I was in vacationing in Vegas when I developed an eye issue that needed to be checked out quickly to rule out a retina tear. I ended up finding Dr. Paul Thompson through a Google search. He was able to get me in right away and perform a complete eye exam. He ruled out anything serious and I was quickly able to get back to vacationing knowing that my retina was fine. He was thorough and clearly explained the problem I was having both verbally and by showing me photos of my eye versus ones with retina tears. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.

Very friendly staff and short wait times, they take walk-in’s but I had an appointment. Doctor Thompson was very friendly and did a thorough exam. From the time I walked in till I walked out was no more than half an hour and the best part is you can get glasses right there. I decided to stop in at the local Walmart and use their optometrist. This is the second time I have use them for my eye exam. I was very pleased with both Physicians. They tested for glaucoma and macular degeneration. Taking pictures of the back of the retina and I was able to compare them with the previous year. Both optometrist took the time to explain everything to me. Dr. Thompson spoke a little bit rapidly and I found myself speaking even slower in anticipation of perhaps slowing his speech down. I found him to be very friendly, easy-to-understand as he explained things. I would certainly go back again

Awesome on all aspects!!! Had a foreign bodied embedded in my left eye. I called at 1pm was able to get a 5pm appointment same day. The receptionist was friendly and the doctor was exceptional. I'll never go to a hospital again for this service.

What a great eye doctor! I have been to many optometrists and have just moved to Las Vegas and Dr. Thompson is by far the best that I have ever been to. When I arrived at his office, the staff was friendly and courteous. I was a little late for my appointment, but they got me right in. He fit me in Acuvue Oasys contact lenses and I have never seen so clear. I use to avoid driving a night, now, I can see so clear and they are sooooo comfortable. I normally don't write reviews but after that awesome experience, I had to.

First, I would like to express that I am not a fan of writing reviews about anybody or businesses whether good or bad. However, I am making an exception for my eye doctor, Dr. Thompson because he really impressed me with his skills, kindness, and consideration that he has been showing me since I have been going to him these last 12 years now. I want everyone to know that I have been to many different optometrists prior to meeting Dr. Thompson. I have had bad irritation and redness in my eyes from wearing contact lenses during those older days before him. I do not like wearing glasses so I continue to wear my contact lenses each and everyday despite my pain and much discomfort most of those older days. Since the first time I came into Dr. Thompson’s care for my eyes, he has been the “BEST” Optometrist for me. Each year I have my annual examination with Dr. Thompson. He examined and updates me with the latest contact lenses. The last one he recommended for my eyes were the Acuvue Oasys Contact Lenses which I love. It feels like I am not wearing anything at all, like my vision is 20/20 naturally. He writes my prescription for Contact Lens Rx as well as Eyeglass Rx which allows me to order contact lenses and customized eyeglasses online if I decide to shop online or if I am traveling. You could not pay me to switch to any other optometrist. I could not be more happy and really appreciate Dr. Paul Thompson from the bottom of my heart for keeping my vision sharp and my eyes healthy.

I keep calling to get my prescription faxed over to another store and no fax was being sent at all. I called and asked them to email me my prescription and they told me no. Horrible customer service in the doctors office workers . The doctor himself is great

Dr. Thompson is the best. His eye exams are right on. I get the best prescriptions from him which is why I return. His equipment is high tech. I am amazed at how much faster it is and how it can focus in with such detail. He can see a cataract in my eye but says it is not bad enough to correct yet.
