I’ve been going to target the last 5 years and this office visit was more than I expected. If I could give more than a 5 star I would. Patrick was amazing, professional and very thorough with what he did, his questions and explaining the details of what insurance covered. He went above and beyond than any other place I’ve been at. Dr. Kelly did an actual eye exam that was thorough that I questioned my previous eye Drs. She was very detailed and explained many things and how some health issues are related to the eyes. The lady at checkout was nice and pleasant and the whole staff really won me over with their knowledge, customer service and professionalism.

For anyone contemplating and researching getting LASIK, I recommend Kelly Vision Center and will tell you why herein. Growing up I always heard of Kelly Vision Center on the radio, but little did I know I would be having my LASIK Eye Surgery through them years later. I had been interested about getting LASIK for years and began researching for the Doctor responsible for the surgery and taking meticulous care of my eyes, something so important and sensitive for us all. I called numerous places, spoke to many office assistants and financial consultants, and attended several consultations, but Kelly Vision Center was by far the best, most responsive, informative and economically prudent practice I've encountered. The procedure is pricey overall, but Kelly Vision Center worked with me on meeting my goal price, something all the other centers were not willing to do. The procedure can be scary for anyone who has never undergone surgery; however, I felt completely safe throughout the entire time as Dr. Kelly talked through everything thoroughly. I cannot express enough how phenomenal the entire team and procedure was overall and highly recommend you seek out a consultation. It's been 1 month since my surgery and I am so thankful to be able to see this world clearly with my own two new eyes.

This is the best eye doctor I’ve ever been to! Everyone was super polite and friendly from the receptionist to the doctor. Dr Kelly took his time and was very detailed in getting to know not only about my vision history but also just me. He was personable, funny, and incredibly passionate about his craft. Dr Kelly was quick to help my husband when he had metal in his eye from his job as a welder. She made sure to check up and even called him personally to make sure he was doing well. I had the pleasure of going and seeing her associate. He was very thorough and made sure I was going to receive the best care he and the staff could give. I have worked in eye care and been a frequent patient with tons of issues. My doctor closed down for a few days which pushed me to find someone else after a chemical burn. Dr Kelly is amazing. She is sweet and detailed and quick. She saved me tons of money on meds but making extra phone calls right then. I didn’t have an appointment and she didn’t hurry me out. She was great.

I love Dr. Kelly. My husband referred her to me because my optometrist was too far away. She's the only one who my husband has referred that I've liked and stuck with. She's very professional, extremely helpful, and courteous. Her knowledge is extensive and always gives me the best care for my eyes, since I've had trouble with them being dry. I am a contact lens wearer and have been since in my teens. I've also had trouble with an ulcer on my eye years ago and she's been great to help me take care of my eyes, so it doesn't happen again. I would recommend her to everyone.

Experienced staff at the front desk to answer appointment and billing questions. The technicians immediately make sure you feel comfortable and are efficient for your preparation for your examination process. All doctors will complete a thorough examination of your eyes, whether you need to have a new glasses prescription or more severe optical needs.

Dr. Kelly is the best optometrist I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and very friendly. She doesn't just give you an exam and corrective lenses. She is sincerely concerned for your total well being. I never knew how much could be discovered just by an eye examination. Her staff is so caring and also very knowledgeable. The staff are always friendly and helpful and Dr. Kelly is always thorough in her examination. She shows a true interest in the health of your eyes. Dr. Kelly changed my son's life and possibly saved mine. Due to Dr. Kelly's extensive vision therapy, my son went from a very intelligent child who could barely read to an honor student in under ten months. He then graduated from an academic magnet school, graduated college with a 4.0 average. We give Dr. Kelly's innovative therapy a great deal of credit for his successes. She recently found a medical issue that I was not aware of at my regular eye exams and insisted that I make an immediate appointment with my primary care doctor (she actually called my doctor herself!) and thanks to this, she saved the vision in one eye and possibly my life. NO ONE else touches our eyes. She's also a lovely, friendly, approachable person. FIVE stars is not enough.

My normally painfully shy five-year-old son IMMEDIATELY took to Dr. Kelly and had to practically be dragged out of the office after a roughly two-hour examination! Aside from her very warm personality, Dr. Kelly is also VERY thorough. She identified problems that neither of two other eye doctors had found across four separate examinations. If you have children with any sort of brain/eye disconnect, it would be well worth at least an hour's one-way drive to take them to Dr. Kelly. I HIGHLY recommend this office!
