This Vision works is awesome. My previous experience is with willowbrook, but this is my new location. I went in with a frame issue, I admitted to damaging the frames and needing an adjustment. Not only did they take care of me on spot and adjust my frames, they also brought in a new frame set for me to move the lens over to. Less then a week later I was running again with new glasses. Thank you so much Visionworks!

Had to replace my glasses over the phone after damaging them in an accident, a professional Jill (who gave me verbal permission to use her name when I inquired about giving her stellar reviews) was very helpful and expedient in handling my information and expediting a replacement order for me (14 days feels expedited to me). She and everyone she works with (waves to C) were very helpful and professional in meeting my needs, including when I was looking up frames directly from the website and they pulled them out of drawers for me to view them when I was in the store. Even if my insurance can get me the Nike Brand at the same price as a long standing customer with Visionworks I appreciate and prefer plain and simple styles with 0 flash or flare (TLF 522((GM)) Gun was my choice). 10 out of 5 stars for everyone, thank you.

I got recommended by my Daughter who loved their service. As walking in you are greeted with a positive attitude. After taking my temperature I was explain the process for my eye glasses. Selina was very patiently with me. Even helped picking out my frames. She stayed in a very positive attitude. Not one bit seemed annoyed. I would gladly recommend her.

I was just WOW by the experienced in this store. I was never given so much attention when buying glasses. General manager even offered to clean and fixed my glasses although they were not one of theirs. I had like other 3 employees complementing and helping me pick the best frames. This place is amazing! The clerk there named Helena was excellent help. She told me what frame looked good on me and what didn’t and we both had a blast! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile from Latonya. She told me about the specials and was very courteous. My sales person who helped me find the perfect glasses was Dana. I have been to several Visionworks, but this was hands down the best experience that I have had at one. Asia helped me, and she immediately helped me with my insurance and costs (I feel like some places skirt around this). She then gave me time to look and pick out frames I liked. Afterwards she helped me narrow down my choices. She was really honest about which frames worked for my face. Left with new glasses and a great experience. Thanks Asia!!

This location feels run down and old. I saw a cockroach on the glasses cases, and I could tell they are not cleaning glasses after people try them on. I have no problem with the selection of glasses or service, but I didn't feel motivated to shop from this location from its appearance. Pre-pandemic I shopped here. I don't think I will be coming back.

Me and my wife have been using this location for a few years for our optical needs. I will be honest and say I was not real happy with help in the past but the last couple of times I went to the location has been above and beyond a great experience. Dana helped me and my wife with our orders and even made suggestions that benefited us at the end. She was very nice and did not have that “over bearing” high pressure sales attitude. Today Tamara helped me when I came in to pick up my order. Once again another great experience. Very professional and made sure my needs were met and that I was leaving there totally pleased with my purchase. Great job Visionworks of The Woodlands Mall.

Mark was absolutely amazing! We brought the entire family in for exams and new glasses. Our experience could not have gone better. The Dr. Was friendly and informative, front desk folks were great as well. Picking frames is normally the most dreaded part of getting new glasses for us, NOT THIS TIME! Mark Anthony went way above and beyond helping 4 of us pick new frames, etc. He wasn't shy about giving an honest, and very appreciated opinion. It can't be easy dealing with picky parents and rambunctious kids, but Mark was out of this world. I wish we would have come here the past 6 years we've lived in The Woodlands. I can't recommend Visionworks, and Mark enough. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS!

The manager at the store Latonya is amazing, SUPER sweet and absolutely great too!!! Latonya at the woodlands mall location is awesome. She’s always very helpful, kind, and has a great eye to help you figure out what looks good. This is my second time ordering glasses with her and both times were quite pleasant. Done sooner than expected and I’ve been happy with how they turned out. I get tons of compliments on my glasses too. Updated: Every time I go in to get my glasses adjusted everyone is super helpful and nice. Helena is great and know how to adjust. She always knows exactly what needs to be done. She’s also funny! Still 5 stars!?

Best ever. These guys aren’t on my insurance but it still comes out cheaper to come here and I get better service than I have elsewhere. Great selection and never a long wait. They always fix my glasses for me without any charge and are super friendly and helpful. If anything is wrong they will always go above and beyond to make it right. Wonderful people putting in the extra effort to make the purchase of my son's new frames more pleasant. Anyone can sell glasses but few can provide the same level of service that Helena did when making sure I understood all my options and the final cost throughout the sales process. And the extra help Dana provided to fix my son's other frames (for no additional charge so that he would have an extra pair just in case). Also at pickup the staff worked together to assure my son's new glasses rested securely on his face without falling off. It was nice to feel that we were a priority and not just another sales opportunity.

