I had a great experience at the third ward location. Everyone that complaining about parking, that’s just the third ward and anyone who frequents that area knows that. As for the staff, they were so kind and friendly. The eye exam went great and I was able to hone in on the perfect prescription that my eyes feel relaxed and comfortable. The glasses are adorable, and I love that they come in a wide width. I will definitely be going back in the future for other styles.

Absolutely wonderful. Great staff always take the time to make sure you get exactly what you need and want. You can wander in and have some final tweaks for a perfect fit after you've worn the glasses a bit. Price is excellent, particularly considering the quality of the finished product.

Wow!! I just got new glasses from Warby Parker and am totally amazed!! After 10 years of wearing lined bifocals because I was always told I wouldn't be able to adjust to progressives because I wear my contacts 80% of the time, Warby Parker encouraged me to try their progressives... and I had NO adjustment time needed. Also they have a very thin lense for very high index prescriptions. Wow, I no longer look like I'm wearing coke bottles. Love these glasses and hope I will wear glasses a bit more, to give my eyes a break from contacts. Consider checking out Warby Parker if you wear glasses!!

In store service can be hit or miss. I was lucky and received decent service.
I ordered glasses with all add ons. I have eye med insurance which is a large/Luxottica company. They need itemized receipt with price for each add on for claim. Warby Parker doesn’t really provide well itemized receipt as they claim. They were able to itemized partially after requesting over the phone. Even with owning eye the insurance I wasn’t able receive a lot of what I should have otherwise. There is no reason they can’t provide itemized details.
It may be worth for someone to go there if you don’t have eye insurance.

Warby Parker’s MKE location is great. The store is sharp, friendly, and inviting. The selection is fantastic. The online app gives a good idea, but if you have never ordered from them before being in the retail location is fantastic. All questions immediately answered. You can view at your leisure and the knowledgeable staff is ready if you have questions. The pricing is fantastic! Can’t wait to get them in the mail. I’ve already saved my second favorite pair in my app for the future!!

Came to the Warby Parker Third Ward location on a Sunday to get my new glasses (ordered online before the store had opened) fitted correctly. Staff was nice, friendly and precise! Great selection of frames and a beautiful store aesthetic. This is my 3rd pair of Warby Parker glasses (I still have pairs 1 and 2 in great condition but enjoy having different frame options for the day to day) and I absolutely love them.
Highly recommend Warby Parker for any eyewear needs! ❤️

My second time coming into this Warby Parker store for shopping for new glasses. I cannot recommend this place enough, from the selections to the staff it is a phenomenal experience! I went in last Thursday 3/31 and got helped by Maddie to repurchase new lenses and get a new fun pair! She totally understood what I was looking for and brought out probably 15 pairs of glasses for me to try.... LOVED HER! I am now in love with my newest pair of glasses from here :)

They have very interesting glasses but the in-store service personal are rather poor in logistical knowledge; though very friendly.
We wanted to buy a pair of sunglasses and were told that one is out of stock but they can order and have delivered to the store within three days. We checked three days later and after checking their system they told us it would be delivered that day.
We went back the next day, and we were told it’d be delivered in three days and they would email us.
Another week’s passed, no email and we finally gave up.

Just received my first pair of Warby Parker glasses. They came through the mail and they are perfect. The frames seem to be made of a much sturdier material than other glasses I own. I took my prescription to the store in the 3rd Ward, had excellent service and now have a great pair of glasses. Warby Parker has become my 'go to' for glasses. Great company, great product! Having struggled for over a month to order a pair of glasses online from Coastal, after several returns I decided to give Warby Parker a shot. A friend had highly recommended them and the convenience of trying something on in a store versus ordering online and hoping it worked out seemed like a good idea. I was impressed with the process and the ease of ordering, and I’m very happy with my new glasses!
The variety of glasses in this location is great. It was easy to pick out a pair that I liked; we were in and out in maybe 15 minutes. The service was mediocre – the kid who helped us seemed extremely bored. They do take HSA cards and insurance which was a plus.
As it turned out, after I received the email my order was being processed, the glasses were incorrect! The frame style was wrong – I’m not sure if they were in the wrong place on the shelf or the person who placed our order had entered it incorrectly. Regardless, I was able to do a live-chat with customer service on their website and everything was corrected quickly and easily.
The glasses arrived within a week and were perfect! Warby Parker does do in-store adjustments, which was good to know, although not needed. I would highly recommend checking them out – especially as pairs including lenses are so affordable at just $95!

