Dr. Allen Wong is the BEST eye doctor in town! I have gone to him for years, he is super professional and has all the latest techniques and test. His office is super clean and his staff are so nice and friendly and welcoming. They are on top of your insurance and the up front cost. Dr. Wong doesn't rush you, nor his staff like a fast food place. They are the best in town! I travel from the Vet Hospital to his office on the NE corner because he's that good. He goes the extra to make sure your eye fit is right and best for you and stands behind his work! Can't say enough good about this Doctor and his office/staff!

To start with, I was very impressed with the spacious waiting room with very limited people that took away one of my major concern due to COVID. The staff who took the initial measurements was very professional and not rushing to get the work done. She was very patient and thorough. Dr Allen Wong came right after that and did the exam. He explained in detail comparing my present glasses and as to why his new prescription is necessary. He gave me four different prescriptions as I wanted. I was very satisfied with my first visit and would go back in the future if and when necessary. I rate and recommend this place very highly.

My husband and I went in here today for appts for each of us. The fact we had to wear a mask still, immediately irritated us. My husband wanted to leave. However, all of the staff was absolutely so kind, so patient, everything was explained to us so well that we were no longer annoyed with the masks. The front desk gals to the Dr's we saw, were all so kind and professional. And seemed very caring. We have no complaints at all. The facility was nice and clean as well. This is definitely where we will continue to go and refer to others.

Today was my first visit. My best appointment I've ever went to. Everyone was very welcoming and very sweet. They know exactly what they are doing and know what they are talking about. The friendly experience is worth setting up an appointment. They are helpful all the way through and make sure you get exactly what your eyes need. They have many wonderful selections to choose from, including named brands many love. I honestly don't think I can give my business to anyone else after the experience I had the moment I walked in. I have been coming to this eye doctor for over two years. They got my prescription right the first time. The staff is wonderful. Top notch! Most recently I went into All Things Eyes because my left eye went weirdly blurry on me. I was worried so I called and they got me in the very next day. I went through a battery of tests and the doctor went over my results very thoroughly. Turns out my eye had a super dry patch on it. Weird! I’m so thankful for the staff at All Things Eyes. They were/are so great to me.

The service here is outstanding, so much so I had to write a review. From the moment you walk in, the staff is courteous, professional, kind, and thorough in their explanations and assistance. In the past, my eye problems were not taken seriously. But Dr. Wong took the time to make sure the prescription and prism was correct, and to also describe what he was doing and why. It was easy and straightforward to pick out my new frames and order them, and I was also pleasantly surprised to see that they arrived quickly. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality treatment.

Years ago, I found Dr Wong because he was close and had an opening right away but unlike my prior experiences with other doctors he took his time to examine my eyes and inquire about my overall health. He was thorough and professional. I highly recommend him. As a side note, I was not paid or given anything in exchange for my positive review. He’s just that great!

I had a really great experience here. I was luckily able to get an appointment for the next day. The staff is funny, friendly, and thorough. They are taking all the necessary covid protocols which made my visit just that much nicer, I felt safe. The doctor was a pleasure to speak to. He spoke with intelligence and explained things thoroughly. I was able to get in and out exam and all in probably about 30 minutes. I only wished that they had a larger selection for frames. Luckily I was able to find not 1 but 2 frames and got myself a regular pair prescription glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses. For the two ladies at the front, you two are awesome. You made my first visit to your place the absolute best. I’ll definitely be adding all of you to my Christmas card list 😉

I originally found Dr. Allen Wong at All Things Eyes on Yelp! last summer and felt extremely comfortable scheduling an annual eye examination after reading all the positive reviews he was given. I’m extremely thankful and grateful to have him as my doctor as he’s always been kind, knowledgeable, caring, helpful, and has a wonderful memory. I know it's a doctor's job to know their patients history, but he also remembers personal details we previously talked about. He definitely likes to get to know his patients and makes you feel at ease and comfortable throughout the entirety of the visit. He never rushes through appointments and takes his patient's health very seriously. In fact, I always recommend him whenever anyone says they're looking for an optometrist. Additionally, his staff have always been so polite, friendly, helpful, and are lovely to talk to. They are extremely knowledgeable and definitely display and give amazing customer service. Today, I tried multiple styles of glasses for the first time and his staff couldn’t have been any more genuine, patient, helpful, and wonderful with me!! We narrowed it down to a handful of pairs and I actually ended up going with a Gucci frame that was recommended to me, which I never would have picked for myself and it ended up being my absolute favorite. She really took the time and didn't rush the process. She was also very personable and made sure to explain each item and step to me of the selection process. I was truly left speechless by the entire experience and I can’t wait to receive my new pair of glasses! Dr. Wong, thank you so very much for all of your help and to your staff, thank you for truly being amazing! I will continue coming to this location and will also continue to refer all of my family and friends to see Dr. Wong!

