Fantastic experience. Chris, you're the freaking best. I came in with frames that were bent so badly, I figured they were toast. He gladly took them, warned me that they were in pretty rough shape, but he'd do his best. Not even 5 minutes later, he had them perfectly repaired, not wanting anything in return. PLUS, their selection is so unique and fun, I've found my forever home for glasses in Portland for sure. Thank you so much Chris!

The selection is really great. Plenty, but not overwhelming- there is something for everyone, whether your taste is conservative or fabulously avant garde. Chris really put a lot of thought into it. The service is what really blew me away though; totally down to earth for such a hip place. There's NO pressure., and Chris was endlessly friendly and patient While I took forever to decide. Their service is just as wonderful after you purchase. I'll never go anywhere else.

I have never bought so many pairs of glasses in one place in my life. Worth every penny and Chris the owner was absolutely amazing. He went as far as calling a friend of his who owns a store out of state to get him to special order something for me that he didn't carry. Both my girlfriend and I are extremely happy with our new glasses. It takes everything I have not to go there everyday to buy more.

North managed to make the first pair of eyeglasses that are not coke bottles for my extremely near sighted prescription. Amazing quality. Yes it comes at a price but well worth it for glasses that I actually like (for a change!)

This is the quintessential small business with an engaged owner, that has his fingers on the pulse of contemporary styles. To shop for glasses anywhere else would be a mistake.
