My first time going to Eyediology and all I have are good things to say. Starting from the moment I walked in until I walked out: intake person greeted me as soon as I walked in and took my info, the technician that took my imaging was very attentive and explained the process very well. Dr. Burke was very nice and took time to sit with me to explain her findings and options for my eye care. The optician went through the material and pricing options which were very reasonable and accurate. I really enjoyed my time there and looking forward to keep them as my eye care go to provider. They are all very professional and I felt comfortable with their service. Thank you so much.

Being in need of an eye doctor, I did some research. Impressed by the good reviews, I booked an appointment. Well, Dr. Burke did not disappoint. Dr. Burke is awesome! Staff is so nice. Took my two boys in - 5 and 2 year old, they have a busy board definitely kept them both busy. Dr. Burke is the best! She made both of my boys first optometry visit so fun and explained everything great! While I was there I made an appointment for myself can’t wait to go back and pick from their selection of glasses.

I love this place! Every visit the staff is friendly and Dr.Burke is amazing! The process is short and convenient and the new tech equipment is extremely helpful. I enjoy my visits and get great information on how to keep my eyes healthy and what works best for me with my heavy work and school schedule which can be draining on my vision. The recommendations made for my sight have made me confident with the exams and I can’t stop buying glasses from here. All of the best high end brands current in season fashion are available here and if they aren’t on display they are available to be purchased through their catalogs. If any issues come up they are quick to review your frames and assist with getting you what you want and need. I always end up buying two pair of frames from here. Keep up the great customer service and this is quality medical care. Thanks!

Great location, beautiful office, staff is top notch. But the most important part of this review is the doctor! Very kind and extremely knowledgeable!. Also the most high tech diagnostic equipment in the business. You may find a less expensive eye exam, but not a better or more thorough one.

We recently changed providers because I was just generally unhappy with my previous doctor. We loved everything about this place. We were seen in time. They were quick yet thorough with our exams. The doctor didn’t try to upsell us with unnecessary prescriptions and said the cheaters I’ve been using would work fine if I wanted to stay that route. He was friendly and engaging, as well as his staff. Love them!

Love Dr Burke and her staff. They are extremely knowledgeable and willing to spend the time answering questions and meeting your needs. My only problem is the tantalizing selection of frames…. I can never seem to resist getting new glasses when I go in!!!! Too dangerous… and tempting!!!

This was an AMAZING experience! The entire staff was beyond welcoming and so accommodating to my 3 year old. The moment we stepped into the office my kiddo was offered MessFree markers and a corresponding sheet to keep his attention while I filled out the 2 new patient documents. The front staff was very kind to engage with my son while he colored which I really appreciated. We were then brought back (a few minutes early minutes early I might add) and the technician was equally warm to my son. She had all kinds of ways to ensure that even at 3 with very little language, my son could easily respond to the vision assessments. There was lots of picture cues, silly glasses, and “game-like” tests used. I was very impressed. When Dr. Jennifer Burke came in, it was no surprise that she would also be so kind and engaging with my son…but I did want to note that even as likely the last appointment of the day (5:00pm), she was energetic and thorough. I just cannot say enough positive things about how patient she was with my very worn out kiddo. At the conclusion of the appointment, my son was offered prizes from the treasure chest…which was a foam airplane that he insisted sleep next to him that night. The office was beyond clean and very tastefully decorated. I had no concerns with making my kiddo use the restroom before leaving and wanted to note a full CLEAN changing table was available for any parents of infants. I walked out with a report of the results to share with my son’s school and a very grateful heart. I cant wait for his next appointment before he starts kindergarten! Please spread the word about this extremely kid friendly experience!

Techs are skilled at every step of the process with complete notes written for the doctor. Extending Hours of open with appointments at 6pm are definitely a plus

I have been wearing glasses for a very long time and I enjoy having a very comfortable setting when I have to have an eye appointment. This office staff was 🤩 amazing. I was hot and exhausted and Chelle offered me some water I was sooo grateful. That really made my day. The decor of the office is so calming and relaxing and very beautiful. I always have the best experience here. The staff here are exceptional. Everyone is so kind and Dr. Burke is so incredibly caring and knowledgeable. They have weekend appointments which makes it really easy to book with my schedule. The office itself is so clean and they disinfect everything thoroughly in-between patients. They also carry a ton of wonderful glasses/sunglasses options. The three women who work there spent 45 minutes to try and help me find the right pair of glasses because my boyfriend couldn’t come to the appointment. At first glance this place looks fancy and it is! Walking in everyone was super friendly and they even greeted me. I was a little early but I still didn’t wait long. It's my second time here, I was a bit nervous at first because I did not have insurance for eye coverage. Although, when I talked over the pricing and packages that they have--this is the place. Love it here. Dr. Murphy is super cool and he actually spends time and does not rush to go over the eyes examination. Also, if there is any questions or concerns at all, he is willing to listen and spend time to go over with any information involving your eyes or eyes in general. They provide with the best care for your eyes. The staff is lovely and has been since my first visit. They are wonderful and easy to make a person feel welcome! I don't usually go to do my eye exam annually, but this place I will definitely come back!

