Always such a good experience. They do everything they can to accommodate you. My daughter had made an appointment for her and her dad. I was going to be the one taking them for the appointment. They were able to put me in right behind them. But actually took me back first. Which worked out good. I had a very short wait and we were done. I have been coming here for years. And don't plan to go anywhere else. Everyone's so nice and kind and helpful. And I have the utmost confident in Dr. Stovall. He's a excellent eye doctor. Explain everything so that you can understand exactly what's going on. He's very kind and friendly. My eyes had been bothering me. And I was concern something was going on. I feel so much better after having them checked by Dr. Stovall and I'm good for another 2 years. Thank you so much for the birthday wishes. Thanks again for everything. Will see you soon.

I can see why Dr. Stovall has 5 stars. The guy is a legend and extremely personable and thorough. His staff was also amazing and following covid guidelines such as masking. I was impressed with my first visit. Some of his patients seem to lack reading comprehension skills though, since there are signs everywhere saying to wear a mask and most weren't wearing one. That's no shade at Dr. Stovall, but patients should respect others who may be immunocompromised and follow the policy. Overall, an excellent experience and I'm now a patient for life! I had told tge assistant that I wanted to try more colorful frames; well when Dr. was finished with my eye exam she had picked out numerous frames for me!!! Bottom line is I ended up with 2 pair of glasses one pair being sunglasses at a VERY reasonable price. I'll never leave again.

Dr. Stovall is the BEST! He is knowledgeable and doesn't take himself too seriously. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Never pushy about "sales." The building is clean and during COVID times they are even doing sanitizing between patients diligently. They have a great selection of frames and will order just about anything for you. The only downside is the parking lot, but I can get over that for everything else they have to offer. I've been going there for 20+ years and hope they are around another 20+!

I called my Eye Doctor! 🥰 and described my issue. It’s 2:15 now; she’s asked ‘could you be here by 3?’ Of course. And this wonderful team of incredible professionals took be right in to the treatment room. It was an infection, some drops, 2 weeks and you’ll be fine. They are awesome. Have been coming here every year, even after I moved further. This is the only place I've visited have trial contacts lenses stored and don't need multiple visits if you need to trial different lense. Other places (one in IL one in IN and another one in Louisville, I have visited) you need to wait order and visit a second time before you get your trial lense. This doctor's office would save you trips, and this is the only office I've seen having the options have the ordered lense mail to you, again, save you trips.

Seen the reviews and compared to other eye doctors in KY and IN and they had the best reviews so I felt the need to try them out.
