Best price of several bids and lead times weren't astronomical. Minor drywall ding from ladder upon install was offset by upgraded Liftmaster opener (+ camera) due to being out of stock on original bid. Would recommend and do business with again. Dirty door in pic is leaves from storm. No worries.

Amazing experience. Our spring broke on a Sunday so I emailed them to set up an appointment. They had a service guy out on Monday and he fixed it in 20 minutes. Price seemed very fair. Going to have them install an opener on our third door asap. Owner has been very responsive and Rob did an amazing job with installation. Thank you! Highly recommended. These guys have always been so wonderful to work with. They communicate well, on time and quick to respond. Our garage door broke when coming home from work (bracket broke away from the wall). I called the store at like 6pm and they scheduled me for the next afternoon and showed up a bit early, after calling to make sure it was ok. The door was broken for less than 24 hrs. In addition to fixing the bracket, Scott tightened the belt on both garage doors. Everything works better now and I'm very happy.

I usually try to fix everything myself. Only when I am really struggling with a repair project will I finally give in and call a professional. When I started calling around, some of the other repair stores were way too expensive and I felt like they kind of set you up to nickel and dime you once they do come out. Garage Door Store Boise was super straight forward with their pricing and it was a very reasonable price and much lower than any of the others. Rob and Kevin from Garage Door Store Boise just finished fixing my messed up door and I could not be happier! I was super impressed with their speed and efficiency with which they worked. Their estimated price and time of project completion was spot on, and I would recommend them without hesitation. Small issues that arose: Harware (decorative handles and "arrows") didn't make it on the truck for the job, so they had to come back. When they came back, they only had the arrows and not the handles, so another trip was needed. Small stuff, and it was corrected quickly. The guys were great and worked quickly. My garage door was buckling and needed new struts. I called Garage Door Store to see if they have struts available. I spoke with Kevin and he said that they do. I was just planning to just buy the struts and install them myself. I asked Kevin anyway for an estimate to have one installed, I thought the price is fair so I just had him come over and install one for me. Kevin is a real solid, honest guy. He's fast, fair and efficient. They definitely earned my future business. We'll be recommending them to people and we'll give them a call again in the future if I need garage door service.

Update from one star to five: Kevin called the next day and apologized profusely for the mix-up. To make things right, he offered to come by at any time that suited me and do the tune-up free of charge. Included in this tune-up were new motion sensors and a new keypad. He even replaced a joint on the door to stop it sagging in the middle when it was up. Garage door opener stopped working last night. Door popped back up instead of staying closed. I emailed the company at about 4:00 this morning asking for a service call ASAP. About an hour later I got a reply email indicating that a repairman would arrive between 8:00 and 9:00 this morning. Repairman arrived promptly at 8:00. Diagnosed and fixed the problem within about 20 minutes, including replacing one door hinge that was failing. Total cost: $84. Talk about customer service!!! I'll use them again in a heartbeat. UPDATE: Two years later, a part broke last night (Sunday). Repairman arrived at 9:00 Monday morning and finished by 9:30. Refused to take payment. STILL THE VERY BEST!!!!
