and they are there to help.

I have had yard services before and could not tell much difference at all. I can honestly say Fairway Lawns has made a huge difference in my yard. The grass is so thick and they took care of all the different kinds of weeds I had. I can’t recommend enough.

I had a literal salad bar of a yard. Weeds. Vines. Flowers, it was a mess. Fairway Lawns has worked hard to turn my yard into one of the nicest in the neighborhood.

Fairway did a great job initially (1st season). I saw immense progress in our lawn. It was becoming fuller and with less weeds. However, this past season, the weed eradication was very limited. I saw no progress in the reduction of weeds. Turf growth was stagnant. Disappointed with this past season and will probably cancel program.

They come and spray about every 6 weeks. The lawn has never looked better. Occasionally weeds pop up and if you call them they will come right back out and respray as needed (have only needed it twice in about two years). It's a low effort high reward transaction. I would definitely recommend them.

Our grass was not growing as it should and the weeds were overtaking the grass as well as patches of no grass throughout. Contacted Fairway and within two applications, our yard is improving immensely. They were responsive to my questions in a timely manner and eager to assist. Also, the cost was very reasonable. Had a sparse lawn and lots of weeds. Started lawn treatments in early spring and now at the end of summer, lawn is thicker and more lush. Weeds are almost all gone. I would definitely recommend Fairway Lawns of Columbia.

After several months of treatments I see improvement in our lawn. However, the supplication consistency leaves much to be desired. The last application was just a few days ago and 2 applications, THEY SAID, were done at once. Due to this they pulled 2 $52.00 fees a($104.00) from our credit card INSTANTLY WITH no notice in advance!! Hopefully they did what they said. I find this rather unprofessional to say the least . ___________________________________________ Only have had 2 treatments and see immediate improvement. Very accurate in contact and efficient billing!!

Since I hired Fairway Lawns this year my grass is healthy as it's ever been. I'm so happy the previous company I was using raised their prices and I fired them. If you want a nice green lawn with no weeds start using their service.

I enjoy yard work but I lost my yard to weeds and poana. It has been extremely dry here in SC but with 2 treatments and a lot of watering I’m on the road of recovery. They are doing a great job.

Our lawn has never looked nicer, and the people that work with Fairway Lawns are so professional and helpful. One gentleman took the time to walk around our backyard recently and provided great suggestions as to how to encourage more grass growth. They have also been respectful to not leave plastic signs in our yard that will end up in our landfills. No, you cannot recycle those...by the way.

They are ok, killed "most" weeds. Do not expect them to do an actual soil analysis. All they do is spray chemicals and spread fertilizer. Lawn still isn't the best looking. I feel like I probably could do the same or better job. And yes, I do water my yard everyday. Not really impressed and probably will revert back to doing everything myself.

We use this service and have seen a big improvement in our yard. Before it was sparse and weed filled. Now it is actually looking good. We can count on our applier to be curteous and punctual. He is very personable, too.

If you want a wonderful yard that is weed and fungus free then use this company. All I do is cut my yard and enjoy the great yard. Fairway comes out to my house and is finished in less than 30 minutes every time. The only way I know they have been there is either with the placement of a new yard sign (Free advertising for the company and something I like to display) or the bill that is hung on my front door. Great company and well worth it.

Still waiting to be impressed....previous homeowner took care of his lawn himself and it looked great when we moved in. We hired Fairway as we have little time to do it ourselves. Last notes from tech sounded like excuses as to why our grass doesn't look great any more. We still have weeds, crazy BIG weeds popping up all over the lawn. Also tech never even let me know he was here last time-my car was in the driveway- which would have nice, so I could discuss my concerns. If previous homeowner could do it, why can't a lawn care company. We used Tru-green in the past and our lawn looked great! I'm leaning back towards them again. Hubs really liked the guy from Fairway who came out at first to discuss our needs so wants to give Fairway more time. So I'm waiting and hoping the grass gets better. Fingers crossed!

The technician is so nice... If I'm available he explains everything to me, he doesn't try to push more services than needed. He makes his suggestions and leave it there. He is very nice and I'm so glad I signed up for them to get rid of my weeds in the yard. My neighbor uses them and I tried it after her grass was looking amazing! Pictures coming in the summer... Well.. I can't post pictures, but it's been about a year and NO WEEDS ANYWHERE!! 💕 I am loving it!!

This is the first lawn service company I've used that actually performs as promised. Two other companies were unable to get my weeds under control and managed to kill some of my plants. After just a few sprayings, weeds began to die and my grass was much greener. They may cost a bit more than other companies but they are absolutely worth it.
