I had a great experience at Bright Eyes. I felt very comfortable with the exam and their Covid protocols. I needed my glasses adjusted a few times and everyone that worked there was very patient with me. In the end, I love my glasses and I can see much better! Five stars!

I would definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a new vision care provider. Jahanna and the rest of the front office staff are super friendly and professional. And Dr. Korcz was thorough but efficient and made sure to answer all my questions. I went in for a quick vision test to update my RX and was out in less than 25 minutes. Done and done!

I love Dr. Korcz (pronounced “kortz”) and the assistants are so friendly and helpful. I had so many questions and Dr. Korcz patiently answered them all. It’s a clean, bright, cozy office. I did not wait more than five minutes for my appointment after I arrived, the new patient form (just one form!) was simple, and the assistant out front (Theron) even emailed me my new prescription. These people are wonderful and I’m so glad my new eye doctor is so knowledgable, patient, and efficient.

Went in for a yearly exam, and I chose this place based on online recommendations. The desk staff was kind and beyond helpful!! Due to a mix up at the insurance company, it took the wonderful lady at the front desk an hour to confirm my coverage, and they still managed to fit me in for an exam on the same day I was scheduled. Dr. Michelle was thorough but worked very quickly, and took the time to re-check my contacts when they didn't quite settle in correctly the first time. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

This the best place locally for thoughtful doctors truly interested in your eye health, not just making your vision sharper. Prices are competitive, so there's no reason to complain really, you can always take your prescription elsewhere to buy!

Really pleased with the service at Bright Eyes Optique. Very friendly and helpful staff. The doctor was nice, thorough, and efficient. I tend to be very indecisive in choosing frames and I didn't feel rushed or pressured into just picking a pair. I'm happy to have found a good optometrist in N.O.

I would like to say to thank you Dr. Michelle Korcz and I would like to give a big shot out to your phenomenal staff members! The customer service was excellent from the first phone call I made before going in. Next , my wait time was short for my exam ‘! Everything was explained to me from beginning to end and all my questions were answered! There’s so many selections to chose from for frames or shades/ designers are here if your looking ! I found the perfect pair of Gucci designer glasses in the whole city here!!!! I travel for my career so I left the next day and two days after my frames were ready ( awesome news right )! But I left and Dr. Michelle Korcz was able to ship my glasses out of town immediately and they were available two days later in the state I traveled to!!! Thank you so much !!!!!!! I would give (10) stars if I could**************

I had a 5 star experience with Dr. Korcz and Bright Eyes Optique. Dr. Korcz knows her stuff AND she is so very kind. Jehana, the Receptionist, is a doll. Theron, another Receptionist, is equally wonderful. And Mark, who took care of the lenses and glasses, was also excellent. Economical, accommodating and in a good location.I wouldn't go anywhere else for my eyeglasses/eye care. Bravo, Bright Eyes Optique!

Probably won't return. Seemed far more interested in selling frames (when I didn't even wear glasses) than actually performing a professional medical assessment. The once-a-week supplemental optometrist was nice on a basic human level but unprofessional--no introductions or explanations. The guys who actually led me to look at frames and pick up frames (after it had been determined that I could use low-prescription glasses just for reading, a diagnosis that has thus far been a little marginal) had, collectively, the personality and acumen of contemptuous drones. The waiting space felt more like where one would wait for food or something than for medical care. Just not a very good experience overall.

The best in the city, AND they are the only ones with glasses small enough to fit my head correctly (I have a small head). UPDATE: I went back for my new pair of glasses after enjoying the last pair I got from them for almost 5 years. I showed them my old pair, which had broken, and Dr Michelle suggested that, if my vision had not changed, she could use my old lenses and put them in some new frames if I wanted. Well, I found some beautiful designer new frames that seemed to work. Long story short, I'm getting an awesome new pair of glases for $125! How great is that!

Good place to get glasses. Staff was very friendly when I went in and helpful. It is bow almost a year later and I am trying to replace frames that broke. They have handled this terribly. It has been over a week since I called for the replacement and still nothing. I feel like I this instance overnight shipping might have been appropriate but no let's just let someone who needs glasses to drive and work suffer... kinda dumb in my opinion

Bright eyes is a traditional New Orleans based out of an old french house. My eye doctor was great and thorough. The office staff was sweet and understaning. My only tear was from leaving without glasses. I need borderless glasses because frames give me headache. $216 was the,walk out price for frames that cost $10 to construct. So I am going to make my own and pick up the lenses later.
