Dr Khong and his entire staff are extremely professional. His staff is very nice always helpful and you do not have to wait for a long time to make an appointment or to ask questions. Dr. Khong and his assistant are in my opinion. Perfect, I have been going to Dr Khong for many many years. I have never been disappointed about anything he’s always been 100% helpful to me. And always interested in keeping my eyes healthy and being sure that I have everything I need. So if you’re looking for a good professional, honest, fair priced doctor, then I suggest. Love the doctors and the staff. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is the wait! Wait in your car, then inside then go to a room! Perhaps overbooking. Doctors are very thorough! Maybe they need to allow more time between patients.

The entire staff was very friendly very nice When I arrive for my appointment One of the ladies came out and said come on in Right away they took Me to get my eyes examined Very prompt with everything the doctor was extremely nice She gave me some different eye test to make sure i would get the right strength i needed, Yes I did need eye glasses .Very patient As I was picking out my frames i Would recommend anybody To optical one in Kenner, La

This facility and workers are very nice and hardworking. Doctors are very nice and very professional. And I only had to wait 2 weeks to receive my glasses!

went here for the first time and the workers at the counter didn’t accept my sisters insurance and had a bit of an attitude. however, they said my insurance was going to cover my frames and told me to pick out a frame. later on, they called me saying i have to pay for the frame with a 20% discount but other than that, doctor was nice and my new glasses came in a week.

I visited Optical One on Williams Blvd in Kenner Louisiana and had a thorough Eye Examination. I was treated with superb care from the moment I walked in and explained to the ladies in the reception area I was having problems with my vision. They were very professional and attentive to my needs from start to finish. This was my first time ever having or needing an exam and the staff made my visit very pleasurable. They even allowed me to use my own frames for my prescription lens to go in at half the price I would have spent. I received Exceptional Service and saved money! Dr. Daniel Khong the Optometrist is very genuine and really take the time out to give you an thorough exam. You can tell he is caring and loves what he does. Thanks to an amazing staff at Optical One for your excellent customer care.

The whole staff at Optical One, On William's Blvd., Are AWSOME. I am VERY IMPRESSED!!.They were SO friendly, And The Dr. was very thorough. I HONESTLY felt that he REALLY cared. Our family has been with Optical One since Dr. Khong opened his first office on Williams Blvd. in Kenner, and we moved with him to his current location. He handles eyeglasses, contacts, and prescription sunglasses for my entire family of 4. I also credit him and thank him for catching a problem with my husband's eye and referring him to a specialist!

Never have I ever had an eye doctor that cared so much. Dr. Khong took his time finding the right contact fit for me. I didn't even know I was wearing the wrong contacts. I left the office seeing the clearest I have ever seen in years.
