This is a great Lenscrafters. I brought in my broken glasses, and after a short wait, they were able to fix them and clean them at no charge!! After trying to get them fixed for months this was such a relief. The ladies that work there are always super nice, and the store itself is clean and organized.

This Lenscrafters location is top notch. The eye doctor was so friendly and made the process go very smoothly. She answered all my questions, and helped me pick out the correct lens formula (got rid of eye pulling and distortion before selecting my new lens formula to order without me having to ask). 10/10! I ended up having to reorder lenses the first time I visited Visionworks up the road on Severn because they did not do this on the front end, and my lenses made me sick. Then the staff member that helped me order my new lenses, once again 10/10. She was so kind and friendly and helped me pick the right lenses for me. This crew goes above and beyond for their customers to make sure they have a pleasant experience. And to top it off, they had my new lenses ready for pickup within a day!!! Definitely recommend.

Was able to squeeze me in for an eye exam literally an hour after I called. No wait. Everyone was fast, professional, and very friendly -- from the optometrist's assistant, the optometrist, and the front-of-store staff with picking out frames, lenses, fitting, etc. Not rushed and very patient with any and all questions I had. The only "negative" was they were unable to make glasses same-day due to not having my prescription of lenses in stock -- not really a negative at all since most places don't even have a lab/the ability to make glasses same-day. A week or so wait is perfectly fine. A+++ experience all the way around

The staff here is so kind and helpful. I am a first time progressive lens wearer, and they took the time to explain to me, in detail, the difference in the lenses, the options available, how each option will effect my vision with daily activities, including driving and (excessive) cellphone usage. LensCrafters has a great selection of lenses, and the staff were wonderful and patient in helping me pick and then sort through the glasses that I liked. They were also kind enough to make additional suggestions about glasses they thought would be a good fit. (I actually went with a pair they selected for me.) Thanks, y'all!

So I bought glasses in TN during the pandemic while we were evacuated. Broke them. My wonderful husband took them to this Lens Crafters and even though they were not bought there they fixed the lens for free! Unbelievable customer service and I will be a lifelong customer!

The eye glass staff did a great job at explaining the different types of lenses available through my insurance and the cost difference. All of the staff were very pleasant, polite and super helpful. I was able to arrive in the early afternoon while the store was not too busy. While the technician fitted my new lenses to an old set of frames, Ligia was happy to assist me with adjusting a new set of frames to fit my crooked head, something that usually takes me a week or more on my own. All of my visits there have been pleasant. Even at the busier times of the day when I had to wait a bit before Zuley helped me out. The only problem I have is remembering the technician's name even though I've asked him twice now. He's been super helpful every time I've been there.

When the Visionworks Covid-19 gestapo turned me away at the door because I didn’t have an appointment, this LensCrafters location bent over backwards to help me. I was able to go in and freely try on all the frames I wanted until I found ones that I liked. (I put the frames I touched into a basket and a technician then sanitized them and put them back on display) Then Samantha sat down with me and went over my lens options and helped me build my glasses. It was a night and day experience between the two companies, and LensCrafters won the war in building customer relations!

I was nervous after seeing the other reviews. But glasses broke and I needed new ones the same day. I was able to get an appointment the same day. But had to wait 45 minutes to see the doctor. The also take walk ins and I think the scheduling could be handled better. The doctor did a good job and i didn't feel rushed, like he was trying to make up time. The glasses were not the cheapest, but they had a good discount that made them not so bad. This is also not one of those times were I look for the cheapest option anyways. End the end I got glasses I am happy with, in a Rx that works great, the same day, at a reasonable cost. So no complaints and would go back.

After reading all the negative reviews and this being my first time i was really not looking forward to it! But i was very surprised! I got the same ray bans that i used to get at st charles vision! I even got a second pair that were ready in an hour. The sunglasses took less than a week. St. Charles vision took weeks to finish mine. Customer Service was great! I have nothing bad to say!
