He arrived the next day right on time and provided excellent service. I think I got a fair price for my 2006 Hyundai Sonata. Would recommend to others. Quick and easy service!

I had a wrecked car I was looking to sale and called this service for a quote. After sending pictures and talking with Omar we decided on a quote over the phone. The next day we had a time set to have the car picked up from a tow yard. Marcus gave me a call when he was 30 minutes out and he was quick to help me locate the car in the lot. The total we decided on was slightly less than quoted but with good reason once they check out the car in person. That being said Marcus was of huge help and the transaction was simple and quick!! Wish I could’ve gotten more but because the car supposedly didn’t have something under it stock I lost out on $150. I had no idea the car had that work done when I bought it but it’s cool. Besides that the service was outstanding! Great customer service and they are willing to give your time to bring in the title if they arrive and you’ve misplaced it! It’s not his fault, but I was originally quoted $400 for the vehicle, which then became $300 and then $250 when I told them I had an electronic title. When I called to request a quote yesterday, no one picked up. Butttt that's okay because I used the contact form on their website instead. I got a response the same day! So if anyone's having troubles contacting them, try their website instead. The owner, Omar, gave me a good quote and he stayed true to it when the mechanic spoke to him over the phone after inspecting my car. He even told me they would be able to tow my car the next day (which is today) I requested for them to come at 9AM. Someone called yesterday night asking if it could be pushed back till later. I didn't mind but ironically the day of someone canceled their appointment. I received a call from the mechanic, TJ, at 8:32AM asking if he could come earlier. He came here a little after 9AM. I was thrilled :-) the whole process took about half an hour. Minus the time it took him to get my car off a hill type sloping parking spot, which I applaud him for accomplishing! (I attached a photo for reference) The mechanic was friendly and patient. He even unscrewed my license plate for me. Everyone I've spoke with throughout this process has been helpful and professional. I was a little nervous but they do good business. Just make sure you have your title. They will come tow your car for free. And you get to walk away with cash in your hand.

Despite ownership cutting their offer in half when Francisco arrived HE is the only reason l accepted less than we agreed upon. He was cordial, professional and understanding when l said no initially. The offer went from $200 with pictures of the damage to $100 after he arrived. I knew this was not his fault and when it seemed neither side would agree he stayed kind. ONLY BECAUSE of his attitude did l relent. Had an AMAZING experience with this company! I called, got a LIVE person (which, has been an issue with other junk car companies, apparently?) and got a text with a quote within ten minutes. I spoke with Johnny, who was so professional, courteous, and SPEEDY! He was here in less than thirty minutes with his tow truck. Had a pretty mixed experience with them. Aubrey, who picked up the car, was very polite and professional and did his job well. However they gave me basically just scrap money for my vehicle. This would be fine if they were upfront about it, but they give a quote initially based on assuming it has nothing wrong with it (without saying that's what the quote is for), and then low-ball you when they get there and see your junk car isn't fully operational. I doubt anyone that calls them has a fully operational vehicle, otherwise they would be trying to sell it elsewhere, so this strikes me as a business practice to get more calls and still offer prices about the same as any other place. However, if you go in knowing this and understanding they aren't really offering better prices than the competition, then you can have a decent experience with them since they are otherwise good to work with.

