Omaha Primary EyeCare Is AMAZING! Being new to the area and in dire need of a prescription update I was fortunate enough to be recommended to them. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful I can’t speak highly enough! They provided me with incredible service and answered every question I had. I didn’t feel rushed at all and was so grateful for the time I was given. In addition to the great experience in-store, their follow up service was amazing. The Staff is top notch and very friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in the door. The opticians are very knowledgeable in navigating the different vision insurance plans. The doctors make sure you understand changes to your sight and that you feel comfortable with your appointment and next steps.

I used to feel like I was constantly being pressured to buy things I didn’t really need at my old eye care place. Not with Omaha primary eye care. They let me decide what I want. They cater to my budget and help me stay on track! All the docs I’ve seen are so kind and I feel like they really want to give me the best visit possible. I really enjoy going here! It's easy to find and parking is plentiful. The selection of glasses allows me find frames that fit "me". The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I honestly feel comfortable talking to any of them there. There isn't a ton of pressure to buy things but they do give helpful topics that I can take time to think on (darn dry eye!). I would highly suggest giving them a visit, your vision will thank you. :)

This is the most professional and friendly eye care experience I’ve had. Granted, their frames are also amazing (albeit pricey) but I’ve never had one complaint about any service offered. High tech diagnostics and a thorough exam is always included. I can’t wait for my new frames to come in!

Everyone is awesome here. Dr. Langford took the time to talk me through what he was seeing with my eyes. He explained what I was experiencing vision wise, but also explained the photos they took of my eyes, and the overall health of my eyes. I was thankful to understand what I was looking at. Glasses choices were great, and my pair was in within a week. Great experience!

My whole family and I have been going to Omaha Primary Eye Care now for years and they are great! Dr. Langford always takes his time to thoroughly explain any questions I ever have about my vision, which I appreciate, since I've had some serious eye issues in the past. He is very knowledgeable about progressives and bifocals , so I always trust his input on what would work best for my specific prescription. I always find the staff to be very friendly and patient as well- from the front desk staff, to the exam assistants, to eye glass frame selection and fittings. I've been very happy to see the broader selection in frame choices over the years. I seem to always want/pick out the designer brands like Ray Ban and Prada, (which they carry), so it makes it more convenient for me to be able to pick out my frames in their office instead of shopping elsewhere or online. Thanks Omaha Primary Eye Care for taking such good care of me and my family all these years! :)

I have been coming to Dr. Kubica for eye care since she started in the business in Omaha. She and Omaha Primary Eye Care are as good as it gets. Professional, thorough, and friendly. They have the latest technology to give you the best possible diagnosis. I recently worked with Optician Stephanie to select a new pair of glasses. The experience was as good as could be. She was attentive to my needs in a new pair of glasses and we picked out something that will work great.

Great experience purchasing glasses with Stephanie. Long time patient but usually choose to get my glasses at a big box store (cost). Sat down with Stephanie to see what they offered and what it would cost, assuming I’d not buy there, and I was pleasantly surprised. She was not high pressure, and really took the time to find the right frames for me. Went over all of the costs, and while higher than what I normally spend I can’t wait to get my new glasses!

The only down side is it take awhile to get in, but that is because they are so amazing! Well worth the wait. I never feel rushed there and they really take their time with you. My husband & I are patients with Dr. Corey Langford @ Omaha Primary Eyecare. When he moved out to Elkhorn that was a little to far for us to travel for our yearly checkups we thought. We tried other places (Several) without the satisfaction we received from Dr. Langford & his sincere friendly staff. My husband had a problem with one of his eyes but just briefly. When the episode happened again later he went straight to Dr. Langfords office without making an appointment. As he was seen he reported his findings to our primary Dr. with his concerns & within a few weeks they discovered he had an artery blocked 96%. Surgery immediately followed & my husband has recovered remarkably well. Had Dr. Langford dismissed him on behalf of my husband not making an appointment we would be greatly saddened by some unfortunate undiagnosed circumstances. Dr. Langford saved his life & I don’t quite know how you show any more of an appreciation than writing the facts about the care & respect we should all have for a great man that chose to go into the perfect profession. It is hard to explain how great this office is. in a few words. First, they make you feel welcome from your very first visit. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The technology is very advanced, the techs using the different machines are very knowledgeable in their usages. The Optician, Janica, took the time to answer my questions concerning what was being added to my lense prescription. Doctor Kubica is very knowledgeable and thorough. I love Omaha Primary Eye Care! They have the friendliest staff and they will find someone who can help answer any questions that they don't know. Dr. Kristen Johnson is friendly and engaging. The technology they have is great, no drops in the eyes! They take pictures of the back of your eye and you can see the year over year changes. My son had his first appointment with them and he is obsessed with all the eye tests machines they have. Dr Johnson and her staff were sweet and informative for his first time at the eye doctor. Wonderful visit! We just moved here from out of state and I lost my glasses in the move. I also had not been to an eye doctor since before covid so I had little to zero info about my previous prescription. On top of that I was not sure what insurance I had for vision - so needless to say I was pretty useless during my visit. However these were not issues at all. The front desk found my insurance, got me a next day appointment and gave me directions to the office. The Dr. Langford was very personable, laid back and efficient. We were done pretty quickly with a confident understanding of what I wanted from my visit. I was passed then to Sara who helped me pick out great frames that fit comfortably and were in my price range. I was very pleased with my visit at Omaha primary eye.

