Thank you to idoc for their exceptional service. Never have I been to an optometrists office that has paid so much attention to detail to ensure that my visual needs are met. I decided to come back after my exam and pick out a pair of frames since I noticed that they had some of the most glamorous and unique frames I’ve ever seen! The best part is that I was able to use my insurance which has not been the case for frames like these in other offices I’ve been to, which was a huge surprise to me! The whole staff is fantastic from top to bottom. What a gem of an office in downtown DC. So glad I found you all!

I went to idoc after my old optometrist was bought-out by a larger chain. The level of attention and care is unmatched. I recently switched over to contacts and Anthony was – I cannot stress this enough – so patient in training me in how to wear/remove them. All of the staff is super friendly and I’ve never felt like they were up-selling me, which sometimes can be the case at eye doctors. Their frames are also modern and atypical from what most chains carry, so I’m even thinking of picking up a pair for fun as well.

I had a great experience at Idoc optical . When they say comprehensive exam, idoc actually means COMPREHENSIVE exam. This place is the definition of thorough. This is my second time coming to idoc. They have always been able to meet my needs whereas other places have not. I was able to get my lenses EXACTLY how I wanted them at a price that is unmatched elsewhere. Plus, they were able to get my glasses ready within an hour! I will be coming here for years given their service, frame collections, and lens fitting. And I got it all without a huge impact to the money in my wallet! Not to mention that Dr. Golriz is truly the best optometrist that I have ever been to. Highly recommend!

I was recommended to see idoc by a friend. I finally made an appointment to see Dr. Nastran Golriz. Dr. Golriz is a true professional who examined my eyes thoroughly with patience and care. I used to go to one of the chains but I have now converted. I was so happy with the service that I decided to purchase three pairs of frames with progressive lenses from idoc. I am quite picky about my glasses but their team made it very easy for me to pick my frames, place the order and then adjust as needed. So far it has been a great experience.

My frames were run over by a car (long story) while I was visiting D.C. and these kind people helped me make my old frames wearable again while I waited on new ones to be ready. The new frames that I purchased from them were very cute and affordable and ready within two hours! I can’t recommend them enough! They really go the extra mile.

I've been going to idoc Optical for years and, over and over, they have proven to be the best in their profession. In my most recent visit in November, everyone there was extremely professional, helpful, clean, and safe. The new frames I got were great, as have been all the frames I've gotten here in the past. I can't recommend this Dr. highly enough.

After a horrible, expensive, money wasted experience for glasses I can not use, with a nearby practice, I chose idoc. I now have 3 more pair I can not read or use the computer with. The doc kept me for an extended time & even asked for an additional exam upon pickup. However, she never confirmed why this was requested, even though I asked repeatedly about any concerns. I agree they have an unusual frame selection and the staff is friendly until they are tired of answering questions. I also agree that their calculations with the bill is suspect as I had to review & question charges repeatedly. I am now experiencing problems that are severe & believe it should/could have been caught sooner. If you have any concerns & don't get a reasonable answer, just leave as there is no point in trusting after that.

Best frame selecting experience I have ever had. Amy is a pro with a great eye and within the first few pairs she suggested for me, she nailed it. The perfect pair for my style, my face shape, and my coloring. And she's fun! I'll definitely be back. Oh! And she did an adjustment on my old frames *and* repaired my husband's broken sunglasses, all for free. You just can't get that type of customer service everywhere. Highly recommend.

I’ve been to idoc twice for an eye problem that doesn’t seem to want to go away. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Making an appointment couldn’t be easier, they send text reminders, and you’re able to easily change or cancel your appointment. Before my first appointment they even called me to ensure my insurance would cover the appointment. Lastly, Dr. Gloriz is warm yet professional. I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

I have been seeing Dr. Khoshbin Golriz for 5 years and I don't mind driving from VA to DC to her new office because it worths it. She answers all my questions patiently and is very accurate. In short, she is great! About the office, I like the collection of their glasses. They have unique handmade brands! The office management is also improving. We were just there last week with my dad and he got a nice Face a Face glasses.

Great experience. The doctor was very knowledgeable and I got a pretty good deal on frames. All the corporate practices have the same cookie cutter frames, but I got my hands on a handmade European set here. I'll definitely be back.

This is the best eye doctor and office I have ever been. The receptionist, Manager and eye doctors are outstanding! They have a great variety of glasses that are all prices - so don't assume all the glasses are very expensive. I would strongly recommend this office to everyone!

The front office staff is organized and courteous, and I have never had to wait long. Dr. Rezvani herself is a gem. She is gentle and explains everything she is doing. She always follows through, and remembers what we talked about previously, even if I haven't been in for a while. They walked me through getting my correct prescription and the long and very fun process of picking out my amazingly cool and gorgeous new frames-honestly- I had such fun doing it!
