Great people/business! The screw of my glasses frame got lost while I was driving yesterday. Using old spare glasses I managed to get to Eyecon optometry and was greeted by Marylin. She was friendly, quickly understood what I need, supplied me with the mask and asked to wait. Sandra (optician) fixed my glasses for free and was very professional in her communication with me. The whole experience was awesome considering that it was Friday afternoon on Veteran's day (and a lot of business were closed) and there were other patients in the line. Highly recommend this optometry!

Great staff, very professional and quick to provide service while taking their time with patient. Optometry team did go over tests they would run and why they were needed. They explained what was covered by insurance and what needed to be out of pocket. Dr. Veal was excellent and was very patient in the entire vision testing. There was no rush at all but still managed to get through everything within an hour. Sandra is also very good to run thru costs and explains insurance and out of pocket options very well. One tip, try to get in early to appointments. They are very good about responding back via texts right away if they don't answer a phone call. Excellent service and will be coming back with my family.

Hi! I have been going to this eye doctor since I was in 4th grade and I got my first pair of glasses. I just finished up a recent appointment and they always hire the greatest and kindest employees. They always have postive energy walking in and it's a super clean environment. In addition, she was patient and kind. All of the staff were also well trained and professional. We were very comfortable and the clinic was very clean and engaging. Amazing optometry office, they have 5 stars for a reason! Everyone is super helpful, professional, and friendly! I am a new patient, and Dominique helped me get checked in with ease. Everything during my eye exam with the incredible Dr.Veal was done in a timely manner and with great attention to detail. I had no idea I needed a small prescription, but thanks to Dr.Veal I can now have perfect vision! The optician, Sandra, was so helpful in explaining my frame options. It has been a very long time since my last eye exam and they never made me feel bad about it, they're very understanding. Their digital intake paperwork is very convenient. There is a great selection of frames available also, I got honest feedback about look/style from the optician (I'm horrible at remembering names, sorry Miss Optician), and then ordered my frames with the options I needed. The whole process/ visit was pretty smooth. Definitely found my new optometrist.

If you’re looking for a new eye doctor, look no further! The location is amazing and they have their own dedicated parking lot with plenty of spaces. Most importantly, and I can’t stress this enough, the staff is absolutely incredible! Super kind, friendly, easy to talk to, I could go on and on! I hadn’t been to the optometrist in nearly 10 years so I was feeling nervous but they explained everything to me each step of the way. Sandra was so fun to talk to as I chose my frames and she was great at explaining the breakdown of costs. They are absolutely incredible and you won’t regret your time spent there!

Even though Eyecon has become more modern when it comes to technology and eye care they still continue to provide excellent customer service. Dr. Veal and the rest of the staff are welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Plus, their prices are reasonable in my opinion, and they contain many different eye glasses that range from affordable to designer brands for both kids and adults.

This place was absolutely amazing. My 6 year old has been having trouble with his eyes and I was thinking the worst, especially with online learning the last 2 years. However, everyone at EyeCon put me at ease the moment we walked in. My son was comfortable, very talkative with the Dr., he’s usually shy, and happy the entire time. Not only did they run extensive eye exams to make sure there wasn’t a deeper issue, they explained everything to him so he would understand. Thank god it was something simple as dry eyes and allergies. But again the dr explained why he didn’t need glasses at this moment. Huge relief and much needed eye education. These people are amazing and I highly recommend. Also huge thanks to Sandra for making us comfortable throughout the entire process and making sure my son had the best care! Highly recommend. Hello, I had an overall good experience! Until my child went to pick out his glasses and he was excited about a certain pair and he kept smiling. The woman in charge snatched them from his hand and said “u don’t want these— these are for girls.” and my child’s smile disappeared. We don’t raise our children with those gender-based ideas and I didn’t want my child to be unable to choose a certain pair of glasses due to his gender. :( It’s unfair to him as he chose different glasses but he was really upset when we left. I like this place but it was really upsetting to leave this place feeling insecure about coming back. I did not know a pair of glasses could have gender.

I had a great experience there! Everyone was so friendly and informative when asked questions. The lady helping me with the frames seemed really down to earth and was honest with me. We had a nice short conversation about my art, when she asked about my occupation :) The only feedback is that since everyone (including the patients) are required to wear double masks, it would be helpful for everyone to speak a little slower for clarity—I normally don’t have a problem with fast speech, but with the double mask situation I think it would be beneficial!

I visited the Reseda location and was immediately impressed by the interior layout, frame selection, and friendly receptionist. I became a patient at the Mission Hills location and was treated very well. Dr. Cheng is efficient and clearly shares pertinent information. She used a model of the eye and digital images to explain my diagnosis. Her office has modern examination equipment and her staff quickly found an abnormality on my retina. Everything was explained to me. Sandra Cuevas, the Lead Optician, took her time helping me find new frames and gave me a plan to save money on sunglasses as well. This office is professional, fast, and upbeat. I am very happy to find them.

Dr. Lisa did an amazing job with the check up, as well as the rest of the staff that I met. They don’t have as many choices for eyewear as their Reseda location, I’m sure it’s due to limited space. Love this place. This office makes eye exams and picking out glasses very easy. Their frame selection is top-notch and the employees are so friendly and helpful. Dr thall is phasing out but he's brought in 3 new eye doctors to continue on his practice. I met one of these new doctors last week and she was very thorough. They have new services like retina scans they offer reduced pricing at this time. Was very hard for me to pick out which frame I wanted because there was many to choose from and I was trying to decide between three. The office staff was very accommodating and allowed me to come back the second day to make my decision. Overall this is a small Optometry office where you're treated like family. Great pricing great service.

My family has been going to what was previously Dr Thall’s Optometry and have made the shift to Eyecon Optometry since his retirement. So far the transition has gone well even during Covid restrictions. One reason is the exceptional service we have received from long time employee Sandra!
