Wow. Great service and quick. We went to two other MVD Express (Eubank and Montgomery and Menaul near Moon). In those two places they only had 2 persons attending customers and the waits for 4 or 5 customers were 30 and 45 minutes. Here (Wyoming and Paseo) there were 4 customers waiting and it only took 5 minutes because they had 4 persons attending. They were nicer also.

They came through for us in our effort to hire a new employee who had an erroneously recorded MVD citation history which precluded his being hired with our company. The local State MVD office was not helpful in researching the matter, but Lisa and her team came through with flying colors! I was able to schedule an appointment today within a half hour of when I would have arrived as a walk-in to register a title. I think the person that helped me was Jessica, and they were absolutely incredible. I had my cranky preschool aged child with me, which caused me to become a bit frazzled trying to decide the course of action I was going to take today. Despite my inability to make a decision super concisely, Jessica did fantastic at ensuring my needs were dealt with, and remained kind and patient while going over the different options. This is especially appreciated, as I also have social anxiety, although high functioning. This made this interaction much easier than it may have otherwise been.

My wife is 9 months pregnant and we were very worried about COVID, especially given the end to the mask mandate and fact that she has to take off her mask for the driver's license picture. I mentioned this to Sarah and asked her if she would be OK with wearing a mask. She enthusiastically complied and also offered to wipe down the nearby surfaces with disinfectant. She was extremely careful around my wife and helped optimize a plan that would have her minimize her time in the building. I am very grateful for her help -- we felt very safe! So nice, I got a friendly and smiling agent who made it easy to renew my driver’s license. Wish I’d known they charge $35.99 plus $2 as convenience fees. Regular renewal fee is only $18 if you go to the state office. Live and learn.

We went there this morning to get our driver's license. We were 2 and needed to pass the written and driving exam. We planned on staying there the whole day. Despite being a busy Saturday, the line moved pretty fast. They were efficient in getting customers prepared with all the right documents. There was also a disgruntled woman who was frustrated because she didn't have the right documents to get some sort of documentation for her daughter. The manager kept a cool head and calmly explained what she needed. My only suggestion would not just to tell the lady what she needed, but to offer more assistance in how to obtain those documents since she clearly didn't understand how. I would recommend others to this MVD location.

I moved back to ABQ a few months ago. In the midst of the move, and only 3 days in this state, the movers delivered my goods and also stole my pursue on their way out. I was desperate need of a driver's license, so luckily I had a passport where I decided to it down to this location to see what they could do to help me. Shane immediately helped me obtain the documents I needed in order to fulfill state requirements to issue a license. I have paid them several visits over the last few months to help my 19 year old obtain her license as well as work registration and titles on my vehicles. In my opinion - Rudy, Shane, Jessica, and Amanda are a dynamic, professional, flexible, fair, knowledgeable, and above and beyond a helpful team who work well together to help the customer achieve their goal. I have also personally seen this team have a better understanding and knowledge of state requirements than the one visit I've already made to a state office. This team is worth their weight in gold.

They were SO fast. I went in at about 11:30 on a Friday, thinking it would probably be really busy. There was only one other person in front of me who was done one minute after I walked in. I was greeted really nicely by a lady at the desk. I was renewing my driver's license and the whole process took less than 10 minutes. Yes, there is a $28 convenience fee, but I feel it's SO worth it. They were very kind and quick. I enjoyed this MVD Express on Wyoming very much.

Went to renew my driver’s license. Came in about an hour before they closed. They said the system was down state wide. Instead of sending me home, the gentleman went over all the paper work I would need to come back with. I used that evening and then next morning to get the paperwork ready. I think she didn't know what the hell she was doing, it's sad that I had to pay a convenience fee for that .. Try to get the manager and it should be smooth sailing. Update: manager called me and discussed my comments. Unfortunately, I had received further info from CarMax that I didnt have prior to making my comments below and I shared with her that information. Other than not being told in the office I could extend my temporary registration time, I am satisfied MVD is handling my case correctly. I want to thank the Manager of the Wyoming office for her feedback and assistance. Eric Pulled file and gave me instructions based on notes from 2 mo ago. Had to argue he were looking at wrong info. Once corrected, guy tried to tell me he had only been there a few weeks. He was one who helped me in Feb so he out and out lied. They has lost or misplaced documents sent to their office x 2. Feel like their system is just barely out of the carbon paper era since they cant accept electronic verification. Unfortunelty, have no choice, just saying. Be prepared if doesnt go smoothly
