I walked into the Lynnhaven mall store and I noticed an employee wearing glasses that were similar to my taste. I requested her to help me pick out glasses. The employee's name is Sheryl Brown and she was awesome! I brought her a pile of glasses and we were able to narrow it down to two pairs that looked the best on my face. Also there was a slight issue with my insurance and she was persistent in working through it to get my glasses authorized. Thank you so much Sheryl for not giving up! She deserves five stars for customer service and satisfaction. I'll be sure to ask for her next time I need glasses.

I have been a customer at LensCrafters for 20 years and the staff has always been very professional. I’ve had multiple employees work together to assist me in finding the right glasses. The other day, I went to Lynnhaven and while waiting for Heidi (busy with another customer) Taylor assisted me with getting started with my eye glass order until Heidi was available. I was very impressed with how they worked together to take care of me. Heidi has been awesome with helping me for several years and I have always left knowing that I’ve got the best glasses and options for me. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of wearing glasses.

Great experience today! There was such a huge variety of frames of all different colors, shapes, and styles. I loved the choices. Sheryl was very helpful and her service was excellent. I was quite surprised with the ease of the whole experience and how quick the process was. The technology of taking a picture on the iPad to align the frames to the patient's line of vision was really cool. Very satisfied and will definitely recommend this LensCrafters to others. I can't wait until my new glasses are ready in a couple weeks!

Amazing customer service! Wish I got the two women's names that helped me. I took two pair of sunglasses in for repair (not bought from Lens Crafters). They quickly worked on them (heating and bending my frames to better fit my head and removing and replacing glass lenses) and didn't charge me anything. I will return!

I was really impressed with the customer service, I had to write a review. The company is lucky to have such a great employee as Taylor. I did not have my eye exam done here but I did come in for new glasses with transitions. Very helpful staff. Not pushy or overly helpful. When I found what I wanted they were great at getting me measured and checked out quickly. Super nice and friendly! Will come here again!

My eye exam went quite smoothly and had my glasses within an hour. I was helped by an associate named Faith. She was patient, kind, and extremely helpful as I had a hard time deciding which glasses I wanted to purchase. This is my second time using this store and I am really pleased I went back.

Service at this LensCrafters has been consistently outstanding after being in-and-out for nearly a decade. The new camera feature letting you compare 4 styles at once was very helpful, especially with their wide selection. I've been to other locations as well as other outfits, but service at Lynnhaven LensCrafters cannot be topped. They've always been great with adjustments and fast service and the neighboring optometrist is thorough and conveniently located. Adriane was so patient and genuinely helpful; she actually chose the same frames as my wife (over text message) when I was trying to decide; you can't make that up! She was very effective at demonstrating the lens options. I never felt rushed. They also have been pretty good at quick turnarounds; they don't advertise "lenses in 1 hour", but as long as a tech is in and your lenses are in stock, they usually have them in an hour. They obviously have staying power, since they've had that location for some time now. I don't enjoy going to the mall, but their shop is easy to get in and out of. After my most recent visit I will be coming back to this location exclusively.

I wasn't wild about having the warranty figured into the first price quote. I ended up taking the quote with the warranty, but would have appreciated being asked about it separately. Other than that small hiccup, the service I received was great. If the actual lenses match up with the service, I will be pleased as punch. Seeing is believing.

Lenscrafter really listens to you and tries to give you the best deals for your glasses. They try to get you glasses made for the issues you have with your eyes. I have never had to return a pair of glasses to them. They are also always availabe to adjust your glasses for free!

Not LensCrafter exactly, but the adjacent optometrist's office had a me a bit concerned. I'm a pretty understanding guy and know that everyone is new at some point, but I'm not sure the amount of training given to my initial per-screening technician was sufficient. It was her 3rd day and 1st with that equipment. Not her fault, at all (she tried really hard), but she might have needed a senior tech to stand by for assistance.

This location is honest in regards to pricing for glasses. My sons' and I get our prescription glasses in a timely manner. The staff is very courteous towards us anytime we visit for a new pair of glasses, they do not try to upcharge for features already included when you purchase lenses. They will not give you those additional features you have to pay extra for with your glasses unless you ask for it.

Dr. Teten with Surge is incredible. We went for a second opinion regarding my young daughter's strabismus diagnosis and she went above and beyond. She was so patient with me and my daughter and explained everything in more detail than any ophthalmologist ever has for us. She helped validate my feelings and gave me a solid plan for follow-up with her. I am so grateful for Dr. Teten and highly recommend her!

Wonderful experience at this location of LensCrafters in the Lynnhaven Mall. I was able to get same-day prescription lenses that have revolutionized the way I see the world. (Literally!) In particular, Nèshay was an amazing guide as I got my first pair of glasses. She was very comprehensive and informative about pricing, insurance coverage, and selection for lenses and frames. She had an amazing insight into style choices and her own personal fashion sense gave me confidence in her assistance in that regard. (She looked fabulous!)
