This was my 1st eye exam in 12 years. I went in to just have an eye exam even though I don't wear glasses or contacts. Scheduling the appointment was easy and they had times that worked with my schedule. I get off at 5pm M-Th and 4pm on F, so most doctors are closed by then, It was nice not having to take time off work. I didn't know what to except because, it's been a while but everyone was extremely friendly from the moment i walked in. I didn't even have to wait that long to get started. Dr.Kisch helped me understand more about the eyes and answered all the questions I had. I even found out I have 20/20 vision. I was told i had the best eyes that day 😉

The doctor and her staff were very nice, but I am not pleased with the contacts I was prescribed. I got a pair of contacts at this location, first time user so they helped teach me how to put them in. I do have astigmatism in both eyes, worse in my left than my right. They gave me a weighted contact in my left, and when I voiced my concerns about the contact not feeling right, they told me give it a try for a few days. I said I wasnt sure about that because it felt very uncomfortable compared to the contact in my right eye, and I had travelled an hour to go there so I didnt want to have to come back so soon. They went on and on about some rebate thing. Its a fine option, but I wouldnt have to consider it if they had listened to me to begin with. I wore the contacts for the next 4 days, I followed all the rules they gave me to a T. But the irritation from the contact only in my left eye had blurred my vision and left my eye red and painful. I ended up going to a local, but more expensive, optometrist who told me that I should NOT have been given a weighted contact because my astigmatism is not severe enough in either eye. He told me to wait for the blurred vision to go away and wait a couple more weeks before coming back and trying a new pair, both nonweighted. I got a nice, new pair of contacts that give me no problems in either eye. But I am by no means well-off, and Im still very displeased that I spent so much money between two doctors when it could've very easily been avoided if my initial concerns weren't dismissed. That being said, I was happy with a few things, such as the ease of scheduling, how short the wait times were, how clean the place was, and how friendly the staff were. Besides the contact fiasco, I'd recommend this place for a normal prescription.

I really appreciated the staff that met us right away. The ladies were gracious! The one thst did my daughter's intake (peripheral vision test, glaucoma test, etc) was super kind and made her feel grown up and heard. The doctor was kind. We would be glad to recommend it to others!

I received a high quality eye exam from Dr. Masciarelli and her excellent staff, I was entirely satisfied. The remarkable thing was it took about half the time I was used to. The clinic is very efficient and professional without being at all impersonal. You get genuine personal attention and explanation, all you need, yet things go quickly because you can tell the place is a well oiled machine. I highly recommend Dr. Masciarelli and her clinic.

I have tried many other eye doctors over the years and have found Dr M to be one of the best! I get in on time and she does a thorough exam with bonus explanation of what she found. She listens carefully and provides clear answers. In other words, she is what everyone should have to keep their eyesight sharp and clear.
