I was a little reticent about using a doctor associated with a retail store, but after meeting Dr. Maryann, my concerns disappeared. She is the best! The experience was fantastic! The appointment was easy to make online and I only had to wait one day to get an appointment, unlike every other doctor's office in Tampa. The check-in process was simple and fast. There were no technicians to deal with, just the Dr., so no need to explain things twice (or three times). Dr. Maryann was professional, attentive, quick and pleasant. If Dr. Maryann Family Vision Care is a vision of the future, then at least one thing is going to work better!

I have been going to My Eye Doctor the past few years and they didn’t pick up that I have a stigmatism in my right eye. Loved that Dr. Maryann has access to technology that allowed her to examine my eyes without dilation which in turn allowed me to drive myself to and from the appointment. She did a fantastic job explaining the medical terms and showing me my vision deficiencies as well as how my new lenses would improve my eyesight. I made the appointment out of convenience as I knew I needed new reading glasses but am now a loyal customer after the phenomenal service I received. Warby Parker, I Mall, and Dr. Maryann? SOLD!! I took all 3 of my kids to her clinic (which happens to be through a “secret” door in the back of Warby Parker - my kids thought it was so exciting) and she was so patient and sweet with them. Dr. Maryann had some appointments within a few hours so I went ahead and booked whilst I was in the international mall “Warby Parker”. I came in for my appointment and they saw me almost immediately. Dr. M was really kind and very friendly which to be honest is just a bonus to how professional and helpful they were.
