I am extremely satisfied with all Staff, especially Dr Taylor! I cant remember when I have finished my exams so elated! Everyone is very kind and considerate and making certain I was pleased. Dr Taylor is a Diamond of a doctor! Very intelligent, listening to my history and very thorough in her exams of me!! I already had in mind the frame I wanted and went there strictly for an exam and to purchase the glasses. I left there feeling refreshed and very blessed! Thank you to all Staff and my special, favorite doctor, Dr Taylor! The best exam and happiest I've been after leaving, smiling all the way home☺🙏

I have never seen a doctor or staff so pleasant. Not only were they all extremely pleasant, they were extremely efficient and fast. The entire staff was so kind not only to me as the one being seen but also to my daughter that was not being seen. As soon as I left I called everyone I know that needs glasses and told them to go there. My mother referred me and I’m so glad she did. They were all so lovely and I was so comfortable the entire time. My name is pretty difficult to pronounce and everyone took the time to ask how to pronounce it and repeated it back and my daughter and I were literally complimented by everyone there. It was a rough morning for me and they changed my day with simple things and kindness.

I saw Dr. Sarah Taylor and she was super kind and helpful. I didn’t need much done except a check in and I did have to wait 20-30 minutes after checking in on time but I didn’t mind, I can understand the frustration of a wait tho! Took me a little over an hour for a super simple exam and no glasses or anything, but the doctor was extremely kind and the staff was too :) if you aren’t in a rush then this place is great!

Went there today to get my exam. The experience was unmatched! Everyone there was so incredibly inviting and friendly and even respected our sons name/pronouns (it seemed like a very lgbtq+ safe place!!!). Also everything was completely explained in detail in a way that helped us understand something’s while never making us feel dumb. I honestly can’t wait until our next appointments.

I have been seeing Dr. Pickard for over a decade now. Even though there is an optometrist in the building where I work, which is more convenient, I choose to continue to have my optometry appointments at Cornerstone. Dr. Pickard always takes the time to explain what he is doing and he is always available for questions. The staff is always friendly with smiling faces and I don’t see myself going elsewhere.

EVERYONE!! I mean everyone was great!! SUPER friendly and helpful. I have been blessed to have Dr Sparks for my eye care since 2014. Not only is he kind and compassionate, he is highly competent. He is so thorough that he compares my current exam notes to previous so nothing is missed. I have been diabetic for over 20 years. My eyes have no diabetic changes and I believe this is in part to the excellent care I receive from Dr Sparks.Thank you.

Absolutely love the providers here, updates to the facility look great - especially the parking but the only negative is there is still always a wait!!! Scheduled appointments yet you won’t be seen for 30+ minutes after the appointment time! I wish they could work on their scheduling habits to allow patients to be seen at or close to the appointment time. Note: this is not a one time event, it has been every appointment regardless of time, day or family member, for a few years.

I went in today to get my eyes looked at due to my vision worsening over time. They were very professional and fast! I ended up getting contact lenses for the first time & they were very patient with me & very informative. We were so thrilled, at first. But buyer beware if you're on Medicare. We were told it was covered, but Cornerstone insisted on two visits. The second visit was not covered. We were also promised an Eye Drop RX, which was never prescribed nor followed up on.

Explaining everything so I understood and taking time with me, usually I feel rushed at doctors etc but not here! Really cool decorations as well, and free WiFi! I’ve been looking for a great optometry practice to call home and this is it! I was able to get an appointment the day after I called to inquire if they were seeing new patients and was in and out, including time to pick out my new frames within 1 hour. No waiting or confusion with insurance, everyone was prepared, professional, and the practice was spotless. I cannot praise this place enough, thank you!!!

I had a great experience with Cornerstone Eye Care. This was my first time in to this office, so its always good to start off with a good first visit. The staff was friendly upon entering and there was no wait as far as filling out forms that were necessary. I was able to fill out my patient forms online ahead of time so they already had my info which was very helpful. My wait was less than 5 minutes before I was taken back for my exam. The technician was friendly and took me through a few simple screens prior to my visit with the Doctor. I was really impressed with one of the machines that was able to take images of my entire eye that allowed the Doctor to see if I had any current issues or more importantly any issues that may arise in the future. As a health professional myself I put great value in preventative medicine because that allows your patients to live a healthier and happier life, not to mention saving them the cost of future procedures. I saw Dr. Sparks and he was very knowledgeable and insightful on any questions I had. He educated me on my contact selection and since I am a constant over wearer of my contacts he suggested I change to a monthly rather than a bi-weekly contact. He even scheduled me for a one week follow up visit to ensure that the new contact would be a good fit and that my eyes would respond positively to them. (Which I have never had an Eye Doctor be that concerned with my eyes to ensure the new contacts responded well). Overall you can tell and feel that your business is valued from the time you walk in, during your appointment, and even when you leave. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a new eye doctor.

