I had a stye that got really infected right before I had to leave for vacation. They took me in the same day and Dr prescribed antibiotic eye drops and oral antibiotics. I decided to try the drop first. The two pictures are 24 hours apart with just the drops. Amazing service! Everyone was super kind! Highly recommend coming here.

My 12 year old daughter sent me a text 605pm that her glasses broke. We literally went running into Vision Source and we were helped right away eventhough the close at 630. Brooklyne was amazing! He helped us out so quickly. My daughter was able to get her glasses fixed and we were out of there within minutes! I'm so grateful for the excellent service.

I'm so happy I chose Vision Source! Everyone was very nice and best of all, knowledgeable. They have a great flowing system and I was in and out in an hour and a half. It wouldn't have taken as long but Mary was so wonderful and we had fun picking out new glasses for ME! Usually I have to pick out my frames myself. Very helpful staff, from the front desk all the way to the back. Answered any questions and concerns I had. The exams and doctor visit was very pleasant. I left there with new contacts and an order for some new glasses which takes 2 weeks to get. There are times when the practice gets busy and there is a wait to finish up with picking out glasses or ordering lenses, but that’s just a byproduct of their popularity at this practice.

The service was excellent and it was way more than just rush into the doctors office read some letters then usher you out . They did lots of test and the doctor took her time explaining everything and offering resources. My guy who assisted me with my glasses did not haggle with me over the price and he explained how my insurance work very clearly. I was happy I chose them.

After going to the same eye doctor for almost 15 years and his passing, I was on the search for an eye doctor. I was originally recommended this place by my coworker so I decided to give them a try. From the moment I walked in to my follow-up appointment, the staff was very professional and treated me extremely well. My eye doctor took her time through the exam and was super kind. The office is very clean and spacious. I am overly happy with my experience here and I've already recommended them to other family members with the same sentiment. I am the parent of an amazing trans child, whose legal name and gender marker do not match their preferred name and pronouns. Today we went in as new patients because both of my children wanted to get contacts. For many trans individuals a new doctor visit can be very stressful trying to explain why their insurance and legal information does not match their preference. The entire staff at Vision Source Sahara went out of their way to make my children feel so comfortable. They were professional, used the correct pronouns, and used my child's preferred name. We saw Dr. Lee and the office manager, who were both lovely, but everyone from the receptionist to the staff that walked my kids back to the doctor were so professional and genuinely kind. The office is huge, clean, and very modern. I cannot recommend this location and this five star team highly enough. It really is the little things that make all the difference. I went out of my way to share our positive experience with my LGBTQI+ parenting groups. Thank you for respecting my child. You have earned raving fans with our family.

Recently, I lost my glasses and Bobbi worked wonders getting the same pair and showed genuine concern for my dilemma. The whole experience at Vision Source was great. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly upon my arrival. I was early for my appointment and luckily they got me right in. Dr. Beckwith has a loyal patient for life! When you've worked in the medical field for over 20 years, you know an amazing practice when you see one. This place is one! Calling first thing this morning, I was told the next available eye exam was 3 days away. That's impressive but even more so, I explained my symptoms and they were able to fit me in today. Their COVID-19 protocol was thorough and professional. I was seen on time (actually a little early!) and every person with whom I interacted was nice, professional and went beyond what I feel is standard care. Dr. Beckwith was so thorough, explaining everything to me in layman's terms, using a model of the eye for clarity and answering all my questions. Not even once did I feel rushed. All equipment that was used to test my eyes was very new technology...several machines had to be used due to my symptoms. My insurance wasn't covering anything so I was given a cash discount (SO grateful!). I cant say enough positive things about Vision Source.

