I made an appointment the same day over the phone. I went in about 15 minutes early but they weren’t busy so I was able to be seen right away. I needed to renew my license and car registration. The lady who helped me was super nice and got everything done in a timely manner. I got in and out pretty quickly, probably spent less than 30 minutes there. She even folded my temporary ID paper to make a little pocket for my old ID, that way they stay together. It was a nice little touch!

Went in on a Friday morning right after they opened and was no one there. I didn't have all the documents I needed so I had to go back. I went back on a Friday afternoon and I didn't have to wait to see someone and I didn't have an appointment. The girl maybe was a little new but she took care of everything I needed and I didn't have to wait too long.

4% card fee is a total rip off, Apple Pay terminal was broken so I couldn’t get the points to offset the fee. Can’t write a check either only way to avoid is with cash, totally obnoxious. Other than that Phoebe Ross was awesome, the people here are very sharp, efficient, the store fee itself is worth every penny but 4% card fee is a joke and needs to stop MVD now needs better merchant services now, someone help them out.

The girls that work at this location are highly more knowledgeable and helpful than the people at the local MVD. I was maybe in the office for about 15 minutes and walked away with an exception experience and would go here again even though more expensive than the regular MVD. The government agencies are just in business to drive people crazy. This MVD Now is in business to help the people efficiently and let us get on with out day. Great experience!!

Going to give a review about how the people working here are AMAZING. I moved here from PA where things are done a little differently and my bank had the title of my car because I make payments through them. They refused to give my title to New Mexico for a year and a half so I was unable to get my car registered during this time. And the people at the MVD worked tirelessly and jumped through all of the hoops on my case and today I finally got my car registered today! Big shout out to Marty and all the people who worked on my case you guys are the best and everyone should go here 🥰

I usually use the Main MVD office on San Mateo, but was a bit in a hurry so I stopped by MVD Now on 4th/Montano the ladies there were very helpful, friendly and patient with me not having things in order the way I should of.... They made a potential disastrous day at the MVD, feel like a walk in a shade covered park full of flowers and grass.... The young lady I worked with was still training and I needed a form she hadn’t done before and there were other people needing assistance as well. Erica was fabulous- it’s difficult enough being new, learning the routines and feeling rushed. The trainer was very patient and I appreciated that and I’m sure the younger lady did also. Even though they charge a bit more than government owned sites, I would definitely use them again.

The best experience I’ve ever had getting a driver’s license. I moved from another state, so it was somewhat more involved than renewing. Please s my car insurance had the wrong address. The young man helping me said to contact insurance company, have them email a corrected version to him while we waited. Then I registered to vote. Total time? 30minutes!

Was just here to register my car and they were very nice!!! I signed up and waited for them to call me in for my turn which is a good idea, and once I went in the girl helping me was very kind and VERY respectful. I even forgot a question to ask about something to do with a bill of sale and ran back in as I had left and she had no problem with answering what I had asked!!! I believe her name was Melissa and she definitely is amazing!!! And so is the rest of the team, I could hear everyone speaking to there customers with so much respect and being very helpful even to those or did not speak English!!! unlike most other MVD's where they are incredibly rude! Definitely will be back to this MVD and this one only just for the customer service alone!!!

I have always felt that the fee to eliminate long wait at the state offices was worth it. Now that you can make an appointment on line, the process is even quicker. I opened the door and asked if I needed to sign in even though I made an on line appointment. When asked when the appointment was for and I answered that it was for the current time they gave me immediate service. I was registering and transferring title. I was IN AND OUT IN NO TIME!!! Great and courteous service!!!

I started today with no drivers license and no vehicle.Because of the fast friendly service offered by MVD now I was able to purchase a car get my drivers license get insurance get an omissions test and get it registered all in one day. They did a great job. They even gave me a fast pass because they knew I would be returning after I left the first time

I suggest scheduling an appointment, you may have to still wait but honestly for me it was not bad. The staff was very helpful and professional. I just had to take the DWI Awareness Final Exam and once I was done they were able to help me get my license also. I highly recommend studying for any of the tests (1) they only have one computer so if you take a long time you are also holding up others (2) You can get everything finished faster.

I've grown accustomed to the B/S you encounter while trying to renew your license or registration through the DMV. I'd never been to this facility but went in to see what list of documents I needed to get a new license and registration. To my complete surprise the young lady behind the counter took my information, I came in with nothing but an expired license, and within 10 minutes I was walking out the door with everything I'd come in for. I've already recommended them to my friends and will not hesitate to return there in the future for any of my motor vehicle documentation needs. Finally a place where employees think on their feet and don't simply read a script.