This place is great. I went there back in summer of 2018 for the first time. I was a bit nervous due to anxiety and it was hot as hell outside. I got into the examination room and they were nice enough to crank the AC up, helped cool the room better. Fast forward two years to July 2020 - my glasses broke and I called them to see if they were fixable(sadly they were not) and I was only able to obtain one pair of glasses every 2 years with my insurance. Well, the staff there(I know she told me her name several times and I honestly still can't remember it) offered to replace my glasses with a brand new pair at no cost. I'm so thankful and no one else can beat service like this.

Full transparency, I'm a military spouse and only ended up at Cornerstone because they weren't taking dependents' appointments at the clinic on base for some reason. So I made the appointment simply because Cornerstone accepted my insurance, having no idea what a positive experience it would be!! The waiting room is tidy and there's plenty of comfortable seating, the receptionists are super sweet girls, and they blew my mind with the actual coffee menu once you're in the exam (and the free teeshirt on your first visit with hand-labeled thank-you card in the gift bag! What?!) I was expecting just an eye exam, but just the attention to detail shows they really care about their patients' experience. All of this is aside from how thorough Dr. Sparks was with explaining everything, too. Great, friendly staff.. Doctors that actually explain either what they prescribe you and why (that's a big one for me, I just like to know) or if they change anything, why they change it.. And a real effort to make you comfortable while you're inside their walls. 5 stars from me for sure!

I saw the retina specialist & immediately had emergency laser surgery because there was a tear on the retina in my left eye! Had I waited to go in, I could've lost the vision in my eye! I can't say enough about Dr. Sparks & staff for their compassion (I was VERY nervous & scared!), attention (making sure the paperwork was all forwarded to the specialist) & overall care for ME! Eye doctors and some of staff are professional, friendly, informative, wonderful at explaining procedures, and helpful, and I have had good experiences seeing them for my eyecare needs. However, some of the staff at the front desk and in the glasses department have been less than impressive. Firstly, I have visited this eyecare clinic for over one year and almost every time I go, I find that my name is entered incorrectly into their computer system. They mistake my last name for my first name, and I have requested this to be changed on multiple occasions, and it continues to be a problem. Also, for one of my appointments I was charged $85 for a contact fitting and a retinal scan, which was fine. However, when I called back to pickup my contacts, I was told there was an additional $16 charge on my account and the staff member could not tell me why. When I was redirected to another staff member, I found that this was incorrect and instead there was a $16 credit to my account. I was not told how or why this happened, and it was frustrating to not have a clear answer. Also, when I went to pick up a new pair of glasses, I tried them on and found that the vision was distorted. When I told the staff member who was helping me that my vision felt distorted, she insisted everything was done correctly and that I needed to have another eye exam from the doctor. I later found that my prescription was updated, but this staff member was very short with me and overall handled the situation poorly. Despite some negative occurrences, most of the staff is great and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my eyecare needs.

Cornerstone got me in as an emergency eye appointment. I had called around to at least 10 other places before I had found Cornerstone Eye Care. I wish I had called them first! I had already been to an Urgent Care Center and my Primary Doctor and my Primary care doctor suggested I get in to see an eye doctor if my eye wasn't any better. Well it wasn't. In fact, it was getting way worse. Dr. Pickard was truly amazing and took his time to find out what was causing me so much pain. I ended up having an ulcer on my cornea and it was a good size. Luckily, Dr. Pickard caught it in time and started me on antibiotics and had me come back a few days later to re-check it and the size. Then he started me on steroids. That was on Friday. He gave me his personal cell number and told me in front of his assistant that if I had any complications over the weekend to call him immediately. He then told me he wanted to see me back on Monday to follow up and re-check my eye again. I've never had an eye doctor who cared so much about my well being as he did and I truly appreciate that! He literally saved my eyesight in my left eye. And for that, I'm truly grateful. I rely on reviews when I go to a place... So trust me when I say, give this place a chance! You won't regret it! They are amazing!

Vila was my technician and she thoroughly explained everything, was very patient and kind. Dr. Pickard is very knowledgeable, thorough and made sure I understood what would fit my needs best for what I do on a daily basis. If you get the chance to do something called the Opto map instead of the dilation, you should try it, I've never seen how the back of the eye looks like and better yet you get to look at yours. For a one time charge of $20 to make sure my eyes are healthy, I'm sold, it's worth giving up eating out one time in that year. Lastly, I had the pleasure of being helped by an Optician by the name of Anna who made my shopping experience fun,easy and gave me tons of tips on being in fashion but also staying in my budget. All of the people here seem like they really enjoy their jobs and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Give them a shot, you won't regret it!

The flow of the office makes sense and the lady who helps you pick glasses has been there for 3 years or longer and so it’s nice to see the same face. The frames were mostly black or too small for my face. (I have a round face) they carry the latest trend style which I’m not a fan of personally. (Round monocle looking glasses with the high nose piece/cop looking frames). The name brands are costing more and more. But I’ll still come back! I just may or may not get glasses here.
