First off, let me start with Garret. Garret is amazing. He was knowledgeable about the products he was selling even providing some background information about the companies themselves. He put me in a great pair of glasses,Leisure Society Sultans, which I have fallen in love with (not the glasses in the profile picture). I would definitely recommend the store for the quality of their product as well as their world class customer service.

I'm so happy I found Opt Eyewear. The very first pair I put on fit better than anything I've had in the past! I generally find it hard to find styles and, especially, sizes that fit my head well. I have a fairly round and fat head and most frames I have found in the last few decades always end up feeling too tight or just don't sit on my face well/comfortably (even ones with adjustable nose pads). I had been putting off getting my eyes checked and buying a new pair of glasses because it always ends up being a chore that never really leaves me satisfied with my find... So finding multiple frames that fit my head well was very exciting. I love my Mykita frames, and really appreciate Garret and Jessica helping me get set up with them!

Opt Eyewear is fantastic. About one year ago I purchased a pair of Lafont eyeglasses, that I love. Unfortunately my glasses recently went through some hard times and broke. I was not sure they were fixable. I went in today and Garrett fixed them for me, right away and with no charge. Opt is a great place to shop for glasses!

The nose piece on one of my favorite pair of glasses broke recently. Having just move to Providence I didn't have an eyeglass store where I had a purchasing history. Walking in off the street I was hoping against hope that I could get them fixed. However, as in the past, I just expected to be told they were unfixable and the only solution was a new pair. To my great surprise the manager kindly said no problem and fixed them in a few minutes. There's no question that I will go to Opt the next time I need glasses. As a bonus I should add that they have the largest selection of cool looking glasses I've ever seen in one store! What a great local find.

My husband and I have been customers of Opt Eyewear Boutique for years. They have premium products and excellent service. What I appreciate the most is the fact that they educate me about their products and advise me about what is most appropriate for my specific vision needs. I've purchased from other optical shops in the past, but none are as thorough and transparent as them, plus the glasses are beautiful and I can't find these high-end brands anywhere else!

Most friendly eyewear store I have ever been to. I can't speak for the products because I only came in to have my sunglasses adjusted, but the owner was patient, meticulous, and fixed my sunglasses free of charge. It is currently taking appointments via its website, and I felt safe being the only customer in the store. The place is clean, stylish, and professional.

I purchased some glasses from Opt this year and love that the shop carries a bunch of independent eyewear brands— you can find brands from lindberg, face a face, mykita, and more. The transaction was seamless and the service was pretty good. The shop is out of network for insurance, so be prepared when you shop to pay out of pocket and seek reimbursement at out of network rates.

Recently popped into Opt with a strange request - I had recently tried contacts for the first time, and was having trouble getting one out (what an amateur, right?). Regardless, Vedra (or as I refer to her, blessed optometry angel), jumped into action without any fear and saved my eye from further agitation.