I had the honor and privilege of dealing with Dana for my purchase. I am an over the road truck driver and need my glasses every day to drive Over labor day I lost my glasses and attempted to contact the store in Laredo and they did not do as promised. In fact they straight up were liars. I contacted several other stores and they were not willing to fo the extra mile to get it done for me. And then I called this store. By chance Dana answered the phone and she was beyond amazing. Not only did she contact the original store in Colorado where I got my glasses to get the script them she made sure the lens and frames were both in stock. She got it done same day for me and even took payment over the phone. When I finally got here it was ready and was in the store less than 5 min. She was totally amazing and is a true asset to her company. I very highly recommend Dana to really take good care of you. THANK YOU DANA. YOUR AMAZING

After using other eye places claiming to be the “source” or “best”, I have decided this place is really the best. The staff is great, the service is always fast, the selection is enormous and affordable and in most cases can be done that day or within a couple. The staff is always super patient with my kids. The kids selection is fantastic too. We have matching glasses for most outfits at an affordable price. It’s so easy to get glasses adjusted while we are already at the mall. Dana is great and the blonde lady ( mgr?) I forgot her name but she is always on top of things and always wears the most trendy frames. She makes me want every pair I see her in. I have referred lots of people. The service, accuracy,and professionalism at those other “best” places should take notes from this vision works!

Great experience!! I previously had gotten my lenses from JC Penny's and I honestly had an average experience. As soon as I walked into this establishment I was greeted by a nice lady named Selina I believe! She assisted me in picking out glasses that fit my face shape and while I browsed through some more frames she went ahead and called my insurance company to get everything proceed and ready to go so we wouldn't have to wait longer. Once I picked out my frames she led us to the desk and had everything put into the system, prices processed and glasses in the tray within 20 minutes! She put all of my stuff in a envelope and gave me a 10 day guarantee! I was in here for less than an hour that's so amazing! I will be coming back here again and again!!!!!

I thought I'd used all my benefits, but Zamantha offered to check my benefits anyway just to be sure. She checked and I had benefits to use for my new set of glasses - saving me money! Amazing customer service!! I went in needing a new pair of glasses in a hurry, due to a medical problem. Though everyone was busy, I was greeted immediately. The Manager of the store helped me find the perfect pair of glasses that met my needs AND fit my budget. She was extremely kind and sympathetic to my problem, and went out of her way to see that I had my glasses the next day! As a side note, I have used Visionworks in the past in other malls and cities. This one by far exceeded my expectations!!! I will definitely continue to use them for my eyewear needs, as will my family!

Was in dire need of same day glasses began having issues with my contacts and had 15 year old backup glasses that were way over powered. Went to a local eye doctor and spring and after completing my eye exam was told my prescription was too high to get same day lenses and no one in the area would have these lenses in stock. Well they were wrong because not only did visionworks have my correct prescription in stock but they were good quality lenses and the manger assisted me in picking out a frame that would look nice on me. My insurance was not covered in the store but they worked out great price, had my glasses ready in exactly an hour, and also had out of network paperwork completely filled out in an envelope with a stamp and even offered to mail it for me. Latona The GM was amazing. Very friendly and as busy as she was, kept her composure the whole time I was in there. I was having some issues with my insurance and the wonderful lady that was helping me was having some issues figuring out my complicated insurance situation. Latona came over to help, got everything figured out for me and got me the glasses I wanted and needed with the price I came in willing to spend. As a former employee of visionworks, the company has completely rebranded themselves and have done a complete 180 from when I used to work there. Employees seem happy and very eager to help their customers. I would actually reconsider working for them and especially for Latona. For a location that seems very busy and with an outdated computer system, they were very quick in getting people in and out. Staff new their stuff and if they didn't were not affraid to ask their manager for help instead of settling with an issue. I will definitely be purchasing glasses and or contacts from this location and company again in a heart beat.

So I'm at the mall with my son, he was trying on his prom tuxedo. I tell him to straighten his glasses because he looks ridiculous. His response is that his glasses are bent and he doesn't want to break them by trying to bend them back himself. So, after we finish with his tux, we decide to hop into Visionworks just to see if they can help with his glasses. Even though we didn't buy his glasses there and had never even been into a Visionworks before, Dana was able to fix them for us and get them level again. I tried to offer payment, but she said there was no charge. I can certainly say that we'll be back the next time someone needs new glasses because of the service they provided!
