1 word opulent! I have never in my well over 50 years of going to get eye glasses ever seen anything like this place! 14 ft ceilings state of the art equipment everything from $400 designer frames to free eyeglasses for those on medicade! It was supposed to take 2 weeks for me to get my new glasses and it was only a few days. I'm going to get contact lenses from them also!

Very helpful staff, great customer service. They were accommodating of my requests and also shipped my glasses to another country. Although there was a little back and forth with respect to clarity of the lenses, they made the appropriate corrections. Thank you.

This was my first experience with medical anything in the city of New Orleans, I’m from Boston which is a medical hub so my standards are pretty high admittedly. I’m very happy I was seen by Dr.Barnes today. She was very kind, thorough, and professional. She is the only person I want looking at my eyes while I’m in this city: 12/10 experience - I got lucky with her. Thank you!

I had a nice experience at my first appointment, but I will not go back because of the second experience I had. I lost one of the lenses in my glasses and went back for a replacement-I was told it would take a week, which is fine, but I needed them sooner for school (finals). The kicker was when she told me my prescription was so tiny that I didn't need glasses?? I was wondering 1. Then why did you sell me glasses? and 2. Why is my vision blurry then? Don't usually leave reviews but that was crazy. Not going back.

My experience was absolutely perfect! The entire staff was very comforting and just simply amazing. Dr Thurman was extremely nice to me as I was in a bad place at the time of my appointment. She was very comforting. I highly recommend!

My experience at Primary Eye Care was awesome. I felt welcomed as I entered the door. The staff was very friendly and informative. Dr. Johnson explained everything that was wrong with my childs eyes. Her glasses were ready the very next day! The overall service was excellent. I would highly recommend this office.

It's always hard finding a reputable optometrist whenever I move to a new city. Dr. Johnson and her staff are very professional and efficient. I'd gone in thinking I needed both need glasses and contacts only to be told my glasses were fine and I just needed new contacts.

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Johnson! She has been my son's Eye Dr for quite a few years now. She and her staff are sooooo knowledgeable. And don't mention the bedside manners. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of an Eye Dr.

Charming office and staff. What I really appreciate about this place is the up front pricing. Unlike a lot of doctors offices, the staff gives you a good idea of what you are going to be paying for a particular service or product so you arent slapped with a huge bill at the end of the visit. Im learning this is rare in the healthcare world. Rachel was FANTASTIC she made me feel so welcome and taken care of. If you have the option ask for her.

This is such a great place. I live on the north shore, but work in NOLA and needed to go to a place near my office. Dr. Johnson and her staff are all very friendly, the office is super cozy ,and everyone is attentive. Highly recommended.