Last visit was almost exactly 2 years ago due to the pandemic. I needed to go since I have been on the computer, iPad, phone much more lately and felt my vision had changed a bit. Well, as always, everything was confirmed prior to our arrival and the check in process was fast & easy! Right in to appointment time and efficient. It was great to see Dr. Wong again and chat a little about the last two years. I even purchased my glasses with new prescription from their office because I did the Costco thing last time and have had many problems since! I felt comfortable in all aspects of my office visit and ‘safe’ regarding sanitizing practices. Love All Things Eyes and would recommend to anyone looking for a regular office in LV!

This is the second time i’ve come here. My first visit about a year ago was great, everyone was super helpful & was able to communicate to get me what I need. Today was my second time, the exam itself was great; the Doctor was very nice & welcoming. After the exam was done & it became time to pick my glasses, the lady who helped me didn’t seem so welcoming. Idk if it was just a bad day, or because it was nearing the end of the day, but it seemed as if the communication was poor & her attitude towards me was negative, it felt very awkward compared to my first visit. I wish this time had been the same as the first.

All the workers from All Things Eyes have been very friendly and professional. I did not feel pressured at all, unlike the previous optometry store I've been going to 4 years ago. Dr. Wong is one of the nicest optometrists I've ever met. He is honest and upfront with any questions you have. I came to All Things Eyes because I really needed contact lenses for work. I am a healthcare worker who works night shifts. Having my glasses fogging up at work was driving me nuts. Dr. Wong had me test out the Acuvue Vita contact lenses for a week before allowing me to buy my 1-year supply. These contacts were great! I told him I accidentally dried out one of my lenses because I thought I had it on before I went to work (it must've fallen out right away after trying to put it in and I didn't realize it until later - LOL). Even though I was able to re-moisturize that dried up lens and use it again without any issues, Dr. Wong still gave me a new one without any extra charge. That was very nice of him. I will definitely come back for my eye exams!

Disappointed in the whole picking up frames once they were ready. I don't live close to this office by any means but this office takes my insurance. I received a text my glasses were ready, I had two pair of glasses being worked on. I left work early so I could 1 get to the office before they close, 2 to beat the traffic. I get to the office to be told only pair was ready. Had I known this or been advised better of there system I would have waited. Now I'm waiting for the other pair to come in which I'm sure will happen while I'm at work and I will have to repeat the cycle of taking off from work early and driving to the other side of town. If I had the option of course I would have chosen an office much closer but the Dr came highly recommended. They need to fix the communication in that regards.

Wait was not long seen within 5 minutes of entering. Everyone was nice and seemed to know what they were doing. Bathroom and rooms seemed sanitized and clean. Got glasses for $8 with Medicaid. Glasses should be here within 2weeks or less she said!

What can I say this office is by far one of the best well run practice. 5/5 modern and comfortable office. 5/5 ease of appointment. 5/5 friendly and knowledgeable staff and most importantly not pushy to make a sale. 5/5 Doctor is informative and will go the extra mile to make sure questions are answered and understood. 5/5 eye glass selection are the best. Anything from your basic eye brand to high end designer frames. 5/5 location is easy to get to. Plenty of parking. 5/5 oh and they have clean modern restroom. A clean restroom says a lot about the practice. I wish restaurants would follow this practice lol.

Got an appointment immediately. Staff and the doctor were very welcoming. Would definitely refer it to others. On Medicaid HPN will look at $8 additional because their lowest glasses are $85..Medicaid covers upto $75. You only get one pair of glasses in 2 weeks from order. Also for a complete XRay scam of the retina it’s a $39 deductible. It’s optional but it’s good if you have cataract or a floaty. So around $49 out of pocket.
