This is our 2nd contract with them and like the first, everything was done very well. Our first was a four seasons sun room 15 years back and this was our homes’ 5 porches whose wooden balusters had begun falling apart due to weather. Their recommendations were accurate and their installation team was seasoned and very capable with installation. You know it’s good when neighbors walking by tell you how great it looks! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The whole process was easy and very transparent. Andy the sale rep. came to my house and walk me through the process. When time for construction of my deck, Juan the lead construction coordinator came out and explained the process with great detail. The final product was beyond my expectations! I am very pleased with the professional work I received from Archadeck of Central South Carolina with expanding my current deck. This team of professionals were able to complete my project in just under a month. With all the pandemic from COVID-19 they were on time with my project - keeping me informed of all the steps to complete my project on time. Additionally I made a project change, they were even able to make the updated changes immediately and the project still came complete on time. I recommend this company for all your home project improvements and thank them for a job well done.

Archadeck did two projects for us. Our house is 32+ years old and had the original wooden porch posts and railings, warped with time. I was tired of painting it. Replaced it with new never paint railings including new handrails on the steps. Replaced the most warped posts and faced them with never paint boards. Looks fantastic! Work was done quickly and professionally. The crew cleaned up when finished. The supervisor(s) checked with us several times to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Several months later we were so pleased that we had the deck replaced. Archadeck worked with us to make sure we got a design and materials that met all the parameters we specified. Spending much more time on the deck than ever before.These folks and their materials are a bit more expensive but are a great value and well worth it. There were two minor issues after completion which Lowell and his crew addressed immediately. So happy with the final project.

I first hired Archadeck years ago, when Mike Reu ran the company. He was nice as well as professional and handled everything wonderfully. Now, I've hired them again, with his son Marshall stepping into his father's role and carrying on the quality workmanship. Marshall and the whole crew were great to work with, very accomodating, reasonably priced, and provided options to meet our needs. They stand behind their work and are quick to rectify any issues. After ordering a table and chairs for our patio, we realized with “Famously Hot Columbia South Carolina Heat”, we would probably not get many opportunities to enjoy sitting outside. We started to think about how we could add shade. Having heard about Archadeck, their great reviews and after reviewing photos on their website, we decided to reach out. Their representative, Bess, contacted us and arranged an appointment. It goes a long way when the person that represents the company has nothing but great things to say about the company and the owners. She did not hedge her words and you could tell she was sincere. “We would be happy with the final product, and they would make sure of it.” She shared many concepts based on her experience. Ultimately, based on her input, we chose a different direction than we initially considered. She sent several beautiful renderings, and after a few tweaks, we placed the order. I have to admit, prior to installation, I had buyer’s remorse and was starting to question our decision. The day arrived and our pergola was installed. Wow! We were and are so impressed. The Pergola adds depth, character and shade to our house. It solves so many problems. Bess stayed in contact with us throughout the process and made sure that the project not only met but exceeded our expectations. We have spent more time on our patio in the last several months than we have spent in the last six years. Honestly, even if we didn’t enjoy all of our new family time, the Pergola has added value to our house – I would say, more than we spent. We were so happy, that one night I remember sitting on the patio with my family and texting Bess about how happy we were. I can’t recall the last time I have done that with any merchant. Thank you, Bess, and thank you Archadeck for delivering on what you promised and exceeding our expectations. We have received so many compliments!

We were so happy with our Archadeck deck that was done several years ago that we had another project to add on to the existing deck so... we called Archadeck back. And, like before they came right out and measured everything up gave us an estimate and not too many days the work had begun. And, again the installers were so very knowledgeable and you could tell they took pride in their work. For me it was like old fashion service that seems to be a forgotten art. But, not at Archadeck. Archadeck did a fantastic job as they did before I would highly recommend them to anyone. I’ve had lots and lots of complements on our deck over the years. We are very pleased with the enclosed porch from Archadeck! They were very professional through the whole process, from the initial on-site visit, estimate, walk through with the foreman, etc. Everything from the scheduling of the work to ordering the materials and delivering to the work site and taking care of all necessary permits. I was impressed with how organized and smoothly everything went. The construction crew was very courteous and always left the area clean and neat. Lastly, their office manager always kept us informed as to what the next faze of the project was and when to expect it. I really appreciated being kept informed! My sales person Tony was very professional and walked me through the project that eventually evolved into my beautiful backyard oasis. What do you call a perfectly satisfying remodeling experience? What is a job accomplished by professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and accommodating staff? You call it an Archadeck remodeling. We recently had a screen porch converted into a sunroom. Marshall and Lowell oversaw the project and Carl and his crew did the actual construction. We could not have been more pleased with the project from start to finish. Carl was extremely accommodating and made numerous aesthetic changes that I requested even though it was more work for his crew. The result was a bright and open room that we love and where we can relax and enjoy the beauty of nature no matter the season or the weather. My husband and I have gone through three remodeling projects and this is the only one where we can enthusiastically recommend the company that did the work. Special praise goes to Marshall and Lowell for handling the only hiccup in the project - a problem that was not the fault of Archadeck. The glass on the door to the deck was defective and Marshall and Lowell negotiated with the Florida glass provider after the first replacement glass was worse than the original. I don't believe any contractor would have hung-in there for the time it took to completely solve the problem. If I could assign twenty stars instead of the maximum of five, I would. I strongly recommend Archadeck to anyone in need of a sunroom or a deck or any other service that they provide. Hats off to Marshall, Lowell, Carl and the entire Archadeck crew!

When we started thinking about replacing our 15-year-old deck, we wanted something different, on a larger, multi-level, more user-friendly scale. We met with Archadeck and together worked up a 3-level design that included a seating area, dining area, built-in outdoor grilling area, and gas firepit.
