Excellent unload. Checked in at 5:15am was out the gate with paperwork at 6:13am. Granted it was two pallets. But my appt time wasn’t until 6am. So very happy with the result. There is limited parking on the street outside the gates. Get here early as possible as it stacks up. Door dash and Uber eats delivers food here. Great cell service.

Great delivery. I had a 11am appointment and they came out and told me to back in at 8am. Unloaded paid lumpers and on my way within an hour. You can park in the street outside the facility before your appointment. I was there all night and not bothered.

First time here. Arrived at 0545 for 0600 appointment. Trucks already on doors. I had a full load and was done in 90 mins. Good experience and staff were nice

Overnight parking on the street. Guy knocked on my door and said check in. In at 0800 for a 1000 appointment out in an hour. Lumper fee a little high but that’s capstone for ya. $210 for 7 pallets.

You would think for as much as you pay to unload 10 pallets, they wouldn't leave the trailer in a mess. If they would count the product BEFORE they go to lunch, they might have more professional drivers coming in rather than the rif Raf they do.

They go by appts here. Only about 15 doors for docking. Lots of room for backing. Not much room for staging or idle parking. No overnight parking. Capztone are the lumpers, and they hustle

very nice they got me in and out quicklythe only downside is you have to sit and wait in your truck while they unload you which is what I usually do the unloading and the porta potty outside not a fan

Easy in, easy out, and pretty quick. Guard is much nicer than the staff inside (including lumper service). Not to say the staff was rude but a smile would be nice.

Kind of a toss up between 3 or 4 stars. They were very quick to unload. But waiting on the paperwork seemed to take the longest. Couldn't have been that many pallets cuz the trailer was only about a quarter of the way full plus I still have one more stop. Parking along the right side of curb at entrance. ALSO I actually spent the night, along with one other truck, just before you get to the entrance if you look to the left there's a BIG dirt area.