Quick, friendly service. I didn’t realize I needed insurance first for a motorcycle. Ms Lovato let me know to call to my agent while she worked on other paperwork. By the time she was done, my policy was emailed to her and I was able to walk out with my registration/ plate and new title! Patient and friendly service! One-stop indeed!

I'm from out of State and hadn't any previous experience with MVD Now until today. I had been dreading having to go but had to get car I'd purchased a few weeks ago registered before the 30 day deadline was up. With sinking heart I headed out this afternoon and am now, more than ever, convinced pre-conceived ideas about a person, thing, or place are often wrong. From the minute I stepped through the door I was treated with courtesy and respect. I've had a rougher than normal week and have severe PTSD. I had felt close to a panic attack most of the day and while standing at the counter in front of the young woman entering my information into the computer, I realized my heart was racing, my breathing was too fast and I felt dizzy. Full-on panic attack was just around the corner. When I told the young woman what was going on, I not only saw empathy in her eyes but found that she was talking to me so gently and caring, with no judgment being made or felt, that it made it possible for me to stay in the moment long enough to ground myself to that office. She was fast, efficient, and knew her job. She was also a fellow human being that was at the end of her work day and undoubtedly tired, but still displayed a huge heart. My own heart thanks whomever is responsible for finding and hiring excellent employees, job well done!

Absolutely the best customer service. The ladies here are complete professionals and are terrific problem solvers. The only thing is it's a bit of a wait but they have a perfect way to solve that by calling you when you're next to be served. The 1100 San Mateo location is the worst. They have people waiting all over the parking lot. I witnessed them call a guys name when he came they said he was moved to the back of the line for taking too long, he was just getting his papers together. It's worse than pulling teeth. It seems as if they create problems to not do their jobs. The 4th Street location is HIGHLY recommended.

I just retired here from Florida in April, needless to say there was a lot on my list to take care of while settling in. I dreaded the experience of getting a license and registering my car after horrible experiences in Florida. My brother recommended MVD and I can honestly say it was the best advice I have received since landing in Albuquerque. I want to make a shout out to one particular employee of yours "Mariano", who works at your 4th Street and Montano location. He quickly assessed that I was pretty flustered by all the different types of ID and paperwork I had to show in order to get my license, and do registration on my car. He was very thoughtful, polite, and knowledgeable. You would almost think I was his Tio the way he took care of me. Take care of this young man, he is a rare commodity in today's busy and impersonal world.

Went in to renew car registration. Was greeted at entrance, gave the employee my info, was told to wait outside until some patrons left. 6 people left but they didn't call me in. An elderly women drove up, when in using a walker, then came outside to wait. I was disappointed that they didn't let her wait inside. They called my name. A young lady informed me that my registration had been terminated because I wasn't insured last October. I explained that I switched insurance companies to save money. She said i needed insurance i.d. card to prove I was insured or I would have to pay additional $60. to be able to renew my registration. I explained that I threw my old id out when I got the current id in the mail, can I go get a bill to prove I was insured. She said she could only except an i.d.. i felt like I was being scared by my own State Government. I love doing business with your company tho.

I live in Grants, NM, which is about 80 miles from Albuquerque. Although we have a MVD in Grants, I prefer to travel the extra 1 1/2 to this location for services. The staff great you with a smile. The documents you need are explained in detail and your options are also explained. There is no hassle or frustration. Deidra Juan is very helpful. I highly recommend her. I live on the westside of Albuquerque and the management staff; and front end staff, are nothing short of amazing. They know exactly what documents are needed to register a title etc. If you want (GREAT) service, come to this location. MVD-Now is a good place to do title work and get a new license; however this location is very helpful, so do not go back and forth.

Entered this place at 15 min till 6pm.. Did not know what to expect, I was looking to get license renewed. I believe his name is spelled Eber, I've never heard there name before so I don't know, but he was tired and ready to go home you could see it in him and the rest of the team members, but to my surprise he was very helpful, respectful and happy to process my license. I asked him about a title that I figured I would come back some other time to process just to make sure I had all the paperwork needed ,and he told me no need to I will do it know, WOW I spread in my head... Renee at the Menaul and 4th Street help me out the other day with for title changes to work for mobile homes and one was from Harley-Davidson and the other one was for my Toyota 2015 she was very friendly and very useful because she was teaching another co-worker how to learn how to do MVD Express she was very great and God has done real quick and I give him a five-star I've been going there for about five years I will not go to MVD the real one is just a big headache and you have to take a lunch and maybe a breakfast and maybe a dinner you'll be there for a long time at Express you're in and out and no less than an hour it's a good place to go thank you God thank you Jesus for having MVD Express
