My experience is always great at this location. I travel from delco to come here and bring my teen for his glasses and refractions as well. I get my yearly, glasses and contacts. I am an ophthalmic tech as well. I’ve refracted patients, performed testing they perform at this location and assisted physicians during exams. The staff knows what they are doing and I never felt the need to question any of their work ups. My orders as well as my sons were never misplaced and any issues with my insurance were always brought up before my appointment. The staff is great and very knowledgeable.

Dr. John and the staff at the optical office at Target City Line Ave are fantastic and professional. I love when you walk in and they offer you the tray to check out glasses if feels more like a luxurious experience. Everyone was so lovely, accommodating, welcoming and efficient. Dr. John is a caring provider and very thorough in her exam. My family and I love seeing Dr. John, she is a provider that ALWAYS goes above and beyond.

I arrived late because I received a phone call and email late asking me to fill out a form before coming in. I realized later that I could have filled out the form manually at the office. That being said, I had an excellent office visit. Everyone were pleasant and helpful beginning with the receptionist. I only had a few questions and they were answered to my satisfaction. I am glad that I decided to use Target optical.

The ladies there were the most pleasant knowledgeable reps I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Sierra, Enjoli and Katy went above and beyond for my wife, daughter and I. Went in dreading the thought of glasses and left feeling like a sophisticated new man. My daughter said she feels like the smartest scientist in the world. My family couldn’t imagine shopping any other location for our glasses.

My experience was fine. The staff were very nice and understanding and helpful. I have no complaints. The doctor was helpful in getting me situated with a sample contact lens. I only wish we talked more about the different lens types such as daily lenses. But all in all this was great. Pretty pricey though.

Katie and Sierra are life savers! I recently had a contact lens emergency where I lost one of my lenses and had no backup. This was poor planning on my part and the issue made worse due to me having to attend a wedding the very same day! I attempted to find a last minute replacement by calling any optometrist I could find nearby and none of them were willing to help me. I either needed to schedule an appointment for the future or make some enormous lens purchase or my particular lenses were not in stock. Katie (who happened to be working at a different Target store) referred me to this store that she knew had my particular contacts in stock! I contacted this store and Sierra actually took the time to check if they had any in stock and was able to find a trial pair. She was able to give me a trial pair (with a sensible and fair purchase of a set) and I was able to participate in all wedding activities with perfect vision! Thank you Katie and Sierra! You two provided amazing customer service and went above and beyond to help me when no other optometrist would. Thank you!

What a pleasant and and well run office! I can’t believe how fast and efficient the service was! I expected to be there for at least 1.5 hrs. I was finished my exam, picked out and customized two pairs of glasses with all the bells and whistles, got some accessories, had insurance verified…before 12p. Did I mention my appointment was at 11a and I was about 5 min late, AND I had to fill out new patient forms? This place is awesome. My new go to for eye care.

Dr. Malik and Target Optical were able to fit me in as an emergency visit after I went to a clinic and they told me I had to see an eye doctor. All of the staff were extremely kind and accommodating and were able to get me in to see the doctor the same day I called. Dr. Malik was sweet, caring and thorough. I've been on antibiotics for a week now for my eye infection and it is completely gone. I have another appointment today for her to see my progress. I plan on using this Target Optical for all of my eye needs now!

My husband and I have been using Target Optical for four years now and we continue to be impressed by the quality of service, thorough examinations, and top notch customer service. Specifically, Dr. Malik’s practice at Target City Avenue is by far the best eye doctor I have ever been to and I’ve had glasses and/or contact lenses since middle school! Dr. Malik is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely pleasant to interact with. Additionally, Ciera has helped us with everything else since our first appointments. She always greets us by name and goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. She takes great pride in her job and is always presents herself professionally in every aspect! It speaks volumes that there has been little turnover in this office and we are so happy we found it!

I've been here a few times and all of the staff has been very helpful. Dr. Trosino did my exam and was really great. I came back a little while later to pick out my frames and order my glasses and contacts, and the people working at the time were nice. They were really on top of cleaning every seat and surface between customers. Got my glasses and contacts quickly, and though my new glasses seemed a little off, they were very accommodating to try and figure out what to do. Probably the luck of my timing, but they were able to get me another updated exam from Dr. T, and sent the glasses back out for adjustment.

