Great service!! I recently locked myself and our two puppies outside with one older dog left inside the house. Having to be somewhere within an hour, I needed a quick response time and they were very responsive to my needs and were able to send over a technician within about 15 minutes. He was courteous, and great with my barking puppies who were concerned about his presence. He took the time to get them warmed up to him and finished the job quickly. Would definitely call on them again for lockouts or for other security needs we might have.

This company provided me with solid support on my truck's ignition lock cylinder. Mr. Flores tried his best to help me fix the issue over the phone just in case it was a simple fix. Unfortunately, it resorted to pulling the ignition lock cylinder out of the truck and performing surgery on it, but all in all, he fixed the issue very quickly. Along the way, he made sure I knew what was going on. Very fun guy to talk with. I an super glad I called this company.

The Team at CIS have been great. They're knowledgeable and caring. The install was very professional, and their customer service has been great. They will answer your call at 1 AM when you're not home and your alarm is going off (Sorry guys!) and sit down at a computer to troubleshoot. Highly recommend! Called 6-7 locksmiths in Anchorage and everyone was booked and would only be able to come after hours for a higher charge. Cardoso sent someone out within 30mins and took no less than 5 minutes to finish the job. Worked with Chris and he knew exaclty what he was doing. Great service! Only guy in town I found who would come and help me out on labor day! My particular issue was my key snapped in half inside the door lock. Hey took it out and even made a couple new keys for me! In and out like a fast food restaurant! He advises everyone who has a key break into the lock to not mess with it at all, otherwise you risk making him work a lot longer (costing you way more money).

We hired CIS to update our home security system. They adjusted some cameras, added sensors for window breakage, and hooked us up with a smart phone application that allows us to monitor our system from virtually anywhere. Now we can arm/disarm our system with our smart phones, we receive immediate notifications on our phone if the security system is triggered, and we can view the security cameras through our phones. In addition, our system is monitored 24 hours per day so that police are notified in the event of a break-in. The installation technicians were awesome. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They respectfully observed all safety precautions in response to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic (masks, social distancing, etc.), and they went above and beyond what I expected in terms of the service experience. CIS Alaska is an excellent security firm, and I highly recommend that you contact them if you're considering a security system for your home or business.

We had 8 cameras installed and it required quite a lot of work. There was only one technician, so it took about 4 days, but he did a great job. He was always cheerful, and he stayed as long as it took. We love the cameras; very clear and we are still learning our way around using them, but have already discovered it was a moose eating my cabbages!

We hired Cordoso Integrated Security to provide cameras and a monitoring system for our owner-occupied duplex after a personally motivated vandalism incident to our property. Everyone involved, from the estimator to the installers, was professional, prompt, helpful, and in this time of Covid wore masks, much appreciated by us since we are seniors. The craftsmanship was outstanding, and the wires are so hidden as to be almost invisible. The three mounted cameras and two doorbell cameras produce excellent quality images, and we feel much safer now. We would happily recommend Cordoso to anyone needing a security system installed.

These guys have good prices and awesome customer service. I unfortunately lost my only key in Walmart and couldn’t find it. I called around anchorage to get the car re-keyed and I either got voice mail or “we don’t do that stuff.” One of the locksmiths in town refered me to CIS and I don’t regret it. It took about 30-45 minuets to rekey my car and get a spare key made. They came to me (in Walmart paling lot) in 15 degree weather. Cody knew exactly what he was doing and was very professional. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I managed to loose my car key while out shopping after unloading my groceries. It is a programmed key and the only one I have. The car dealership gave me the CIS number. I called and about 20 minutes later I happily greeted the owner of CIS. I explained my tale of woe. I was having a very difficult time understanding how my key seemed to have disappeared. My mother and I had searched through my purse and the car to no avail. When help arrived Mr Cardosa helped search again and found my key lodged between the passengers seat and console. He said he was happy it was found, as he didn’t have a key blank for my car. A new key is being special ordered for me. I am thankful for the service that went the extra mile.

I should have gone with CIS Alaska in the first place. We bought a cheap camera system online similar to the ones you can buy at our local box stores and had it installed by so called "professionals". Two months later, two of the camera stopped working and I could't get the guys who installed it to come out to fix it. I called CIS Alaska and they sent a tech. Within couple of hours, he fixed the cameras and got my system working again. Additionally, he took the time to go over the settings and optimized it for me. I asked them for quote so I can have more cameras installed. The quote CIS Alaska gave me was cheaper than the combine cost of getting my current camera system but with 4 more cameras. They just installed the camera system and I am looking forward getting my alarm system replaced. Great techs, good price, and reliable.

Cardoso Integrated Security worked with us to provide a system that not only met the requirements of the state regulations but provided for expansion options as our business grows. Cadoso has provided excellent after sale support, having provided components that needed to be repaired/upgraded and sending a technician to be on site during our final state inspection, providing a smooth correction of the couple of minor issues identified by the State of Alaska enforcement agents that came for the on site inspection. I honestly do not any negative comments regarding Cardoso's service and would highly recommend this company for any security and/or surveillance systems.
