Always an awesome experience at this Target Optical! They’re communicative and on time, and the exam itself is really easy and pleasant. The doctor was very patient in answering my questions and made sure I understood everything. And in the shop, Heather is always hilarious, kind, and helpful in picking glasses. She is patient and gives full attention to make sure you’re taken care of. I usually don’t recommend chains for stuff like this, but I make an exception for them cause it’s been fantastic

This is a amazing place to go and get your eyes checked. They are also helpful, courteous and friendly. My doctor was thorough, friendly and very dedicated to providing the most appropriate cure for my eye needs. Thank you Dr. Green and the entire team at the target pharmacy you’re all amazing and I will recommend all of my team as well as my agency since you were under insurance to be the one we go to thank you again five stars and above.

Positive experience from being to end! Booked my appointment day of. Exam was quick and AFTER 22 years finally got my prescription dialed in! How is this possible… I don’t know but this optometrist did it! Thank you thank you!!!

The entire staff was extremely friendly and made the experience really pleasant! I went in expecting to get 2 pairs of glasses because I like my sunglasses really dark, and they helped me pick out a "super transition" lens that looks exactly right!

Cashier lady was super nice! Very friendly which made my day, I rushed to my appointment from staying with my mom in the hospital, so having her positive energy around definitely made my day. Eye doctor was very nice and answered all my questions. Quick and easy visit for me.

Really great! Everyone was super nice and helpful. The only thing I wish that could be improved would be insurance availability. My insurance got accepted but was very limited. My insurance covered a free pair of glasses but target policies made it different.

Dr was great. More thorough and informative than any other I've seen. My appointment card says Kristen Green. But he doesn't look like Kristen to me. I'd like to give him credit by name. But... oh well. I feel like the actual price should be more upfront. I truly thought I was paying a TOTAL of Three hundred and some change. That's what was talked about. Circled on a post it note even. That is what I agreed to. When I paid I found out that was only for one set not the two I'd chosen. And I also had to pay separately for the eye exam. Which I was informed that's a fairly standard thing. Just wish I wasn't surprised by it when I was Checking out. I do feel I could've gotten a better deal elsewhere. But overall I am satisfied up to this point. I have yet to actually have the glasses in hand. So my experience is not complete. I assume everything else will go fine. My suggestion would to be more upfront with pricing. I was fine paying what I paid. Just disappointed about how that was dealt with. Thank you for listening to my feedback.

Dr. Green was really helpful in giving me the information needed to help me choose the best direction to take with both my glasses and contact lenses. He even ordered a trial pair of "multi focal" contact lenses for me to try to see if it helps out with a specific issue I've been having. Office visit was quick, clean, friendly. I'm happy with the service I received.

The ONLY reason I won't come back is the comments (when I was 'out of earshot' about me not coming back in 2 wks, when I can afford the glasses. Some of us have to budget, we have other obligations.

I've never had an eye doctor be more thorough! I was happy to go in and have my contact lenses checked and she spent the time to make sure the lenses fit my eye really well, she also gave me samples from 2 different brands so I can try them before I commit. I felt very taken care of and look forward to my eyes being under her care!
