Appointment was easily obtained and I didn't have to wait weeks for one. The staff was very professional and asked appropriate questions. The optometrist was new for me and she was very thorough on exam and answered questions. The gentleman that went through my insurance information and told me what I qualified for was very nice and had Brite blue glasses! The Appointment was quick and my new glasses are ordered. Thanks for a good team approach with good communication.

Well laid out space and with an attentive and knowledgeable staff. Making the appointment was smooth and I was seen to promptly. The exam went quickly and felt very thorough. Once a prescription was determined I was handed off to the Optician where all my options were thoroughly discussed and he took the time to help me compare the dizzying numbers of frames to chose from. I admit to having put off getting “real” glasses for too long and this positive experience makes me regret waiting.

Wonderful place that's easy to get to, access and look around inside. Plenty of selection for both regular glasses and sunglasses. You are assisted by friendly, knowledgeable staff who help you find glasses, fit them to your face so you look good. There are too many choices to review them all, if you need glasses and want a grand selection check in to Accent Eyewear for you next set of glasses, or two.

Just went in for our annual check ups, where my daughter spent the better part of the morning trying to put contacts in for the first time. The staff is so positive and extremely patient and kind. This place is AMAZING! The doctors are so knowledgeable and all around good humans . Like them they ALSO have a delightful staff who are warm, helpful, funny and great at helping with picking frames to compliment each person. I have been going there since I was 10 years old (now 44) seeing Dr Anderson ❤️ and my kiddos have been going there since age 1 (now 14,12 and 6). Thé sélection of products is great, they have wonderful service, online access to records and so much more. They are fabulous at getting all of us in one visit and helping me divide and conquer as a single mom. This community is really blessed to have them.

My family has been with Accent Eyewear and Dr. Anderson for over a decade and it has been very satisfying. Most recently I ordered a pair of sunglasses with progressive lens. I have to say I cannot be happier with the final result though the process went a bit longer due to the complexity of my prescription and multiple choices of other pairs. The opticians, esp James, are super patient, friendly and most importantly, professional to suggest me the options, changes. I now have the pair of classic aviation sunglasses that I love to wear anytime, yes, anytime. Thank you James and everyone in the store.

We love our family eye care! Dr. Mont is always thorough and incredibly detail oriented when it comes to nailing down our prescription needs, while making it an upbeat and positive experience. The staff is super kind and friendly (big smiles and felt welcomed upon entry and the assistants took special care in making my kids feel comfortable.) The opticians were professional and put together and a huge help today when trying out the different frames. (I trusted their judgment in finding the right ones!) The environment is clean and modern and the safety measures for Covid-19 were well followed. I have nothing but good things to say about Accent Eyewear!

I’ve been wearing glasses since kindergarten (37 now) and this was my best eye appointment visit ever. The receptionists, technician, doctor, and eyewear specialist are all very knowledgeable and have great bedside manner. I particularly was impressed by the amount for expertise and helpfulness provided when trying to pick out glasses so that you can find a pair that is comfortable and fits your face. I definitely recommend this place and plan on returning in the future.

Accent Eyewear has the most amazing employees! At my appointment today I interacted with 4 of their staff members and they were all exceptional. The women at check-in were very helpful and knowledgeable of the COVID-19 requirements being put in place to keep everyone safe. Optometrist, Dr.Hibbert, is wonderful, she is so kind and professional. The Technician who helped with the preliminary tests was hilarious, I didn’t get her name but she kept me smiling the whole time. We have been going to Accent Eyewear for well over a dozen years now. All of our extended family also goes there. We've all been so grateful for the great service, and actual care they have for their customers. A few years back I woke up with a painful eye infection due to allergies and I called for an appointment - Dr. Anderson didn't have any openings but he made time see me immediately on an emergency basis and got me everything I needed to be comfortable and seeing again before the end of day. They even made sure to bill me as little as possible, so no, they don't try to overcharge. And I have to say, Dr. Anderson is a master of eye health. Love that guy! Dr Mont was the first eye doctor our youngest child ever had an appointment with, and she was just so fun and kind and made him feel comfortable, that he doesn't hate it when we have to go to the eye doctor, which he's now been doing for more than 10 years. And she is just an awesome and experienced doctor. Dr. Hibbert is so bright and cheery and fun to talk to as well as a great doctor. We actually have a fun time when we come in for appointments! ALL of the staff - from reception to end of appointment eyeglass selection/billing/fittings - go above and beyond to keep our eye health as good as possible and always with a great attitude and honesty, which we much appreciate! I cannot imagine ever going anywhere else. I'd like to add, we've never had any issues - in appointments, billing, diagnosis, prescriptions, etc. They are top notch. Our entire family just loves this place :)

No real wait time for my appointment. Greeted as soon as I came in, the tech brought me back quickly and she was super friendly and nice while doing the testing. She showed me to the exam room and double checked medications and such and the doctor came in within minutes of the tech leaving. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Easiest exam ever and they saved me money on my progressive sun glasses! A year later, during a pandemic hellscape and Accent Eyewear is still an oasis of human decency! They fit my appointment swiftly when I called to schedule after noting an increase in headaches. Complete check up including diabetic screening and it was suggested I get occupational glasses as well as progressives for regular wear. I work on a 3 screen set up daily as well as interfacing with a phone and tablet almost daily for work. Awesome selection of frames, the latest in protective layers for lenses, and I was on may way, safely and happy swiftly. Cannot wait to get the new glasses in! Thank you Accent Eyewear Team!

Been going here for years. The eye doctors there are very good. Their front office staff goes through a lot of turn over and is not very customer service focused. With the recent move to their new office customer service is non-existent. Example: picked up my new glasses they handed them to me in a bag and said let us know if you have any issues.... I'm used to getting a sit down fitting etc... In terms of frame selection they have improved with the new larger space. However their office staff should volunteer that the frames are just examples and additional colors are available. Perhaps offering a tablet with links to brands they stock and full options available. Overall good experience they just could do a little better job at customer service to get 5 stars.

Bought contacts from them last year, they have wide range of both colored and non-colored contacts, great service again. Bought a pair of Oakleys recently they got a really good collection of Oakleys, Nike's and other good brands, we can also choose any frame that exists online.