Upon entering into a beautiful, welcoming, clean office, I was pleasantly greeted by a very nice office staff. I felt like I received a very thorough eye exam, starting with the two technicians. Dr Jennifer Burke has a 5 star rating because, well she really is a 5 star+ Optometrist. She is very thorough with her eye exam & listens very intently to her patients. A couple weeks ago I brought my 2 year old daughter in because she poked her eye and was in hysterics. I originally called another office and was recommended here because of pediatric care by Dr. Burke. I can not tell you how impressed I was. They squeezed us in the schedule within an hour and despite being put on the schedule last minute we never felt rushed as you do at most doctor’s offices on a normal visit. Everyone from the front office, back office staff, and Dr. Burke herself were wonderful. Such compassion and professionalism. Also worth noting I just assumed my daughter would have a traumatic experience since it was her eye we were dealing with but she had no problems whatsoever. We got numbing drops, found out she scratched her cornea, and got antibiotic drops called in. The next day she was almost completely better. I couldn’t recommend the office enough!

We LOVE Dr. Burke!!!! We have taken our kids to Dr. Burke for five years and are beyond impressed by her and her whole office staff. They are consummate professionals, patient and competent. All three of our kids have inherited my husband's and my less than ideal eye genes, so they've been in glasses since age four. Dr Burke and her staff have literally walked us through glasses, broken glasses, and now in to contacts. We are sincerely grateful for the competent and compassionate care we receive every single interaction—whether it be an exam, a phone call, an insurance question or a broken glasses crisis. The office was prompt and efficient. I was greeted as soon as I entered the front door. I filled out my pertinent information on a dry board clip board which saves paper and reduces waste. The pre exam was done by two very professional young ladies who answered any questions I had and prepared me for Dr. Murphy. His exam was thorough and not rushed. He discovered an issue that I’d been concerned about but was missed by my previous eye doctor. For a first visit I already feel very comfortable with Dr. Murphy and am glad I went to him.

I am so thankful to have found this office almost 4 years ago!!! We were originally referred to Dr. Jennifer Burke for my son's vision assessments, from our Retinal Specialist-Dr. Voo. We had tried 2 other Pediatric Ophthalmologists and did not have good experiences with their office schedules or staff.... Dr. Burke and her staff are fabulous with my almost 6 year old, that has a rare Genetic Syndrome with a progressive eye loss condition. He is non verbal and they are so patient through his whole appt from start to finish. Dr. Burke really takes her time to address concerns and do a thorough exam. She makes great community support recommendations and is always willing to help with IEP requests to assist in the educational environment. All the girls are so welcoming to my son, he cries when he has to leave. We love the care and service we get at this office! Highly recommend!

Best optometrist I've ever been to, by far. I've got astigmatism, amblyopia (lazy eye), and strabismus (cross eye). I performed vision therapy to treat all three and it was very successful. But it made it very difficult to get a proper prescription. My eyes' focusing would go haywire when I was being tested for a prescription, throwing off the results. I laid this out to every optometrist I've seen since I was 12 and every single one basically ignored me and rushed through the test and I repeatedly got prescriptions that caused eye strain and were much blurrier than I thought they should be. And each new prescription barely changed from the previous. Dr. Rory Murphy is the first optometrist in two decades to actually listen to what I said and proceed very carefully. He thoroughly tested my eyes and determined that, yes, as I suspected, my previous prescriptions had the left eye totally wrong and were a bit too weak in the right eye too. After getting the new glasses I can tell the difference right away, things are so much clearer and I'm not getting the headaches I used to. I am definitely coming back here from now on.

I went to Eyediology for a pair of prescription sunglasses and couldn't be happier with the service I received! A lovely young woman Lindsey helped me find the perfect pair. I originally wanted something with red/orange lenses and she said "Sweety those don't fit your style." I soon realized that I had found my personal fashion advisor!!! How cool is that!! I tried on as many different styles as I wanted and she showed me a few different ones that I wouldn't have thought to try (they all looked great btw). Finally I put on a pair amd she told me "That's the one." I checked them out in the mirror and, sure thing they looked great! Eyedioogy is a great place to take care of your vision needs. This is the first time Ive used them and they were great. The exam itself was very professional and efficient. I went there based on their reviews and I was very glad I did. I went to only get contacts and I am currently wearing a sample to see if Im going to take these as my choice. Everything is a go so in a couple of days I will order them. Another plus is that they researched my insurance and I got a decent deal for my exam and contacts and to honest I wasn't really expecting that. The fact Im texting this message with my new contacts on was something I couldn't do before. I might even get glasses here although the VA covers my glasses. This place is a first class operation. Just to add on to this. My second visit was just as good as the first. They made me feel like I was part of a family. I was able to get in on short notice because they had a cancellation. Again I got first class service
