The doctor that did my actual eye exam was excellent and very thorough. I was however, dissatisfied with the young lady who did the initial computerized testing. She seemed to be very young and inexperienced in using the equipment. It took much longer than usual for her to get my readings and actually did not get the readings from one of the test. She also had a difficult time communicating what I needed to do as a patient in order for her to get the accurate test.

Dr.Snipes was great. This was the first vision test for my daughter outside of her pediatrician's office. He was friendly and made her feel at ease with the entire process. The staff was great too. My daughter was nervous going in but left happy and she enjoyed her experience.

The service from appointment making to exam was excellent. Did not have to wait to be tested by the technicians nor seen by the doctor. Dr. May is an excellent teacher and answered my questions on current eye care and future matters clearly and easily. I didn't feel rushed or hurried along. In these peculiar days, it was nice to have a friendly doctor visit. The office is clean and inviting. Making the appointment online is super easy, I completed the paperwork electronically before the visit and was also called prior to the visit with an insurance conundrum. This all goes into making the experience affordable and pleasant. This business model is the benchmark of great customer service.

I went back for a follow-up prior to October 3 2021. I order glasses and the glasses didn't fit my eye sight. to find out, from my cataracts surgery; there is film forming on my left eye. So, Dr. May suggest that i go back to the surgeon to have them look at my eyes again. Dr. May and her staff is very welcome, and they work with your needs.

Everybody from reception to doctor and assistants are so nice. Never a waiting time, you zip through all the tests. They use up-to-date technology including digital screening. It is right next door to LensCrafters, so that is really handy.

Usually my anxiety is high whenever it's time to get my eyes examined, however my experience on August 12, 2020 was much more pleasant. Not only did my eye exam go smoothly so did picking out my glasses (which is why my anxiety is usually up). From the moment I walked through the door the staff members were friendly and extremely helpful. Most importantly, the office was in compliance with the CDC guidelines. All though I had excellent service I will not go back to Lens Crafters. Because I thought they had a different why to examine your eyes. I thought they came up with a way to where you don't have to do the part where they ask you, "Which one is better 1 or 2", but they did that so why pay twice as much when you can go to another place and have the same thing done for less money.

My eye exam was excellent but when it was time to get my glasses it was poor because they didn’t take both my insurance to help pay for my glasses they were to expensive to get so I was not able to get my glasses

Over the years, I have seen several different doctors in the office and each one has been amazing. They are extremely nice and really try to get to know you, even though you may only be in once a year. I recommend Dr. Snipes to all my family and friends.

Check-in was quick and easy. The exam was GREAT - fast, friendly, and efficient. There was no hard sell of the add-on procedures/products (MUCH APPRECIATED). My eyes were not dilated for the exam, which was a first for me (more than 50 years of exams) except when I have had them do the digital thing. I didn't feel rushed, yet the exam (other than no dilation of the eyes) seemed to be very thorough and complete. There was no explanation so I am only giving the exam 4 stars. If I knew why I would have given 5 stars. I would have really preferred to go to somewhere other than a mall for my eye exam - I hate malls - but these folks really did a great job.

Great office staff, and Dr. Snipes takes the time to explain what is going on with your eye health. I had essentially no wait and the cost was surprisingly reasonable. They’ve got state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment. Alas, you still have to do that puff of air in the eye thing to check for glaucoma. Taking care of your vision is an important investment, and Dr. Snipes makes it painless.