I went to Stanton for a pair of glasses I became very quickly unhappy with their customer service and their glasses. Then by chance my insurance told me about Warby Parker. I could not go wrong. Awesome customer service. Very polite helpful and above all great pricing. I paid half what the other guys were asking. Glasses are stylish and great quality.
Then whenever you buy a pair they donate one pair to the needy. Just love it.
I will recommend family and friends to go to Warby Parker from now on.

I'm an adult and have never had glasses before, but recently found out I need them. I asked around to friends and coworkers, and everyone said Warby Parker was THE place to go for affordable, quality prescription glasses. Going into the store in the Third Ward was very overwhelming for me, but the staff was incredibly helpful! They let me have my time to look around myself, and when I was ready for help, an associate was there to help me narrow my choices down to one pair. Another associate even came and offered his thoughts as well. The staff really put me at ease, and the check out process was a so quick and straightforward! I swear it took less than 5 minutes once I chose my pair. Plus, I was able to have my new glasses mailed to my apartment FOR FREE so I didn't have to deal with Third Ward parking to go pick them up. I have yet to receive the glasses, so I will update this review when I get them. At this point, I HIGHLY recommend this store and their employees!

The customer service at this location is beyond expectation! I had issues with my first pair I ordered and without question, even after weeks of owning them, they refunded me because I wasn’t satisfied with the fit (no fault to them). They also listened to all my concerns and were able to set me up with another pair that would fit my anatomy better. Each time I am in the store every single one of the employees is friendly, courteous, and goes above and beyond to ensure that my needs are met... and that I am happy with the outcome. I would 100% recommend WP in the third ward for anyone looking for affordable, stylish new frames.

It's been several weeks with my new pair of WP glasses. I can say that the entire experience was top notch. The employees were kind and knowledgeable. The glasses are good quality and the most comfortable pair I've ever worn (albeit, they are only my second pair ever). I recommend this place for the convenience and insurance acceptance. I am fortunate to have a Warby Parker less than a block away from where I live, and I must say this location exceeded my expectations. The staff is friendly, and the optometrist is very kind and easy-going. I did not have insurance at the time of my exam, but the price for a complete eye exam plus the contact lens fitting was fair, compared to every other optometrist office in Milwaukee. The entire experience was comfortable, and I will continue to go here until I no longer live in Milwaukee. You won't regret coming here!

I bought a pair of glasses from their web store that didn't fit quite right so I stopped in here before returning them. Staff was very friendly and professional and with a few quick adjustments had my frames fitting perfectly. Great store, will be returning in the future.

This was one of the worst customer experiences that I have had in my life. After calling the store I listened to the voice mail message. I was looking to have an eye examination and purchase two pairs of glasses. Not once did the message state that you needed to make an appointment for an eye examination in advance before coming to the store. As a matter of fact the message indicated that the store personnel could not even give a wait time in advance prior to coming to the store. The message further stated that the store capacity for customers was limited due to the Covid-19 virus and that wait times could be longer than usual. I assumed that customers would be taken on a first come, first serve basis. I was wrong. I went to the store at 12:30 P.M.. The store first opened at 11:00 A.M. and would be closing at 7:00 P.M.. As I stood outside of the store entrance on the sidewalk a woman informed me that eye examinations had to be booked in advance online and that they had no openings for any examinations that day. I informed her that the store voice mail message did not state that eye examinations had to be made in advance. In fact, the store voice mail message made no mention of how to even make an eye examination in advance. She stated that the voice mail message did address eye examinations. I again stated that the voice mail message did not address eye examinations. I asked for her name and who was her supervisor. Another woman came up and stated that she was the manager and that her co-worker was correct. I asked for the name of the person above the manager and she stated that she was it. I then once again expressed my dissatisfaction and their refusal to give me the name of the district or regional manager. Even though I did not step inside of the store I was asked to leave the outside front of the store, which I did. Both women were rude and discourteous. Do not go to the Warby Parker Store in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Warby Parker has poor customer service. The long and short of it is avoid Warby Parker at all costs.

This place is great. Super chill, friendly and helpful staff. This is the only place that seems to care about stocking big monster frames for huge block heads. Shopping for glasses usually has me feeling like Im trying on toddler sunglasses. They have a bunch of wide frames and sizes are clearly marked as wide, medium etc. Overall they're a really good example of how to do customer service right. Thanks!
