My Wife and I have been coming to Dr. K and Dr. Marshal Field since they opened. They expanded in 2020-2021 but the same friendly staff and service has remained the same. My wife has been with Dr Field since his original location on sherman way in Reseda. Dr. K is thorough and utilizes they latest technology to screen his patients. He has a great way of explaining every aspect of the screening process and reasoning behind it. We see him every 12 months and they are exceptional in reminding you of your next check up. Their frame section is well stocked and they have a great selection for different styles and preferences. The turnaround time for prescription lenses is on par with other Optometrist.

I'm more than happy to give this office a 5 star! They deserve it. I recently moved to this area and never realized they are 5 minutes away. This is super convenient for me. I just called them because I needed a quick adjustment on my glasses. They fit me in their schedule right away late in the afternoon not long before closing. They didn't charge me for anything and the front receptionist took the time to answer questions regarding my son insurance. Everyone I met was super nice. I really like this office and could tell this office is very high end and now I have a place I'm happy to bring my kids and family for eye check up. Thank you so much ! You were amazing.

My 5yr old son was a first time patient today and he has a bit of a fobia when it comes to Drs. He could not stop talking about how nice his Dr was and how he wished Dr. Kongsakul was his Dr for everything. The staff at the front was amazing. They were kind and so professional. They made the whole process so simple since the start. I was able to do everything via text. Overall I'm so glad I chose them and i recommend them 100%.

Valley Optometry Eyecare Center is a nice place to get your eyes 👀 checked out. Dr.K whose the Eye Specialist there is excellent. He explained to me all of the details of what was happening with my eyes which had helped me out a lot. The staff there was also very friendly and helpful to my Eyecare needs as to helping me to having a successful eye exam. I, too, have learned a lot about my eyes as Dr. K had taken me to his room to show me a chart as to what was happening to my eyes which was very important to me to "see" for myself exactly what was going on. And, I would highly recommend anyone to visit this Valley Optometry Eyecare Center because they are patient and really know what they all are doing. And I would like to also thank them for their time since TODAY was my first day of my eye exam with them again.

Hands down one of the best Optometry places! I was having a hard time finding the right doctor for my son. He’s not very social and sometimes it can be challenging. I visited there today. Little wait time. They examined my eyes very good. But I am not sure how to access the results of my eye examination. The doc. prescribed me 2 type of glasses. I got only one and paid $241, includes plastic lenses $111, examination $35, $95 for the blue light filter. With my insurance and just using my old frame. The lady there promised me an itemized receipt when I pick up my glasses in 2 weeks. I felt the effects of Russian war and the inflation right there.

Amazing place, very good staff, humbly greeting. Dr as well as optometrists were very kind and was explaining every step in detail. To get glasses no pushing. Office has very good space and top notch settings. All covid protocols in place and very appropriate. No heavy rush too.. I will 100% recommend this place!

Everyone was very friendly, from the people at the reception and front desk, to the technician, and especially the doctor was extremely sweet, considerate, and kind with my daughter, and made her feel relaxed, confortable and safe. So, I went to the Valley Optometry initially because I had broken the hinge on my current glasses. They were unable to fix them, but they were super friendly, and even referred me to another local place for assistance. I haven't had an eye exam in 2 years, and I am kinda new to this side of town, so I asked if they took my insurance, and they did. I scheduled an appointment. I came into 1/18/20. Same friendly faces, and was seen very quickly. The process was quick as I had filled out the paperwork when I was there initially. I was taken into the back for the usual eye test, then sent in with the Dr. for the exam. She was pleasant and very professional, and answered my questions. I had already had my eye on some frames I saw previously, so I ended up getting those, and a pair of sunglasses as well. Overall it was a great experience. The staff is friendly, they laughed at my corny jokes :D too!! I would definitely recommend them for your eye care/eye wear needs.

I was extremely pleased with my appointment. The office is modern but comfortable, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the doctor was very informative and patient. She gave me room to ask questions at each step, which is refreshing and rare. I immediately scheduled an appointment for my SO once my visit was done because I knew they would appreciate this office. If you are looking for an optometrist who won't rush you, and put effort into explaining every facet of your care and actually WANTS you to ask questions, then this is where you need to go. Seriously, I very rarely recommend doctors offices and I'm VERY comfortable recommending this one.

Excellent customer service, high-end eyeglasses, and Dr. Marshall Field is the best optometrist in L.A. I hope he never retires. He’s so sweet and a true perfectionist. I made an appointment with Dr. Field who was highly recommended to me, it took longer than usual to get an appointment because according to the receptionist, Dr. Field is very busy, didn’t mind to wait. When I went to see the Doctor I later realized that the Doctor that I was seeing was someone else; this doctor was really impatient and not sympathetic at all, she didn’t show any compassion or care when I told her that I was having problems hearing her well, during the entire consultation she was cold and not friendly at all, a couple of times I asked her to clarify what she was saying and she seemed bother and didn’t take the time to elaborate and explain well what she was saying, overall a bad experience with her. After the consultation I complaint to the reception area and they said Dr. Field wasn’t in the office and they were very sorry about it. I left the office very disappointed since Dr. Field was highly recommended by my friend. I don’t think I ever coming back.

Went to Valley Optometry , recently bought 2 pair of glasses , one for regular use , the other ones a pair of sunglasses. A few days on my regular glasses, noticed were a little loose, kept using them, later to find out that part of the frame cams apart, so next day I went to this optic place and explained what happened to my glasses frame, front desk lady was very nice and took care of my complain, asked me to go back 4 hours later , lenses were replaced. Thelma helped me throughout the entire process and she was super friendly and helpful from setting me up for my exam to helping me pick out my glasses. Dr. K was also great, and addressed all my concerns. This office also has newer tech for their eye exams than my last optometrist, which was a little more old school, so that was cool. Their selection of glasses is a limited, but it made it easier to narrow down and I was able to find a great pair of glasses. They also have a few discounts through Yelp that helped bring my total cost down. Great spot!

Great diamond in the rough of optometrist needs. Been going here for 2 years now for my whole family. They put you the whole kid glove treatment from reminder of your appointment 2 days out and when you get into the office, everyone is 100% professional. They even set up my appointment for next year. I guess if I were to have any feed back, I'd like to see a greater selection of eyewear options. Keep in mind, a lot of people know about the diamond in the rough, so they can be busy at times, but I don't plan to go anywhere else for my family's eye care needs.

Excellent Customer Service. I understand every person will have a different experience, but the staff in this optometry is the best, extremely friendly and bubbly. What surprised me the most is they always remember my name as soon as I walk in even though I only come in once a year. I went to Walmart (the optometry inside the store, not directly Walmart) for a $58 eye exam and ended up paying more than $120.00 with other charges they told me about after I was already in the chair. Valley Optometry will do the exam for $75.00 and let you know how to get a discount if you call in and ask. I just had to go back with them and get my glasses. Their service is not only exceptional, but sincerely friendly and caring. They easily earn your business. I highly recommend them!