Great experience. I’ve been here before and its always clean and this time was no different. Staff was friendly and personable. Everything was fast and efficient as well. Tests went without a hassle. Even got my first pair of blue light blocking glasses and didn’t really know what to consider when picking out glasses as I’m usually a more function over form kind of guy. Autumn took the time to show me the different types of lenses and why I might consider one over the other. Then when it came to picking the frames she brought the other women over to give their opinions on which ones they liked best on me. Even though I looked cuter in the one pair they said I should go with the ones that felt more comfortable. They also were less expensive as well Thanks Vision Souce

I highly recommend Vision Source, they are right on point, Dr. Lee gave me a thorough eye exam, letting me know my eyes hadn't changed that much in 2 1/2 years... But my eye pressed was high. Had me get eye drops and will check them in a month. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and sweet!

These people are really at the top of their game! I was late for my appointment and when I called? They confirmed that it wouldn't be a problem! The diagnostic equipment is state of the art. And the staff was extremely supportive and friendly. I have hearing issues and they just took it in stride and got me through the process. I was very happy to get my glasses 2 days early! As I've been over a year without corrected vision! I'm so satisfied with the way they've handled everything? I'm going to purchase a second pair of name brand frames with all the bells and whistles! Right away I was greeted with a friendly smile and a hello. I'm sorry I forgot the young man name, but he was tall and had blondish hair and very nice. The two Ladies at the front seating down was also very friendly. The young man who helped me was super kind and helpful. When I spoke with Dr. James Beckwith, the smile he gave me was not only reassuring but genuine. My sister only speaks about how Dr. Beckwith is and how I need to visit him. Could not be more pleased with our overall experience. The office was very neat. Everyone was very nice and professional. They knew exactly what they were doing. Everything went in order and pretty smooth. They did about 6 or 7 different examings on our eyes to check the entire eye health. Doctor James Beckwith explained the result of every single exam and then proceeded with couple more as well. They also have a huge selection of designer frames to select from.

Everything from making the initial appointment on the phone through my departure from the office after my visit was top-notch. Everyone is super-friendly, professional and informative. My appointment was at 2:00pm, and even though I didn't get called back until about 2:10pm, I found the wait time acceptable since I had just made the appointment that morning. The techs were very thorough in their testing and preparing me to meet the doctor. And Dr. Nagel was also very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this office.

My last visit however was very annoying. when it was time to pick out glasses for my daughter, there was a lady who would not leave us alone and kept basically shoving glasses in my daughter's face. All of which were the higher-end glasses of course. When my daughter finally decided on a pair that she liked, the lady still brought over more glasses that were on the higher end. I was at the point where I was getting ready to tell her to leave us the hell alone but instead I kept my cool. Vision Source, if you do read these comments. I hope you speak to your staff about this.. It's one thing to try to help, but it's not cool at all if all your doing is trying to upsale. an 11 year old kid does not need Tiffany & Co glasses when she has already said she found a pair she likes. Wherever I went, no one could get my vision right. When my husband said he found the best eye doctor ever, I was a bit skeptical; however, Dr. Nagel quickly turned that whole idea around in my head. The service at Vision Source West Sahara is outstanding. The staff is very nice and very helpful. They explained every instrument to me and told me what it was testing. When I got to the actual eye exam with Dr. Nagel, I was all excited. She explained to me that my vision was wary because of the colored contacts I had been wearing. No eye doctor had ever explained to me "why". She got my prescription all ready and fitted me for contacts. On my follow-up visit (which was free of charge) she fixed the axis of one of my contacts so that it wouldn't keep shifting very well. No one has ever spent actual time with me when I needed eye care, until now!! I am absolutely impressed and will always keep coming back to Vision Source for the rest of my eye care needs. I have been visiting this office for 2 years. 2 years ago Dr. Nagel confirmed I had dry eye and was very patient with me, helping me to try multiple contact lenses until I found the perfect ones. She also gave me great advice on how to help with dry eye. 2 years later I love the brand, but they are a bit pricey, so I went back to find a new, more economical brand. I was treated with the same kindness and patience as before. They also now have a new machine that can closely see the severity of dry eye. I love that they always have the latest technology, also.