Quick response, friendly service. Here’s how it worked: I emailed from their website letting them know basics on my vehicle. They responded within the hour with a preliminary quote. Then spoke with them on the phone to set a time to meet their truck. Once I met their truck, Johnny and Melvin reviewed the car and sent some pics to the office for an official quote. I had a sizable dent in the back, so my actual quote was, understandably, less than the preliminary one. I agreed to the price, signed over the title and went on my way. Sold 2 cars at different times, amazingly smooth and overall professional experience by Omar. Omar is super quick to respond via text, we had estimated agreements on price within minutes. The flat bed Driver/ company rep Raphael is probably the most professional person that I have dealt with in a long time in the car industry. Fantastic interpersonal skills and very efficient when it came to dealing with the car sale experience. We had a great conversation as he loaded up the car. This type of customer service is rare to find in business today. Raphael is an absolute asset to the company and deserves recognition for being so down to earth while maintaining his professionalism and efficiency in getting the job done. The first car sale to this company, I was given exactly what was quoted. They came, they inspected, it was as I described, they paid me, they left. The second car sale was great overall but could have gone better.. I was quoted $100 more for this second car than I actually received. I understand how this business works BUT Omar and I had come to an agreement over text with detailed pictures and description of the car's condition. These offers are never set in stone but this is why I spent additional time to give him all the details + pics before they came. Nothing "new" was discovered during the pick up that wasn't already discussed via text or seen in pics. In fact the car started and was operational which prior to them coming I suggested not starting it due to a coolant leak (which was discovered to perhaps be because of a small puncture). I was originally offered $200 more IF I could get the title of the car in hand vs selling it with no title. I spent the last month or so going back and forth with my friend's family to get a new title printed as it was their car and FL titled. We finally got the title to GA in hand and that is when I contacted Omar again to see if he would honor the original agreement. He said HE WOULD ( I confirmed and explained circumstances twice) and like I said above when the driver arrived a couple days later, he offered $100 less. I asked the driver to contact him and see if he would honor the original agreement considering all of the above and they decided to stick to their current $100 less offer. Now don't get me wrong, I am happy they were quick and professional and that I was able to help my friend with getting rid of this headache, but had I known we would have only received $100 more than the original NO TITLE offer from a month ago, I probably would have sold it the first day of contact. Seems like honoring the $100 more for the original deal that we also JUST confirmed AGAIN a couple days prior to them arriving, would not have been such a big ask especially to avoid this aspect of my review and to gain a perfect 5 star vs 4. I truly wanted to give 5 stars for both car sales because the company is just that good compared to others but I just can not due to the prior agreement and knowledge of car's condition before the 2nd car sale as well as the time involved to procure the title for the higher offer pitched to me. The first car I sold, they gave the EXACT amount offered in the text/on the phone as I also conveyed the cars condition accurately prior to the sale. For this second car sale I described in detail the issues and backed it up with pictures. I was not told why they decreased the price upon inspection (there wasn't a reason as all things were already clear in texts and in pics) Coolant leak, power steering leak, physical condition etc. I did my part in describing the condition some of it twice and was offered the original offer TWICE but for some reason it was not honored with no clear explanation as to why they docked $100 off. Would I recommend doing business with them again? Yes ABSOLUTELY especially if you are selling a junk car. Overall this company is among the BEST for quick used car sales. Omar's response time via text is second to none and Raphael is the best rep I have done business with yet. Thank you again for the overall stellar service.

When the day came I said do I need the key ... He said no it wud drop down to $500 I said ok that's fine (bc I didn't feel like looking for the key) when he gets here he says that the catylac converter is a big portion of the price in which I wud think you would ask "hey have u brought a new catylac converter on ur car B4 coming to tow it!!!!.. so that lowered the price down to $200 which was what I got from others !! And the only reason for three stars is bc the man who helped was nice and came on time and came out the way to come service my car in Griffin and they r located in ATL.. but seems like false advertising.. price shud b at that price!! After A Tow wrecker service -- in cahoots with the Sandy Springs police department -- stole my car from the side of I285 despite my son (who had just survived a terrifying car accident) telling them he had AAA, I had to quickly pay their ransom before they started breaking my thumbs. I needed to get rid of my car and i googled junk cars and came across extreme cash for junk they were so accommodating. They come out to you and estimate your car. I didn’t get exactly the amount i wanted i was asking for $15 more which i felt was reasonable but the person that i spoke with wouldn’t budge. Overall i needed to get rid of the car and if i had more time i would’ve weighed more option, however this place is very quick with responding. Anthony is Very nice though

I wish that I could give you five stars but I can't. When I first contacted the extreme I was told that they could pick the truck up today and after I called back I was then told that they would try and pick it up but I made them swear that if it wasn't picked up today that it would be towed away. It was after that that I was told that they would reroute a driver to come and pick it up but it since they had to do that it would cost me $110, I didn't want to do it but I understand that some money is better than no money. After the driver got here he began to do test on the truck and made a call to the owner I guess and after a conversation with him I was out of $50 more dollars because the junk car wasn't perfect and I didn't understand that, but as I said some money is better than no money. Would I recommend them to anyone, I don't think so. I pickup guy had the best customer service during me being screwed without any vaseline. This was my experience with this company.
