I had my routine eye exam done at Infinity eye care yesterday (my first time to this place). The technician (Ms. Deedee) and the Dr I saw (Mrs Snyder) were phenomenal. They both were very knowledgeable and professional. Most importantly they love their job. They took time to explain about everything they were doing and patiently answered all my questions. I’m more than happy with their service, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for their eye care needs.

Dr. Mark and his team are phenomenal. I have been wearing contacts for years and he was still able to educate me on matters I did not know about my condition. Dr. Mark Snyder is a great Eye Doctor. He was very attentive to me during the exam. The best part of the exam was that he was very willing to explain everything that he found. I have a lot of eye issues. I have been to many optometrists and ophthalmologists all over the city. I can confidently say that this business is by far one of the best. I came to them after I got a corneal abrasion from an office in Carmel. I was in intense pain and had to be driven there by a loved one. They were willing to see me right away even though they were close to closing. They gave me the care and attention I hadn't received earlier that day with my specialist. I walked out of there in much less pain. I actually saw them again a few days later due to another problem that stemmed from my abrasion and they were once again willing to see my right away and fix the problem. I cannot recommend this place enough. Both doctors I saw treated me with care and made me feel heard. That is hard to find in the medical world. I will now be going to this office for all my optometrist needs. Even the front desk was incredibly friendly! Can't thank everyone there enough.

I was surprised that they were able to fit me in so quickly not to mention the service was excellent. Every safe member was polite and patient as I picked my frames. I would definitely be returning. I had a lovely experience with everyone here—from reception, techs, optometrist, and doctor. Everyone was absolutely welcoming, kind, and communicated clearly with me about the process and procedures. This was my first time ever needing an eye exam. Hannah, their tech was above and beyond with her patience and informing me about the initial eye exams and devices. Similarly, Dr. Snyder clearly explained the exam results, and set my mind at ease about some serious concerns I had about my eyesight given family history. Lastly, from the minute I walked in, reception, additional staff, and then Steve their optometrist invited me to try on glasses from their selection while I waited. I didn’t expect for this visit to be so much fun, but really everyone here was just so kind. I can’t recommend these folks enough.

This eye care place is second to none. Very professional and well staffed. I had an accident that injured my eye severely requiring surgery by another specialist. After 4 surgeries on my eye to repair a detached retina I visited doctor Snyder on a routine visit. He noticed that I still had a missing retina and lens and arranged for me to visit a specialist who could fix both problems. It was amazing, the specialist ordered an artificial iris and lens for me. Now I have hope of site from that eye primarily due to doctor Snyder’s concern for me and referrals. This is what I expect from a great doctor. Don’t have enough kind words to say.

I have never been to a new Doctor's office that was as professional,caring and caring. I had been told by other providers that my eyes were fine and made to feel like I was imagining the changes in my vision. I was treated with respect and care from my first call to the end of my visit. My problems were diagnosed and I was referred to a retinal specialist. When I need new eyeglasses I will definitely go to Infinity!

While visiting family in Indianapolis, I scratched my cornea. I went to Med Check who was unable to remove what was causing the abrasion. I was then referred to Dr. Snyder at Infinity Eye Care on North Post Road. Not only was he able to alleviate a lot of the pain, but he went above and beyond to explain and even showed me a video of the damage. I had a follow up visit the next day. If I didn’t live 650 miles away this would be my eye doctor! The office staff were professional and friendly. Appointments were timely and COVID protocols were excellent.

I emailed infinity looking to make a telehealth appnt to get a prescription for my eyelid issue. Bessie went the extra mile and responded that I could do it virtually; but if I wanted to come in, I could get a sample to try the medicine first as was slightly costly and not covered by insurance. I got an immediate appointment, got to try the medicine, got my prescription, a couple samples, and even got my colored contacts prescription refilled. The staff here is amazing! I am beyond thrilled with the service I got here today and this will the place I go for all of my eye needs going forward.

This office has always served my needs well until this year's visit, July 29. I had essentially the same exam I've always had and was told my cataract had changed in one eye. That was the extent of my "medical" exam. Doctor agreed to share information with my primary care physician. I learned August 23 my primary doctor had no information about my visit. They asked me to pay a refraction fee of $39. due to the fact that they would have to bill for medical and couldn't bill insurance for vision exam. Then I received a bill for my medical copay of 40. which brings my total to $79. for exact same service I've always had at this office. Eye Med through Anthem said if the office was in network they could take care of it. The insurance snafu is something they could have made me aware of and if I had that information could have gone somewhere else for a routine exam and seen this doctor for medical needs. Maybe 79 isn't much but on a fixed income it represents more than was expected or paid in the past

Needed a new eye care provider and infinity eye care has hooked me:) I was able to set up my whole appt through text it was so easy and convenient! Then I slept through my appt and they still managed to get me in the same day lol! The team had chemistry and character, they were so kind and even funny to me. I tried on like every pair of glasses and they had to disinfect all of them after so cudos to them! My only disappointment is that it’ll take a week or two for my glasses to be ready, I’m def used to same day pick up at the eye doctor. However other than that the service was great and I’ll def still come back. Locally owned and managed by a lovely married couple!