This was my and my wife's first visit to Omaha Primary Eyecare and we could not have been more impressed. Not only do they have a beautiful, welcoming facility, but they also have a wonderful, well-trained and friendly staff. Their equipment is modern and they definitely knew how to use it. We highly recommend them as an eye health service provider. The only negative comment I have is that they charge premium prices for their eyeglasses and frames. That said, however, there was no pressure to buy their eyeglasses. Rather, they gladly provided us with our prescriptions, so we could shop for our eyeglasses anywhere else we desired.

My boys and I were especially impressed with the Optomap machine and they were so excited to see into Mama's eyes. 😁 The overall experience was awesome. The help I received when ordering my glasses was outstanding. I did have to go back since I was having problems transitioning to my new glasses. The suggestion was to give it more time since my eyes had to know where to look when I was on the computer or driving. Well, all is fine now. I had an appointment and waited about 3 minutes and was taken back for my examination. Mara was very polite and made sure I knew what to do for the different tests needed for my pre-eye exam. Dr. Kubica was very professional and knowledgeable with questions that I had and the exam itself was finished in a timely manner. Lydia was the last person that I dealt with and she went above and beyond when I inquired about my son’s contacts that were ordered through them and we had not received them yet. She assured me that she would call to check on them before she went home that evening and contact me to let me know what was going on with the order. I did not really expect to hear back from her; but about an hour later she called me, apologizing that the contacts apparently were never ordered and that she went ahead and immediately ordered them with a rush delivery. My experience with them was very pleasing and would recommend their services to anyone.

This was my wife and my first experience with Omaha Primary Eyecare and the level of care and service they provided was outstanding. Friendly faces immediately upon walking into the clinic and being greeted was a welcoming start. The clinic technicians were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable of their pre exam services. They made us feel very comfortable going through the necessary procedures and tests in preparation for the doctor exam. The doctor was equally friendly and willing to ask questions and listen to understand our prior history of eye care and how we should proceed with any prior or continuing concerns. The optical team, again friendly, and willing to explain and offer their expertise where they could. As a former ABOC optician, it was refreshing to get the level of service I used to have expected of me from our optician. The only drawback I found with our experience was the selection of mens frames and sunglasses. I usually gravitate to the Oakley sunglasses because I know their quality and fit works for my lifestyle, however I was a little disappointed I was only able to find two sunglasses frames I liked and that would work for me. Otherwise, our visit was beyond what I had expected. The folks at Omaha Primary Eyecare have their service level right. We left our previous Eyecare clinic because the service had diminished considerably. When we left Omaha Primary, we felt we had picked back up right where started and received the level of care and service we expected.

I had gone to the old Omaha Primary EyeCare location (146th & Center) for at least 10 years, childhood into early twenties. The staff and Dr. Marash Kubica have always been genuinely pleasant (but not overwhelmingly/gratingly so), informative (but not condescending in that "medical professionals dismissing patient input" sort of way), and helpful when it came to glasses and contact lens selection/ordering/adjusting (but without straying into being pushy or salesy). When I moved out of my folks' house in Central Omaha, I started to slowly shift all my "go-to" medical and professional services *away* from West O and more toward my residence in Midtown (I get drowsy after more than 10 minutes of driving, I can't help it 😅). So a couple years ago, I tried out Midwest Eyecare at their 43rd & Dodge location...my experience was so very markedly worse in every aspect that I mentioned above... Because apparently I had became utterly spoilt over so many years with Dr. K and her staff! In spite of the long drive for me (especially now that they've moved to Elkhorn 😂), they remain my "go-to" eye care professionals and I highly recommend them. ‡ Thank you, OPEC! 💖💗💖 ========================= ‡ I (for the moment) have very basic eye care needs--glasses and contacts, no astigmatism, no prescription sunglasses--so obviously I can only speak from that perspective, but I'd bet you that folks with more involved needs would also receive wonderful care.