The exam and ordering part of my visit was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. However, the delivery part is terrible, 3 weeks later still don't have my glasses. My wife went a week after me and already received her glasses which have the same specs as mine, yet I still have no answer on when mine will be ready.

The ladies here are incredible. The receptionists and eye techs are so sweet and funny. They helped my partner and I pick out her new favorite glasses. When she came back to pick them up she scheduled my contact fitting which went seamless. I came for my appointment and i believe Claire was her name helped me take my contacts in and out. I have been going to the same eye doctor for years but went to target optical out of convenience. Dr. Malik was awesome and even identified an issue that my regular doctor never discussed with me. Someone needs to contact me about my glasses that I paid for and never received. I want them replaced or a check issued for a refund. Everytime I call, I get the runaround. I'm happy to discuss this issue with someone who can actually help and resolve it. I have spoken to several sales associates and have gotten nowhere. The best part of going to this Target Optical is that when you pick up your new glasses all the assistants coo at you and tell you how lovely your new glasses are - even though you're super disoriented by your new frames/prescription! The usual Dr is on leave but the Dr filling in was efficient and lovely even though I could tell she was feeling overworked! You know the horror of "Number one or Number two"? The Dr filling in seemed to sense any hesitation in my voice and quietly gave me a second chance to look through my lense options again! I think appointments with the Dr are purposefully a little late so you have more time to shop for glasses - but the assistants are always bantering with each other and heckling each other so you feel like you're allowed to be in the space with them!

Excellent doctor and supporting staff. Dr. Malik is not only an excellent eye doctor but really listened to my concerns and asked questions to understand my needs better. I have a very high prescription (6.5 and 8) and have always had issues with getting to right correction (my slight astigmatism makes that very difficult) but she nailed it and made sure the exam was thorough to provide the best corrective lenses possible. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided and the informative discussion to better understand my own eyes and their needs. The rest of the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as well. They helped me every step of the way and I didn’t feel like they were there to market anything or try to push me to buy anything. The explained the options and the possible pros and cons of everything. Everyone was fantastic and I will 100% be going back to this team for my future appointments.

I am really nervous when it comes to any doctors appointments. I felt very comfortable here and dr Malik was great, so nice and easy to talk to! As was the entire staff. I just needed to get a check up for my eyes and updated prescription. I did have to wait about 20 minutes after my appointment time but it wasn’t too bad because I was browsing the frames. With retina imaging the cost of my appointment without getting any glasses and without insurance was around $115. It’s cheaper if you have your eyes dilated instead of the photo, but I hate that so I paid extra. I’ll definitely be back as long as I live in the area.

Very convenient that I was able to get my eye evaluation right inside of my favorite target! I ordered my contacts and was able to get them shipped directly to my home address within a week. They never gave me my glasses that I paid for. When I call and ask to speak to a manager, there is never a manager there and no one can help me. They think because they called me once and told me the glasses were ready and I didn't pick them up in a timely manner, that that absolved them of the responsibility of delivering on a product that I paid for! *** I have voluntarily updated my review after Target Optical finally reached out to me (after I had to leave a number of reviews and contact corporate) and resolved the issue by getting me my glasses. They were nice and accommodating, even utilizing my updated prescription. They have lost my business forever, as I would never buy another pair of glasses from here again. After purchasing 2 Versace glasses that had gems and Medusa heads falling off within less than a year of wear, and then this fiasco, I will personally steer clear. But I appreciate them finally resolving the issue. Thank you.

I expected to be examined by you Dr. Malik not Dr. Trosino but the exam was thorough with no hard upsells. Sierra is great in the front of the practice. Despite it being in Target the foot traffic isn't disruptive. All the precautions are in place to practice social distancing and hand hygiene. The screening/reminder call took care of the insurance. The payment wasn't quite contactless but it was easy to sanitize before and after use.

Overall my experience was great at this Target Optical location. From the beginning Cierra R. was pleasant and courteous as I waited for my exam. She even used her almost seven years of experience to help me pick out frames. The exam was comprehensive and Dr. Malik's concern for her patients eyes definitely shows. Her breakdown of eye diseases and what to look out for was quite in-depth. If you want your eyes treated right go to this location!