I have been going to Dr Snyder for over 10 years. Started out being 5 minutes from my house at his old office and now it’s a over 45 minute trip to his new office. Most people would probably move to another doctor. Dr Snyder is one of those doctors that is worth the long drive! Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Been going here for years and have had nothing but great service. I went a few weeks ago and Dr. Mark encourage me to get transition lenses because I get really light sensitive and get headaches as a result. They work great and I feel like I am able to go outside and not have any issues. He also recommended I get a special pair of glasses because I am on the computer a lot and my eyes get strained. We were sent here because our doctor insisted, my husband is diabetic. UPDATE REVIEW: Dr Snyder was GREAT! Really! On the way home we both said we understand why our doctor kept telling us to go. Dr Mark explained how diabetes damages our eye and body. He even showed us pictures of his eyes! Sorry for the 1 star. You guys are great and it won't hurt your reputation. I had gone to a different eye center and was all prepped for surgery, then the doctor stopped and said I couldn't have it done because my eye sockets were too small. I was a little scared to try it again, but I called Infinity Eye Care and they said that has never happened to them before. All my appointments at Infinity Eye Care went smoothly, on-time and the surgery went very well! Dr. was very informative, answered any questions I had and was also very kind and caring. On 04.21.20 I had an ocular emergency which left me terrified. I had attempted to contact my own optometrist to discuss and inquire what I should do, however, their office was closed due to COVID-19. I Googled emergency clinics and found Infinity Eye Care. I contacted the office and left a detailed voicemail of my emergency. Dr. Mark Snyder personally called me back from my voicemail the same day, eased my worries as I sat in the ER, and was able to get me into his office the following day. He was able to communicate via text. His equipment was up to date, his office impeccably clean, and his bedside manner was great. I left today feeling thankful for his help. I would recommend Dr. Snyder to anyone, emergency or not.

The crew there made the experience easy and enjoyable from the moment I walked in. The optician did an incredible job and had me explore various styles until she narrowed it down to three. This is absolutely without a doubt the best Eye doctor I’ve ever been to in my entire life and I’m almost 32 years old. About two years ago my daughter poked me in my eye and because of the injury I got it scratched my cornea well it was extremely painful I’d rather go through childbirth or a broken leg again then go through scratched cornea LOL so I hurried up and I found the closest eye doctor I could well I went there he put a contact over My eye and he gave me some eyedrops sent me home Later that night to contact fell out went back the next day he told me oh you’re all right just don’t worry about the contact not gonna put another one on just keep putting the drops in so that’s what I did well over the next 2 years I’ve had several issues with my right eye because of that cornea scratch. And because I had so many issues with it and went to two different eye doctors (which did NOTHING) I had several different eyedrops. So every time my Eye would start bothering me and acting up I would put those drops in. Well Dr. Snyder told me once he looked at my eye that Eye that I pre existing injury that never healed properly and thankfully I had those drops and was using them because I could’ve got a bad infection in my eye and lost all eyesight in my right eye. I basically have a hole in my cornea that’s leaking fluid from the injury from two years ago that didn’t heal properly because the original eye doctor should’ve put another contact on which is like a Band-Aid for the eye when you have an injury like this so every time my Eye would dry out at night and get stuck to my eyelid and I would go to open it too quick it was like ripping off a Band-Aid and re-opening the wound. Dr. Snyder has had me come back every day for the past three days and I go back Tuesday as well so he can check my eye again I would recommend Dr Snyder to everybody he’s very thorough nice and passionate about what he does I plan to be setting up appointments for my husband ,son, and daughter as soon as possible at infinity eye care I will never go to another eye doctor. Their staff is awesome as well they take the covid 19 pandemic very seriously as soon as you get there you call them you check-in you tell them you’re there then they come outside the door they wave you in from your car you go up They give you a mask and they spray sanitizer on your hands then you walk inside they check your temperature they give you gloves and then a spray Lysol on your feet very thorough very clean and like I said I will recommend infinity eye care to every person I come in contact with that ask me about an eye doctor. If you’re looking for an excellent eye doctor PLEASE! Chose infinity eye care! I promise you won’t be disappointed ❤️
