I was pleasantly surprised. The actual exam was high-tech. I liked how the doctor could click on the new prescription versus my current prescription. I can’t believe the difference. Crystal clear. Really fast in and out 30 minutes.

5-Star experience!!! My husband and I had our first visit yesterday and were seen by Dr. Cameron Loe. Look no further, he is amazing! Very personable, very engaging, is genuinely interested in not only you as a patient but as a person. He is outstanding at what he does. He makes you feel very comfortable, takes the time so you don’t feel rushed and not just like a number. He is very thorough and is great at explaining your eye health to you. Dr. Cameron found his calling and you can’t go wrong with trusting him with your eye health care. The office staff was very friendly, accommodating and personable as well. All around 10 out of 10+++. The dr did the exam as if this was my first one, which it was with him. The exam was good. My sight changed but I liked how he also showed me how I was seeing things with the glasses I walked in with and then the new prescription. What a difference. I have never seen a comparison before. I was also given a reason why my vision may be changing so often. Definitely would recommend.

Arrived ten minutes early, they took me right away. Paperwork was quick and easy. All of the staff members were friendly, professional, and efficient. I walked in to make an appointment and I got lucky as there was an opening with a wait of 20 minutes. I had my eyes checked a couple years ago and never followed up getting glasses. I decided it was time to get another exam following up with getting glasses, which by the way, this Costco at Country Club and Baseline area, was fantastic at helping me with frames etc. The young man who gave me the exam was so nice and accommodating. I felt comfortable and he was so good at finding the correct perception for my eyes. I would definitely recommend this location as I know the eye exam centers are independent from Costco.

My second time seeing Dr. Thomas (for a glasses and contact exam) at this location and he has been nothing but kind, thorough, and always listens. The team that works in this office is patient and welcoming. Its been very easy to schedule appointments, both of mine were even next day appointments. Exams are VERY reasonably priced (no insurance) so doesn't hurt the pockets at all. I will continue to visit this location yearly for my exams!

Never had to search for a vision provider before, so I was overwhelmed with so many to choose from. I needed to find one ASAP. After calling around, no one could get me in for at least another month until I called here. They could see me in a day or two and after knowing I wasn’t able to see at all with my current glasses they did one better and was able to get me in the very next day! Quick, so polite and very professional and went far beyond my expectations! They went the extra mile as far as protecting me and themselves during this pandemic! I highly recommend them! Dr. Perkins was so wonderful and answered all my questions and helped teach me a little more about my vision! Jesus was amazing at answering my questions and made me feel very welcomed. One of the best experiences I’ve had and they all are a credit to their profession!

Would love to give 5 stars because the Doctors are great but the front desk staff need a little more training on working with customers. The office was not busy at all and to feel rushed when no one else was there just felt very impersonal. We were patients of the former doc and just felt like the office nickel & dimed as well. As for Costco staff in optical department they are always so nice and so professional doctors staff should take note.

Recently got my eye prescription done and purchased a pair of sunglasses along with new eyewear. Not only was the whole team kind, professional, and more than willing to answer any questions I had, they were patient! I always feel Rushed or as if I have too many questions or request too many opinions. I wear my glasses every day, and some times that can be a tricky thing to pick out something that is so prevalent in my day to day. But Anna encouraged me to try as much as I needed on, and gave me space to do so. And when I had many questions, from style to insurance and back, she was right there to help! Seriously an incredible experience! I have had concerns regarding my twin 7 year old eye sight for a little while now. Their pediatrician said they passed their eye exam but I knew there was something wrong. I made an apt and got them both in within two days of calling. The doctor that did the exam was so encouraging and patient with them! He made them laugh and they completely trusted him through the whole process, even when he had to dilate their eyes. They were all so very nice! I went in with a friend to get her glasses and ended up asking if they could fit me in for an exam. They were not just able to get me in that day but got me in within 30 min, and was out of there in less than an hour. The doctor, who was a younger male with dark hair, made the visit very enjoyable and fun. I highly recommend them to everyone! If you need, or even THINK you need an exam go here first! Also, their prices are unbelievably low! Got out of there with 2 pairs of glasses and an exam for around 400 and we dont have insurance.

My Costco eye exam went really well. My appointment was at the Costco on Country Club in Mesa Arizona. I was able to get an appointment the next day when I called. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately, filled out the required paper work and began my eye exam right away. My Costco eye exam changed my life. This was my first exam, and the looming possibility that afterward I might never not need glasses again for the rest of my life was really weighing on me. But in the efficient, caring expertise of the doctor and staff my existential dread left me. My retinas are healthy and I have a new lease on life. Plus an Avril Lavigne song was playing as I was making my payment. Costco is a holy place, I think they might also do exorcisms, but like discount ones where you also get a hot dog and a smoothie afterward. Do they do this? Someone check up on that and get back to me

Don't put on the front of the place $65.00 and then tell me I might go blind if I don't go with the $100.00 option. That is not service the public well.

I have been here a few times for my eye needs. The doctor here knows his stuff and he gets the 5 stars. But the reason I gave it 3 stars is because they gave me 7 month old eye cleaner, it was expired in February of this year. Other then that it was a good experience.

Great and helpful staff and Jarred Perkins O.D. Is very personable with customers. The optical labs Costco contracts with also offer bi-toric lenses used for very difficult astigmatism prescriptions like mine. In my experience, many optical businesses do notoffer bi-toric prescription contacts and glasses.

Dr. Perkins far exceded my expectations. I've been wearing glasses/contacts for 27 years now and I've never had anyone get my prescription so clear, for the first time ever someone was able to get my vision to 20/20 and on the first time. I have extreme astigmatism in both eyes and this was told to me before to be near impossible. I hope he continues to practice for many years! His hard work and expertise is much appreciated, and i will continue to come back to him in the future.
